Hucksters. The pizza tastes fine, but they sneak in a smaller size pizza than you order. It happened to me twice! The first time, we ordered two mediums and when we got home, saw the pizzas were 6 inches in diameter (yes we measured because it was so small!). That time, we called and the manager sent out the correct size to us. We thought that was a nice gesture for an honest mistake. Nope. Yesterday I picked up my large pizza. I thought it felt light when I held the box but I didn't check it either. I mean I trust a place to give me the size I paid for. Crazy, I know. Jesus Christ; society needs a reboot to when people gave a damn about things they did and sold, and weren't just trying to do the least work for the most money. Just ordered from here, and my meal was TRASH. Literally, I just threw 6 of my 10 wings ($15 by the way,) straight in the trash. This was AFTER I brought them home, threw them in my air fryer and then sauced them myself. EVERYTHING was soggy as shit. My wings, my cheesesteak. And it wasn't like shit was sitting around; I picked up, and was there so early I had to wait for the food to be made. I shouldn't have to come home and RE-cook my food because it's a sopping mess. Interestingly, the wings and sandwich bread looked like they had been made in a sauna, but the MEAT was dry AF. Just a terrible meal, at $40. Again, WHY WAS EVERYTHING WET?!?? Why did my fried wings have the consistency of a wet towel? Why was my bread dripping through the bag? So upset at this meal. Never ordering from here again. Fool me twice, shame on me. Where do I begin? The food is wildly inconsistent and insanely over priced. I can see making a pizza and sometimes it not being as good as others but how can you mess up deep frying chicken fingers? Their meatball parm sandwhich tasted like water and the roll was burnt to a crisp. All around the food is subpar and does not match up to the pricing. You spend 26 dollars for a cheesesteak and fries just to get home to a falling apart roll and soggy fries. I've given them multiple chances to win my trust back but this place simply isn't what it used to be. Lastly the girls at the front desk are horrible. I took the incorrect sandwich back, I ordered a chicken sandwich and was given a beef cheesesteak and even with the sandwich in front of her the young lady argued that the beef was actually chicken!!!!! Is there a new owner here? As I sit here finishing my meal I was moved to add this review. In my 30 years of eating cheese steaks at 4 locations throughout South Jersey, this place definitely takes the cake for being the worst. Here's why; 1. I ate the smallest sandwich ever. The bread was BEGGING for meat. Again, 30 years eating these sandwiches and this is my very first time complaining. 2. Our band, Heartbeat City Cars Tribute was essentially stranded for the night in Brooklawn at a seedy motel. We were tired and hungry after a day in hell at the Philadelphia International Airport. We spotted Gaetano's down the road and decided to check it out. What we found was a great little neighborhood pizza joint with super friendly and attentive staff. The food? Holy moley! Huge portions of great dishes. I had the "small" Stromboli which was awesome and had to take the rest home because I got filled at half. I stopped in for a quick bite with a friend before heading across the river for a Phillies game. Jennifer, our server, was extremely friendly and efficient. Drinks were refilled before our cups were empty and, when we decided we wanted water at the end of our meal, she offered to put it in to-go cups for our ride to the game.
