First timer here... It's 2025 customer service you expect but can't believe at the same time. If you want the iced coffee with cream ...make sure to ask for cream. It's not going to look like the picture on the menu and they aren't going to say "would you like cream AND they will not give it to you at the window. The guy literally said you would have had to ask when you ordered sorry. They will also leave your avocado off your Good Green salad so check your salad for ALL ingredients listed on the menu. As a way to say "my bad" for leaving off essential ingredients, he gave me a year + old expired coupon from 01/31/2024. So yea...I will try a different location in the future before making a general assumption about the chain but for everyone else be your own quality check and suggestive sales expert. I will always recommend and rave about this place (and this location)! Breakfast is where it's at! You can't beat getting a breakfast burrito the size of TX that is not only scrumptious, but is also hella cheap! My strawberry lemonade and breakfast burrito only cost me $5 and some change!! I showed up yesterday at 6:30am on the dot, I was informed that their oven was moving alittle slow and thus the wait would be like 5 mins longer than normal.. I advised that was fine-- what else am I to expect first customer of the day?! After paying and moving to the other window, I don't even think I waited 5mins before I got my order. The lady employee that was serving me apologized profusely about the wait and gave me a BOGO coupon for next time due to the wait. This was not necessary at all!! I love how professional and polite this lady was (I should have gotten her name). Employees like her will always keep me coming back as a repeat customer!! We've been coming here several times a week since opening. I am becoming a little less enamored as time goes on. Mostly with the really inconsistent amount of lettuce you get. My spouse orders the same thing each time and the size of the salad is all over the place. I ordered soup and a kid's salad the other day - both generous- then repeated the order today and the salad was half the size of the one I got earlier in the week. Very disappointing. The website ordering system was changed and you can no longer opt out of the plasticware/napkin which is a shame. read more

Finally, actually healthy fast food that's cheap! This is my new favorite place for a quick bite. Although the bite isn't quick -- service is, but the salads are huge! We took ours to Harry Myers and sat by the lake and it must have taken me 30 minutes to eat it all. We tried breakfast this morning and I had the southwest burrito.. again, huge and took me at least 15 min to finish. House made salsa and dressings are really good. Everything is super fresh. I had Greek salad -- very good. I always love a solid Greek salad. Husband had Cobb -- also very good. Both with chicken. Again, good. Fresh ingredients. Breakfast was southwest burrito for me and traditional bacon, egg cheese for him. Both really good with quality ingredients. This is the kind of stuff we need around Rockwall. It was ironic seeing the McDonald's building next door lurking moodily in the background while we picked up our orders at the mobile window. read more

I usually love this place and when I went to get my salad the man who took my order was super nice. But, when I got to the window the blonde girl was extremely rude! Slammed the window a couple times and was very annoyed but I shrugged it off, then when I get home and check my salad to find there was less then half of what I usually get. Wasn't even filled halfway to the orange bowl. Not sure what was happening since service is usually great, but she was not friendly at all and had attitude. Don't work in a customer facing position if you're going to be a bitch. As for the salad i'm not sure how they determine the portions, but I know it's never been so small before. When you staff your location with high school students there should at least be one adult there to supervise. I've been to SAG several times prior and have been very happy with the food and service. However, yesterday evening my husband (his 1st time) and I ran through the drive through in Allen to grab dinner and our orders were taken and filled by very young staff. We did not see any adults inside. Half way home I noticed that my Cobb salad didn't have any eggs. And my husband's chicken Caesar salad barely had any lettuce in it. We turned around to bring the salads back and they gave us a tiny amount of boiled eggs in a container on the side. And my husband didn't even tell them about the mini-salad he had. When we got home we realized how much bad lettuce we both got in our salads. Like huge chucks of the white core of the head of the lettuce that is not edible. So after throwing out all of the bad lettuce, my husband barely had any lettuce left. I get it...kids don't care. But an adult should be there to supervise! On a restricted diet I love the convenience of your service. I will give it another shot but I'm very sad that my husband's 1st experience was sub-par and I'm not sure he will try again. I am only trying to help by explaining our recent experience because I WANT your business to be successful. And I want to be able to incorporate your salads a few times a week. But should this happen again, I'm sure we won't be returning to support your business. I sincerely hope you will take this as constructive and make sure that a grown adult is there to supervise going forward to make sure that the orders are correct and filled with edible lettuce.
