So disappointed. Ordered two Cobb salads with ranch dressing. Got home and put the dressing on one.. it was sour! Absolutely disgusting. Way too exhausted to have to drive back down there and complain. Waited in line for 25 min for this crap. Just be cautious and make sure your dressings aren't spoiled. What a waste of $15! Just now! May 12, 2022. First timer, I pulled into this location off Deer Valley Rd. Having never been here before, I did not know that there were 2 different lanes and 2 different sides, one for online orders and the other for drive-thru orders. After waiting 40+ minutes in the "online" order lane, I approached the window. The person who came to the window asked for my name,? I said I hadn't placed my order yet, she explained to me my mixup. I explained that this was my first visit and that I did not see any signage indicating or differentiating the 2 sides of the store. She was very polite and very nice, she gladly took my order, which was given to me very very quickly, I paid and drove away. Not without first asking her name, Rachel! I told her she was a rock star and because of her and her professionalism, I will be back!! Next time I will be in the right lane!!!!! read more

Slow as a snail! Drive through moves faster than the mobile pick up. Waiting 30 mins past pickup time is ridiculous.

Employees park in all the parking spaces and leaves customers no where to go except walk from the grocery store parking.

It pains me to say this as I love Salad and Go but the quality at this store is terrible. A few months ago I ordered a wrap that was incredible. Down right crave-able. I ordered it again a month ago. It was ok but not as good as the first one. They dumped in so much dressing it was soggy by the time I hit it home and completely fell apart. But it still tasted ok. I ordered it again tonight and it was awful. The order ticket on the bag is correct but the wrap was not. I order a special wrap that's a little hot like I like it. This wrap was so full of lettuce there was absolutely zero heat. And I ordered pico, red onion, and red pepper. Did I mention it was the wrong lettuce? Sorry Salad and Go Peoria. I order your meals to pick up for dinner on the run but have given up. There's another neighborhood place that makes great salads and sandwiches. I think I'll give them all my dinner on the run business now. read more

This place has really taken a nose dive since they first opened. The lettuce is wilted a lot of times and the veggies are always soggy and old tasting. The quality was great when they first opened but not anymore. Will not be back. YUCK read more

No consistency in the salads. Picked up two salads at 6 pm. Had 3 cherry tomatoes and no pickled onions and the lettuce was old and brown. They never look like their advertised photos. This is the most amazing place! We order on the app and it's always ready right away at the time it says to come and I've never had to wait. You just drive up to the mobile drive through. They are all so friendly and nice. This place is so inexpensive and the salads are huge, fresh and high quality. It might not at first glance look huge but there is so much in the container I get home and put it in a huge container and add more croutons and mix it all up and I can't even eat it all at once (neither can my kids, teenagers!) and I can eat a lot and they can too. Its so filling and fresh. The awesome thing is every time we change up what we get, and we eat here a few times a week because of the price, portion and selection, and they have never gotten an order wrong! You can't find a yummy place like this. Also, their drinks are great. We always get the frozen strawberry lemonade and it is wonderful! It's fresh and natural and it doesn't have any of the fake stuff that other places put in their lemonades. You will not regret trying it out. They have something for everyone. The food here is fantastic! However every time I use the app to order online and then show up to pick it up in the mobile order line it takes forever! Tonight I Ordered in the app for it to be ready at 8 o'clock. I showed up at 8:05 and there were a couple of cars in front of me at the mobile order only line. It took 13 minutes to give salads to those TWO cars... I'm not sure what they were doing in there for that long because it's not like they had to make anything; all of it should've been done ahead of time because they were pre-orders. When I got to the window I pressed the bell even though there was no gap between me and the car in front of me (no one seem to notice I was there) all to find out that the young man standing in there was texting on his phone and ignoring the bell so I rang it again. He came to the window asked my name and then went back to his phone before he sent someone else to get my food and bring it to me... I hope it was an important phone call read more

I get their salads throughout the entire year. I love the fall when the Fall Harvest salad is available. I always switch out the romaine for the mixed greens in all my salads. Best place for a healthy meal at such a reasonable price. Great variety of drinks too. read more

I love this company and I've been to several locations now. They all turn out great food! The people at 83rd are friendly and kind but their line management is atrocious! At first, I thought it might be because it was a new build and they were all just learning the ropes. But after visiting this particular location several times over the months since it went up, I've not seen any improvement. The regular drive thru seems to operate as you would expect but their mobile order line always goes slower than the regular drive thru. I've learned this the hard way on days when my time was limited and I was counting on the same swift service I received at other locations. The whole point of ordering ahead is to NOT sit in the long lunch lines. Today I parked and walked up to the window because the line for mobile orders was at least 8 cars long. I received my order immediately from a smiling employee and then sat in my car and watched the people in the mobile car line waited and waited and waited. So if you want to order ahead here, don't drive thru. Walk up! read more

Nice lettuce specifically my iceberg lettuce was perfectly crunchy and watery and delicious the sauce was too good with double sauce MMM even better!
