Their breakfast burritos used to be $4 now it is a whopping $8 across the broad. The portion is the same they just charge $4 more. Sometimes service is slower at this location compared to others. Food quality is consistently pretty good. Salad portions are generous. The wraps are stuffed and good size 95% of the time. Sometimes they can be a little skimpy though. On a recent visit, I tried the new quesadilla. It was such a joke. It's the equivalent of eating two tortilla chips. When Salad And Go first came on the scene my thought was it could become the best fast food on the planet. Man has that thought changed. It was a great idea that got run into the ground. Very disappointed in the following general observations and changes. 1. There has been a 30% price increase on salads 2. The portions in said salads have been reduced by at least 15% 3. The protein for salads has been significantly reduced This is not a location-specific issue as I'm a weekly customer at multiple locations. This is the unfortunate direction of the new owners that will absolutely drive this place into the ground. They bought a winning business from the original owners and now will destroy it. Customer satisfaction is WAY down, and now I choose to go back to Angies where I get the salad I was getting at Salads and GO, but with superior quality, quantity, and price. The private equity group that now owns Salads and should consider offloading it at .25 cents on the dollar to another entity that wants to build on the original Salads and Go success rather than destroy it. read more

Salad and go has been popping up every where I look. It has been steadily taking over a lot of old restaurant spaces. The stores are cute and tiny. They don't take up much space. I do like that they are everywhere because it makes it convenient for me to get something quick while on the go. Since they sell the same thing at each store the decision about what to get can be made quickly. I think this is the same appeal as with equally ubiquitous McDonalds and Starbucks. Yet each of these places have their own specific products. Salad and go is quite healthy and fresh. They have little packages of dressing that need to be cut open to be added to the salad. This is good so the salad doesn't get old as fast. I also heard the salad dressing is made in house. This location was just as busy as the others when I visited. I got my usual Buffalo chicken with the mozzarella balls. I love those! read more

I thought, hey... why not skip my usual salad spots and try a new place. Upon going through a drive-thru... I noticed all the variations of salads on the menu. I was going to try the Tai, but ended up going with the Greek. I am not an avid salad eater but I've tried the Greek Salad at Pita Jungle, (8 out of 10) and Panera Bread (8 out of 10), Heck, I even tried Sams Clubs Greek Salad (4.5 out of 10) but Salad to Go's Greek Salad was somewhat disturbing. Mind-you, I ate this salad during a drive in my vehicle. I quickly opened up the dressing and layered it on all the leaves. Stirred it up and began chomping away. When I say it was SO WEIRD... I mean it! As I began chewing the greens, I could feel a gritty texture in my teeth. Almost as if you're hanging out at a beach next to your family enjoying the beautiful ocean while the amazing salt-water breeze flows through your hair and then some random toddler begins digging a hole in the earth next to you with a shovel, meanwhile he accidentally flicks his shovel full of sand in the air and that once comforting breeze catches the sands and plants it in your mouth feel. Yeah.................. that part. Needless to say, I wouldn't offer this salad to a homeless person. I'd feel guilty that I just handed them a mouth full of dirty sand. Either this place skips on cleaning their greens, OR the dressing they offered was beyond tragic. Overall, I would skip this place in a heartbeat if I were you. Not for giggles and all, but even their slushy machine was down during rush hour for "cleaning" so I couldn't even wash the sandy grit out of my mouth. I stopped here today for lunch. As the name suggests, this establishment offers salads to-go. This particular location was extremely busy and has two drive thru lanes as well as a mobile order pickup lane. I ordered a Buffalo chicken salad through the drive thru and the wait was pretty minimal. The salad has Buffalo chicken, celery, carrots, grape tomatoes, croutons, and sliced jalapeños over a bed of greens with blue cheese dressing. The salad was fresh and decent sized, served within a plastic to-go container. The price for the salad was very reasonable given the quality and convenience of this salad drive thru. This is basically the Dutch Bros of salads. Excellent and quick service for a quality product. read more

Out of the 10 times I think 2 were good. I thought I'd try it today since it had been such a long time, I wish I would have just driven to the next closest location. Love how quick and convenient this place is but hate that they make zero effort mixing their wraps. 1/3 of the way through my wrap and I have yet to run into any dressing. Last 3 bites of the wrap I finally find all of the dressing. Definitely prefer my wrap ingredients actually mixed. Their salads are great though (as you can mix them yourself). read more

A true lifesaver! I make breakfast every Sunday for our church's worship team, but this morning I terribly messed up in the kitchen and ruined it. So I called this location to see how quickly they could get me 15 breakfast burritos. Fast and friendly service. If you're on the go and want a healthy lunch or quick coffee this is your one stop shop. They have bomb salads that can also be put into a wrap. I like the wraps personally as it's easier to eat while on the go. The name says it all and is pretty self explanatory. The vanilla iced cold brew slaps! It will give you the kick you need and tastes better than most vanilla iced coffees. I ask for an extra pump just to make it a little sweeter. Mmm love this place and my wallet does too. read more

I use to love Salad and Go but they do need to bring back the summer crunch salad and Caprese Salad, the other salads are just OK so I rarely go for salads. One thing they do at this location is on the breakfast burrito is all the bacon in half the burrito and then the eggs and cheese in the other half. I quit getting them because of this. The bland grilled chicken portions are as small as a single chicken tenderloin. I don't even think it was cooked on the premises. You could get something better, fresher, and quicker at the Albertsons behind it than making a mobile order only to wait 10 minutes to get it. I had a custom order with the Greek dressing that could not stand up to the mixed greens and abundant Kalamata olives. I had to use the Olive Garden dressing I have in the fridge. It wasn't a total loss. They give you a lot of food for $7 and the drive thru employee was chill despite the early lunch rush. The unsweetened iced mango green tea was good. PS. While I wish I could give a 5 star I had to take one off ONLY due to the finished product which I got a buffalo chicken wrap. Mind you this was my second go at salad and go (no pun intended). The first time was trying the buffalo chicken salad my pregnant cousin had brought over I was immediately hooked. Now thanks to her cravings rubbing off on me I had a craving for another salad and knew exactly where to go. Well while the food quality and taste were good I had to unfortunately eat my wrap as a salad eventually because the tortilla got really soggy and fell apart everywhere and just turned out being a huge mess as I had to eat in my car on a lunch break. I would just say maybe slowing down and making sure the tortilla is wrapped loosely and ends up being a flour taco. Other than that I would recommend this place. :) read more
