My son's katsu is super hot and crunchy (he said he doesn't want to eat it prior the food come, and ate 1/2 of the chicken!!) that means did you great!!! Rice was a little hard to be honest and corn was ok.. I kinda put them in my ramen.. the black ramen was good.. lots of spinach and thick piece of pork (chasiu).. soup was thick but not too thick!! Noodle was cool perfectly.. only thing is I have to pay to get the egg, but it was cook perfectly!! My son agree since he ate the entire egg.. would definitely come back again.. Dumplings had a nicely-sized piece of shrimp along with ground pork inside. Dumpling skin wasn't too thin and wasn't too thick. The sauce they came in was also quite tasty. 4.5/5. My miso ramen was delish. Broth was savory, ramen noodles had a nice chew...would also reorder. 4.5/5. My GF 's Katsu Curry...she said it was decent enough but it was kind of bland because there wasn't enough curry sauce. She gave it a 3/5. All in all, we both said we'd be back. Sashimi dinner mix was solid but not a stretch, three pieces each of five different fish (tuna, salmon, yellowtail, white tuna and fluke, I think), I've had more interesting, but the fish quality was good, chilled and no sinewy bits. Appetizers - the eggplant in miso was very good, edamame standard, and rock shrimp was just so-so (needed a bit more punch on the sauce, reminded me more of a sweet & sour shrimp). Softshell crab tempura was ok, and the spicy salmon on fried rice - I'm not so much a fan but others liked it. Will have to come by to try some more next time, including their ramen.

The seafood ramen included crab legs, but we were never offered a crab cracker, and the scallops were overcooked. The broth was decent, but nothing mind-blowing or worth the price. The seating was also uncomfortable. They use high armchairs that felt awkward and impractical. On top of everything, I couldn't get a receipt because they had run out of paper, and I later realized I was double charged for the meal. The one positive is that our waitress was very nice and polite, but unfortunately that wasn't enough to make up for the overall experience. We won't be coming back.
