We ordered for pick up via the Uber app to try their buffalo chicken Cobb salad since we have not been in a while on Tuesday, November 25 at 7 PM. The app says the order was gonna take 30 minutes for pick up which we know is not true because it's just a salad unless they were short staffed but once we pulled up to the drive-through, our order was already ready. The salad was OK. We did not care for the Caesar dressing and noticed that the avocado was in the salad hole and was not sliced up and the salad used to be more fuller in the bowl and it seems like they cut back on the portion. I recently placed an order at this Salad and Go location while I was in town for a business meeting. After parking, I reviewed the menu online, selected my items, and placed my order. I waited about a minute before driving through the empty drive-thru lane. Since there were no cars ahead of me, I bypassed the speaker and went straight to the window. I turned off my SUV to minimize engine noise so the staff could hear me clearly. When the window opened, the employee who greeted me seemed irritated and asked if I had placed an order. I explained that I had ordered online. She appeared confused, checked with her coworker, and then told me they were working on it. No big deal--I received my order less than a minute later. However, before handing me the food, she advised me that in the future, I should stop at the speaker and let them know I've placed an online order so they can start preparing it and keep everything organized. While I understand the intention, her tone came off as unnecessarily rude and dismissive--especially considering there were no other vehicles in line. It was an odd and off-putting experience. I won't be back in the area for another month, but next time I definitely won't stop here for lunch. read more

We have loved Salad and Go for years and were, at the very least, weekly customers. I loved having a healthier option to fast food when I want a protein and veggie-packed meal. But the quality of food has been going downhill for a while, and yesterday was the last straw for me. My husband picked up a salad for me to have at work and when I went to eat it, il the chicken (I got double chicken) was mushy and watery and absolutely disgusting. I got a big piece of chicken fat that turned me off to the rest of the meal. I finally threw it away (final picture is how much I had to waste). To top it off, I got food poisoning last night and the salad was the only thing I ate that my family didn't. I complained yesterday on the Salad and Go website and heard back today. I have never had a positive experience at this location. Every single time I go, there is something wrong with my order. Today I didn't get a dressing for my wrap (receipt even shows dressing on the side) and they almost didn't give me one of my drinks. They also criticized me for being early from the pick up time listed after placing my order online. Please shut this location down or train the team. I've made complaint after complaint after each mess up. Great I get coupons for a future purchase but nothing is actually getting corrected. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. It's located in a new shopping area with plenty of parking (which you don't really need for Salad and Go, but great if you need anything else nearby). I decided to order the new Roasted Autumn Salad. I think this is my new favorite!!! It's loaded with sweet crunchy pecans, tangy dried cranberries, roasted chicken and roasted Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes and topped with zesty Balsamic vinaigrette. Hardy and perfect for those cooler days when you still want to get in your veggies. The staff memberes were super pleasant and friendly and made my order exactly how I asked. I was surprised there aren't more options on the menu. I did enjoy my Cobb salad. I thought it was tasty and was great for a nice lunch. My wife didn't like hers at all. I've had enough! This location is CONSISTENTLY bad. I live very nearby and this was a welcome addition to the sea of unhealthy fast food options in the area. I have gotten rotting lettuce, collapsing tomatoes, mushy red bell peppers and translucent cucumbers just about EVERY visit. I've given them FAR too many chances only because they're so close. I'm done. I seriously question if they even do quality control at all. At this point I expect worms and aphids to get by. I will say that Salad and Go is one of my favorite places to eat especially for a light lunch, and I've been to many other locations but by far this location is the worst. I went during non busy hours and 3 cars were in front of me. I was in line for 15 minutes and then when I finally pulled up to the window, they didn't have the drink or salad ready and seemed confused on what my order even was. Hubby and I love Salad and Go! We literally go every other day. I would definitely recommend placing an online order so you can customize your salad pretty much any way you want. The frozen strawberry lemonades are constantly good we order even in the winter lol. The breakfast burritos are also yummy and again definitely recommend building your own online and picking up. Plus, you can grab a cold brew for less than $2 I mean so many reasons to try Salad and Go. I also love that the staff is always so nice and accommodating when wanting extra dressing. They do not wash their produce. I ordered ahead online, ordered the Thai wrap and Buffalo chicken wrap and two sides of their soup. The portions were generous, which was a big plus. Because of the portion size, i could not even finish half. I wrapped up the remaining left over and placed in the fridge. Next day I I grab the left over and proceed to eat. Three bites left before finishing, I find a live bug inside sitting on a bed of the mixture inside the wrap! You would think, not having such an extensive menu and focusing on their main ingredients being produce, they would be more thorough on cleaning.
