Visited Sakura buffet recently. I had dined at the Double Dragon Buffet for over 20 years before it went out of business. I looked forward to another Asian buffet opening at this location. Upon arrival, we inspected the interior of the building. There were many similarities to the layout of the previous buffet that was here. The entrance has been remodeled and the center of the restaurant is mostly an aisle now. The buffets themselves were basically the same. While they did change some things with the building, there were still a lot of remnants of the old restaurant, which means they did not perform a full remodel. Noteably, the ceiling tiles looked a little rough. Concerning the food, it was pretty good. They offered a lot of the same dishes that we've come to expect at an Asian buffet. Green beans, chicken on a stick, fried rice, veggies, sushi, mushrooms, numerous steak and chicken dishes, and ice cream all were featured at the buffet. The food was good, but not great. The price was also fair. The service was fast and friendly. Because it's a 30-minute drive, I don't think we'll visit very often. There are at least two other Asian buffets within 15 minutes of this one. Good stuff.

I came here the other week for the first time, and I left with a full and happy belly. When I walked in, I noticed the pretty decor. On Sundays, the restaurant serves all-day dinner for $19.99 per adult before tax. In my opinion, my meal was well worth the money. Sakura had the usual Chinese-American staples: lo mein, Chinese donuts, fried rice, etc. The restaurant also had a decent seafood spread including but not limited to several sushi rolls, sashimi, mussels, clams, and raw oysters. I thought everything was fresh and delicious (especially the sushi and sashimi), save for the raw oysters, which I was a bit skeptical about. But I ate a few oysters and didn't get sick afterwards, so maybe I just didn't care for these particular oysters. In addition to the buffet, the restaurant had made-to-order hibachi and ramen stations. I was especially stoked to see the ramen station, and my bowl of ramen was tasty and came out piping hot. Perfect for the winter weather! For dessert, I had lots of fruit, a few scrumptious little pieces of cake, and a cup of strawberry ice cream. To my surprise, the fruit bar really impressed me. I'm used to buffets pretty much just having subpar melon and canned pineapple as fruit options, but Sakura, in addition to the standard cantaloupe and honeydew, had lychee, big juicy grapes, and kiwi. The lychee was average but not bad. However, the grapes and kiwis were so fresh and sweet. The service was OK. The staff was quick to clear plates, not so much with drink refills. But it wasn't slow enough to deter me from planning my next visit.

I liked the food but was hoping they would have crab legs. The one they did have are good with thick gooey sauce. The service is good. The restaurant and food appeared clean. The food variety is good. I would revisit.

We are big fans, and owners of the Royal Enfield brand of motorcycle, which had a large display at the show, and was really the main reason why we drove to the show from Pittsburgh. After the show, we wanted to get something to eat, and I suggested Indian, so we did a Yelp search and the second listing to come up was called "Chennai Delicacy" . . . and believe it or not, the city of Chennai, in India, just so happens to be where the Royal Enfield motorcycles are produced, and where our bikes were made (Crazy coincidence huh?). So we felt like it was almost our destiny to eat here. I called them on the phone just to make sure they were open, and the owner told me, that they were not really a full-service restaurant, but they had some tables and we could eat there if we wanted. He also said . . . "We are not a fancy place, but the food is really good," and that is exactly what we found . . . a small take-out counter, that had food packaged to go, not very fancy, but the food was really good (it was heated up in plastic containers and served with plastic utensils and disposable plates). The owner was so nice when we arrived, he told us about how he makes everything homemade, and that everything is very healthy. He explained the dishes on the menu. My friends went with chicken dishes (Masala and Butter) and I wanted to try something a little bit different, so I asked about the "Moong Kootu," which happened to be a vegan dish, made from Lentils (Dal), and it was really good, a bit on the spicy side, but not super spicy. We also shared an order of bread (Methi flavored), and everyone liked their food. We talked to the owner, and he told us a little bit about his restaurant, how he does a lot of catering to hospitals and other businesses, and also where he was from in India, and I spoke a little bit to him in Hindi also (I am currently learning it). The food was delicious, I am giving four stars, because I am a big fan of the food, and I enjoyed talking to the owner. Cheers!

Small takeout spot with great Southern Indian food…read more Seriously, it's small in there, but there are a couple tables if you must eat in. Otherwise, they sell the food ready to go in to-go containers and it's pretty darn tasty. We grabbed orders of curry chicken, chettinad chicken, and chicken biryani after listening to the suggestions from the owner. He advised Chet Tina's for my buddy that loves spice and the curry for me, the spice wuss. We included the order of the biryani because the dishes do not have rice included. Honestly, I wanted the biryani anyways, cuz I LOVE the stuff. We tried to get some samosas, hoping to have an appetizer, but he said they sold them all for the day and recommended we come on a weekend for such items. The food was very good and he was right to give the chettinad to my buddy, since the curry was almost too hot for me. We're talkin right at my threshold of too hot. Whew... I know Indian food can be super hot, so I'm always careful with my order.

We dined here tonight and, as always, everything was fresh, delicious, and consistently good. We started with the clear soup and green salad, along with our favorite appetizer, the Sexy Jalapeno - a must-try if you like a little kick! For sushi, we ordered the Youngstown and Godzilla specialty rolls, along with the Spicy Salmon and Spicy Yellowtail. Everything was fresh and beautifully prepared. I also love the atmosphere at Omizu. The bubble wall and the umbrellas hanging from the ceiling give the restaurant such a fun, unique vibe. After coming here several times, I can honestly say Omizu is our go-to sushi restaurant. It's one of those places you can count on for consistently fresh food, great atmosphere, and a meal that never disappoints. Definitely recommend!

**This is a 3.5 star review.**…read more I was looking for something a little different in the culinary challenged town of Parma, and this joint fit the bill. The atmosphere here was warm, inviting and clean on our visit. And despite that they had bluegrass music blaring, it still felt like a Japanese restaurant. Service here was also polite, quick and efficient. I started with an order of calamari, which literally came out in two minutes. It was panko-crusted and about as rubbery as the set of Michelins that I had installed on my car a few weeks ago. That's not a deal-breaker, as there have been only two places in my life that have served melty calamari -- both of them Italian joints, As an aside, there are two secrets to cooking calamari. First, they need to soak in milk, as the lactic acid breaks down muscle. Secondly, they need to be dredged in an egg mixture so they brown quickly without overcooking the meat. But I digress. I took a couple sips of the miso soup, which was nicely flavored. I didn't touch the salad, but the person who did said it was good. The udon noodles were nicely presented and had excellent flavor. The coconut shrimp was the total opposite of the calamari in that it was cooked to perfection. I'm not sure what the dipping sauce was, but it was also phenomenal, and I'll be looking for a copycat recipe. As for the sushi, it was good. Not earth-shattering, but beautifully presented with a nice contrast of flavors and temperatures. I'm not sure about the cherry on top, but what the hell. If I lived here, this place would be a regular stop for me ... especially because they have Sam Adams Boston Lager on draft.
