Drive through experience was a nightmare! Took forever for the line to move. Once I got to the order box it was radio silence. After what seemed like an eternity I finally asked if someone was there. Worker came back on and asked me to give her more time Placed the order and then back to sitting (whole experience took more than half an hour) waiting for the two people in front of me to get their order. When we got to the window the employee informed me that the upgraded small banana shake couldn't be made due to not having enough. I switched the drink order and had to ask for the upgrade price to be removed. Once we finally got our order I asked if the condiments (ketchup, spicy ketchup plus three or four upgraded sauces that we paid extra for). The employee said that they were there. I should have checked, but we were now late to getting back to our event we are at so I just left. Sure enough, not a single condiment in site. We waited at least 15 minutes for the food, and when I got my Whataburger combo with cheese, the sandwich was cold and so were the french fries. In town to visit a friend and wanted to try Whataburger for the first time. I told the cashier it was my first and he gave me a big smile. Very friendly service as well as fast and efficient. I asked for green chiles on my classic burger and he said no problem. This person was also the server and we all were impressed with his courtesy and the tray he brought us that held ketchups and napkins. Very nice touch. Loved the spicy ketchup and was happy with the size of my burger. The flavor was also very good. I think we will definitely go back not only because of flavor but because of the overall service with a smile feeling and also the cleanliness of the establishment. I was in town in early December 2020 to run a nearby half marathon. Since I had a coupon for a free Whataburger, I came here for lunch. It's not like I needed a whole lot of arm-twisting! For the free burger, I needed to buy medium fries and a medium drink. In addition to the standard toppings (tomato, pickles, lettuce, onions, and mustard) for my Whataburger, I also added a slice of cheese for 55 cents. After paying for my food, I was given a number. Once my order was ready, an employee brought my food out to me. With the current pandemic, all of the employees were wearing masks and gloves. There was still inside dining, but I took my order to-go. Drinks were still self-served. Every employee that I interacted with were all nice and friendly. Once I got back to my room, I found all of my food to be good, just as to be expected from almost any Whataburger. While it's not my favorite burger of all-time, they always have very decent burgers. It's a shame that we don't have any back in California. I only get to eat at Whataburger when I'm traveling. read more

I eat at a Whataburger at least once a month, and my wife and I were served the worst meal ever from this Bell Rd location. My double Whataburger was served to me with one and a half of the driest and patties in the house. They were so cold the cheese was unmelted and the only juice was from the big chunks of poorly chopped lettuce on the burger. My wife also mentioned her double junior burger was flavorless and dry. I stop at this location because it is normally kept pretty clean. The little girl running the cash register was clueless and even though my wife repeated the order a few times it still came out wrong.
