They sold me a vehicle, in which they failed to inform me that the engine was swapped out of the vehicle they sold me and now I am being told "We didnt know". She was nice but failed to disclose the engine swap after being assured that their vehicle goes through a rigorous point inspection check. I tried to resolve the matter with her Manager Joseph Louie but failed to come to any type of agreement. He stated that "he didn't know" about the engine swap but priced and sold me the vehicle as if it had the original engine. They advertised this vehicle with the original on their website and failed to mention anything about the engine swap. PLEASE I BEG YOU TO THINK TWICE BEFORE SHOPPING ANY USED CAR SALE. They have next day pick up but because I placed the order at the end of the day Friday it wasn't available till Tuesday. Staff is very helpful in confirming the part through diagrams. Pick up no issues either, I just handed over my receipt and they picked it up for me ASAP. I was hoping for a text update, email or call that my parts came in. Lol beware of the sales staff chilling outside. I kinda already know that they are just doing their job, but the 180 in attitude when the came up to ask me if I needed help and I replied with "parts".
