My first visit here. A coworker and I stopped here while we were working in the area. Our server greeted us promptly. We ordered chicken tempura for an appetizer which was excellent. The breading was very light and crispy. We both filled bowls with vegetables, tofu, and krab. The General Tso's is my favorite sauce. The chef did a nice job cooking our food. The food was very yummy. It was packed full of people. My fiancé did end up with a few ransoms things in the bowl that was not there to be prepared in the first place. The food was delicious! You can create your own bowl of 'yumminess' and they cook it on a big wok right in front of you (if you want to stand there and watch), then they deliver it to your table. Went to Yummy Bowl with friends. Order crab Rangoon to start. Came out very quickly and very hot. Very good. Then ordered the make your own bowl. Thought I would go with all you can eat but you can get full off one bowl. The meats were vey hood and the seafood was surprisingly good also. Had scallops, shrimp, squid, beef and lamb with vegetables. Was delicious and priced nicely. Had to wait a little while to get water at times. Will be back. Yummy Bowl, bowls are decent and can pick your protein and sauce or fill a bowl to capacity and have it cooked up as you like, weekends at lunch you pay the dinner price. YUCKY is the description of the sushi, the wrap is chew and off putting like gum, with a oddly strong smell. The rice is very hot and warmed up my raw fish substantially and not what I expected or wanted, the server told me it hot rice and not initially interested in offering up a change. I visited this establishment not too long after it opened, and the crowds were heavy. That said, I was impressed by how well they kept up with the demand of the large crowd. If you know about this kind of restaurant, you know a lot of how your experience goes is up to you. If you put together a bad combination, there's nothing that the staff can do to save it. I've been wanting for this place to open up because I love Mongolian bbq. This wasn't quite the same as I've had before, but every bowl is also different so I'm not crossing it off. Numerous items on the menu including sushi and sashimi. We ordered the Korean wings and Crab Rangoon as appetizers. You can choose your sauce which comes on the side. We ordered General Tso sauce. The wings were good, but I thought the sauce was a little weak with very little taste. The Rangoon was passable but I've had better. We both ordered the Yummy Bowl off the menu and each chose pork as our protein ($9.99). My wife chose the General Tso sauce and I chose the Szechwaun sauce. The portions are huge and ours was loaded with meat. Almost too much meat for us. My wife liked her meal but pushed several pieces of meat to the side. I asked for more sauce as mine looked a little dry for my personal liking. Our server retrieved a cup of sauce from the build your own buffet. Both my wife and I thought our Yummy Bowls were a little bland. In general, service was adequate. When we first sat down our server took time to explain their huge menu and answered several questions. However, once we had our food and were pretty much done eating he ignored us. Wifey and I visited for our first time with another couple. Davia was our server. Our friends said they ordered off the menu on their first visit, but this time ordered by personally filling their bowls. Wifey and I shared a Yummy Bowl Roll which was a fine sushi roll. I ordered stir fry chicken rice Bowl. Wifey ordered some kind of chicken Bowl also. Everyone agreed, we would visit again, as everything was delicious and filling. Have been coming here for several weeks since they opened. We loved Yummy Bowl. Today, however, was the first time my family and I experienced horrible service. What should be a 18% gratuity automatically for good service for a large party, should at the very least, be good service. After receiving our meal, the waitress never came to check on us. We had one child who didn't like her meal. We wanted to order something different. Sadly, no one ever stopped by our booth which was located in the front of the restaurant; Never even offered to refill drinks. After waiting forever, with a hungry kid, one guy came by to refill drinks to go, bring our check and provide carry out containers for those in our large party. We paid our bill and requested to speak to a manager. The manager, Tyler, peeked from behind the staff curtain and ducked back in. The lead who went to retrieve him, came back and said the manager was outside at the moment. Wow! I've heard of a lot of things but dishonesty for a business is the way to go! Our daughter and son in law took my wife and I here to celebrate our birthdays. Not being aware of the concept we followed our daughter and son in law's lead. First they give you a card to mark your order and put your name and table number on it. It was suggested that we choose the "buffet" option that allows us to pick as many proteins, vegetables and sauces/spices. Note that it's not an all you can eat buffet. You go through a buffet style line to pick all your ingredients then hand it to the staff who cooks it and it is then brought to your table. As a seafood lover I chose the various types of seafood, vegetables and a few meats. My wife is more into chicken and other types of meat and vegetables. Once they bring the food to you it will be more than enough. Trust me. Service was polite and attentive. Although it was crowded on a Saturday afternoon and noisy we still only had to wait less than ten minutes for a table. I will admit that the booth was a little small for the 4 of us. Food is good however when I ask for a disposable glove (they have had out previously) the girl looked at me as though she had no clue what I needed. Been there two times. The stir-fry bowl is the way to go. First time I added a couple sushi rolls, but it wasn't the best and as others have said there are better restaurants for that. I am so delighted to see Mongolian restaurant in our area. We went in for the first time yesterday and it was an excellent experience outside of a few things. They do have a menu if you just wanna order off their menu, but you can go up and basically put in your storage put your protein in your fruit your veg and they'll cook it for you if you've ever been to BD's Mongolian Grill basically it's the same concept. It's super clean super friendly people, our server took a really good care of us and the only complaint I really have is that they only give you forks and a large little spoon, and the meal that I have ordered was the tonkatsu Ramen bowl and it's really large cuts of pork wearing a knife would've been nice to have. Other than that totally looking forward to going back. Some of the best tasting pork I've had in a while and my husband was nicely done for his bowl although it seemed like the amount of protein he picked out might not have all made it back to the bowl. Food was good but the facility needs some attention. I found someone's toothbrush in the men's bathroom. I know they just opened but the facilities aren't looking all that great. They look as though the place has been in business for years based on the exterior and bathrooms. The parking lot is a wreck especially in the rear and the paint needs some more coats. I've been twice and the TV in the main room has been looping the same TCL demo display video each time I went about a week apart. Also, the interior design appears to have been an afterthought as it's a hodgepodge of various items that don't really go together. It's just feels half done. They should have invested a little more into the final design. If this was a mom and pop place it wouldn't be that big of a deal but this is a chain restaurant.
