I don't know why this place has gotten a few low ratings. I have not had issues with wrong orders, bad product or poor customer service. When I arrived I drove right up to the order area. A staff voice came over the PA system to ask my order. I ordered the Autumn salad with chicken. You can also order tofu as your protein. Service was swift and pleasant. The roasted salad was fresh and tasty with Brussel sprouts, cranberries, cheese and good fresh greens. The salad comes with an enclosed pouch of dressing, a fork and napkin. The price is a bargain. I love Salad and Go for those rare occasions I need to be healthy! The breakfast burritos are awesome and I love the Chicken Caesar Salad (with extra chicken) when I need to eat but don't want the heavy meals like burgers and what not ESPECIALLY here is Arizona where when it gets up to 115 degrees outside that heavy stuff can make you sick. The places are always clean and inviting plus the team is always on point and friendly. They get you in and out quick as well. If you've never tried a Salad and Go, then it's a must! read more

This is by far the worst location in Phoenix. The guy at the drive up window always curt and over it. To avoid him we've started doing mobile orders where now twice in a row they gotten the mobile orders wrong. First time we mobile ordered they completely forgot half of our order to which the manager said "Sorry we were really busy and forgot to put your order together correctly." The second time we mobile ordered they gave us the completely wrong breakfast burritos even though the labels were in there correctly. For real, get it together. read more

The red-headed troll taking our order tonight was dour, dull, and intentionally obnoxious from the moment she opened her mouth. Just completely rude despite the fact it's her job to take food orders. She couldn't even fake it. She didn't even attempt to be kind. How sad is that? I feel bad for her to be honest...but it was hard to feel bad for her in the moment. This girl shouldn't be working with the public or represent anyone's business. She has a personality more well-suited to stocking shelves. If the owner had heard her manner and then watched how she slammed shut the window and laughed with her friend over it, he or she would've fired her on the spot. Another Salad & Go location, this one in Scottsdale! Love to see them expanding and this location is conveniently situated off the 101 and between Frank Lloyd Wright and Raintree. Today (7/31) is their opening date and although they weren't offering any specials, the prices here rival any other chain. I got two salads and a breakfast burrito for under $20. The roasted autumn with chicken is my recent favorite, and I also ordered a classic Caesar with chicken. I got the Mediterranean breakfast burrito which comes with eggs, feta cheese, spinach, avocado and I added kalamata olives for a modest $.59. Everything was delicious as usual and the employees were friendly and efficient. I like to ask for no utensils and I find the best time to do is after handing them my credit card. My food was prepared quickly and I was pleasantly surprised to see positive messages inscribed on the salad lids, small but meaningful gesture. The girl at the drive through answering on the headset was unbelievably rude and was impatient to me ordering first time at salad and go, her tone was so rude and was not happy to be at work period. Then she tried to charge me for two extra salads and when my salad was finished she threw it on the table next to the nicer worker guy causing it to tip over. This is a new location on Scottsdale road and Thunderbird. If you are going south on Scottsdale road it's on your right ..turn right after you see the Taco Bell. It's important you don't miss this turn or you will have to drive through a very crowded parking lot. I don't really like the way the cars have to line up here. There's only one ordering screen so it may not look too crowded but it alternates between cars. Once you get there and order your food it's great. Salad options with a protein are under $7. You can also get a wrap version of the salads. Breakfast is very reasonable as well with a bowl or burrito option. Only served in the mornings though. They have a lot of specialty drinks. Blueberry basil lemonade etc. Very reasonable and delicious. Would recommend everyone trying it. Look online for food allergies. Best to order online and pick up. read more

I almost never leave bad reviews, but I think this cautionary tale needs to be shared with others. They only have 2 people servicing this very busy location. I ordered a salad at 10:40 am for 11 am pick up. I waited in the online order pick up lane for about 15 minutes and there were only 2 cars ahead of me which did not move. Meanwhile, the drive through line was moving very quickly. When I finally got out of my car to ask how long of a wait I should expect because I had a meeting at 11:30, I was told at the window there was about 20 minutes wait and that the window was only for cars that are driving through. I wish there was a refund or cancellation, but here we are again. Came back at 12:40 pm to pick up the same salad I had ordered for 11 am pick up and the line for online order pick up was through the main street, which didn't move for 10 minutes. I waited close to 20 minutes again just to pick up a pre-ordered salad. My advice is order from literally any other place and don't waste your time on this location. Tried this location cause the paradise valley location had a long line. Got here and the line was long too. I wasn't to happy with my salad it had wilted lettuce. A few brown lettuce and really quilted purple colored lettuce. Then at the bottle of my salad there was a small piece of hair. That turned me off I stopped eating it. I've never had this problem with the north Scottsdale and paradise valley location. Won't be returning here again that for sure. read more

I think the main takeaway from the poor reviews is, DON'T ORDER AHEAD OF TIME! Common theme of people who had problems... We drove right in, ordered a fajita salad with tofu and green tea, came out fast and cooked perfectly! Some tofu is too mushy; this was firm and great taste baked into it. Can't wait to go back for more salad and prob. a burrito; prices can't be beat, and the ingredients were all super healthy and fresh; no iceberg lettuce, only crisp romaine that was delicious. read more

I was seriously so excited for this location to open, just to be severely let down. I rarely ever leave bad reviews as I always try to give the employees and business the benefit of the doubt. But this place is legit horrendous. Whether it is employees arguing with each other over the drive through mic, the extremely long wait times for basic orders, or inaccurate orders, this Salad and Go sucks straight up. They need to fire everyone and just restart with proper management or something because this is hands down the worst location I have ever been too. Even giving them multiple opportunities to make up for their previous mistakes just leads to dealing with more mistakes and they don't seem to care a bit. Mobile pickup with 4 cars is slower than the line of 20 cars, I ordered at 12:40 pm from my desk at work and was supposed to be ready at 1248pm. The salads at this place are exceptionally fresh and clean. The lettuce doesn't have that unpleasant, strange taste that you often find in most lettuce. The Caesar dressing is quite delightful; I believe they use anchovies in it. I ordered the chicken Caesar, which was excellent, although I did encounter a piece of plastic in my meal, which was quite a safety concern. I had to reach out to your team about this issue because if I had swallowed it and needed medical attention, it could have led to a significant lawsuit.
