Not being open until 8 o'clock when the schools and businesses around you start before that? You're missing out on a lot of money. Additionally, they don't have any signs. Stopped by this location today on a whim after eating nearby for two milkshakes. No one was in the drive thru and only about two cars parked in a stall. Attempted to order a banana and strawberry milkshakes. We were told they were out of banana so I ordered a vanilla, it took forever to even pay and talk to a cashier and even longer for the milkshakes. Vibe is basic you're in your car. Prices are decent. Ordered a combo with tater tots and a burger, just a classic burger with a blue coconut slushie with nerds. The burger was good, the tater tots were salty. I received a drink that was brown with what looked like to be bits of white peices in it. When I poured it down the drain, there was a lemon, a lime and some nerds in it. I don't know what it was at all but it was definitely not a blue coconut slushy.. Server was slow. Usually foods pretty good, I don't know what happened this time. read more

Stopped by for a fun treat for my girls. We were using their free small slushees rewards earned through the local summer reading program. This was my first time ever going to a sonic so I wasn't too sure what to do or expect. Instead of picking a spot since we were just getting drinks I opted for the drive thru they had. One girl got a grape slushee and the other a vanilla slushee. I opted to go for a small cherry limeade. The girl with the grape loved hers and finished is all up, my other with the vanilla said it was weird and only had about half. All in all it was a nice treat. read more

The Fried cookie dough bites with ice cream looks good on the app. They are $3.26 with 3 quarter size fried cookie dough bites. It tastes like they are fried In the same fryer as the food,so it has a mixture of onions mozzarella sticks etc, all those fried foods flavors because the oil is old and used. Also, the ice cream is a mini size when I say mini I mean like maybe 2 tablespoons worth of ice cream. Go to Culver's much better ice cream better variety. read more

The food is great when you drive up and order it. Ubereats its another story. Always delays coming from this restaurant and they always are forgetting a drink or something in our order. Before we even opened the burger the runner Nina was being flat out rude and was using some sort of voodoo eye language. My blast wasn't blended but I can always do that myself and the mozzarella sticks were cold. The star of the show was the burger, the biggie cheese burger. DO NOT COME TO THIS SONIC. So, my boyfriend and I went to this sonic at 10:20 PM on Tuesday, May 30 we were at a store and we press the button to get something. My boyfriend asked "can you take cash through here" and I don't want to assume but he sounded black, I know that sounds bad but it was blatantly obvious(?) he also seemed to be yelling in his mic or it was very close, I wouldn't be surprised if he was under the influence. A year ago, this place was AMAZING. Now, a year later :( not so much. Ordered a #1 with no lettuce and no onion. Got a soggy cold bun with lettuce and a piece of cold cheese. I'll give 2 stars because Ellie is amazing! She's so sweet and has amazing customer service! However I had gone on my lunch break and went to use a gift card and pay the rest cash. I was then told they can't do 2 separate payments which debit and cash I understand but gift card? It doesn't make sense bc I've never seen or heard of that. Well I ask her to try the gift card for what's on it and then put the rest cash... this employee comes out and says it didn't work but here's your change for the 20 and paid for the whole thing with the $20 which was not the plan. (I would've used smaller bills if I had them). I'm more frustrated that instead of coming out and saying it didn't work and giving me my money back and I give the food back was annoying. Like you should always ask the customer "if this doesn't work do you want to pay the full bill with this?" And she didn't give me my receipt so basically money I really only had the gift card to use gone. I wish I could've talked to someone but I was on lunch and had to get back to work. I'm sorry for the wait, I'm sorry we forgot something, I'm sorry we got your order wrong... I could probably make a drinking game out of every time someone starts a sentence with "I'm sorry." STOP WITH THE I'M SORRYS. If you're constantly having to apologize, then recognize where the deficiencies are and CORRECT THEM! 2. I find it particularly annoying when, again, EVERY time we're in the drive thru, someone walks by with a tray and asks "did you order a ..."? No, that's not mine. Repeat. Repeat. Guys, come on, it's not that difficult. You have a computer that tracks orders. You should know who ordered what! The first order on your screen should be the first car in line. The second should be for the second car, and so on. What are you guys doing at this location to be so completely haphazardly lost? I just wanted to give a shout out to the Robert, possibly the manager last night. While we were eating in our car my tire deflated and when I went to pull away it started losing air fast. I pulled into the gas station right next door. The air pump was broken of course. Without asking Robert came over and changed my tire for me!! That was flat too so we ended up being there for almost four hours and Robert looked out for us the entire time. He gave my kids free drinks while we waited and waited and waited. He checked on us from time to time and was extremely kind and helpful. He didn't have to do any of that so it was impressive and as a mom with kids I felt safe there. Thanks again sooooo so much Robert! I am reading the negative reviews here and while I sat at Sonic for FOUR hours I noticed that Robert would go outside and talk to anyone that had any kind of problem and then fix it. It seems to me that with that level of customer service and consciousness this place should be getting good reviews in no time! read more

I'm giving the KIDS MEALS 4 stars. So much BETTER than McDonald's!! Their chicken nuggets are better than McDonald's. They also offer a grilled cheese, which is pretty tasty, burgers, hot dogs and corn dogs as choices for their kid's meals. Serving fresh, hot food is a challenge for this location!! I usually go through the drive thru, do a temperature check and park my ass at one of the spots with a menu and a speaker and request the food be replaced with fresh, hot food. You have your choice of apple slices, tator tots or french fries and your choice of so MANY drink options, including lots of frozen frosty flavors!! I usually stick with chocolate milk for our guy but a frosty is a nice treat sometimes! The toys are cool and the price is right!! From $2.99 to $3.39. read more

Went to get my family and I shakes in the evening. They were out of small and large cups (both the sizes I wanted). Rather than charging me for a small and just adding less ice cream into a medium cup, they could only offer medium sizes at full price. I accepted this, but then they brought out my shakes with a third of the ice cream missing as if it was a small when I paid for medium sizes. When I asked them about it, they just said their ice cream is watered down. I felt like they should have done more if they were out of everything and their machines aren't working. read more

Update: I received a phone call with an apology shortly after I left my review. They not only compensated me for my trouble but when I came in to cash in on the compensation, the manger went over and above in customer service even though they were having a particular busy night. That's the way to do business right. Thank you. I came here a week ago when they completely messed up my order. Because of my tight schedule, I couldn't get back to fix it so I called. The seemingly nice person on the phone took my name and my order and said I could come back for a free meal. One week later, I come back for my meal and it's not written down. Do I have my receipt? Nope. Wasn't told to keep it and I try to keep my car clean. They won't honor what hey told me because someone else failed at their job. Shay (the manager I spoke to today) wasn't particularly sympathetic or helpful. It seems to me that this is how they get out of fixing their mistakes.
