Mediterranean fast food. Fresh ingredients with build your own bowls. Different proteins, like chicken, lamb and steak. Rices and veggies as well. Lots of toppings, sides and spice levels. Helpful staff. Can eat inside or take out.

Awesome mediterranean food! Custom bowl is my go-to. Staff was extremely polite and helpful - I was assisted by Ellie & Quincy

This is my second time here and I teally liked the food the first time. I thought the porttion was good for the price. Since they usually have a long line to order in person, I placed an online order. I am very disappointed with my build your own salad. The portion is so small and it looks like they just threw things in the bowl. I noticed they have at least ten to go orders made right now. That is probably why my salad didn't get the attention I was hoping for. I am actually angry that I paid $11.75 for hardly any food. I will not be back. This is a waste of my money and now I will be very hungry soon. I am diabetic and look for healthy food with large portions to carry me through the day. Edited to add: While I was eating in the restaurant, I noticed customers who ordered in person getting a out double the portion in their salads. I am tired of the inconsistencies at food establishments. This is a main reason I have cut back significantly on eating out.

I enjoy the occasional Mediterranean food at CAVA nearby, and last night, I went to pick up dinner for my wife and me. She knew that she wanted a greens & grain bowl while I planned to get a pita. Both were build-your-own dishes. While the staff were very nice, I experienced a long line and dishes that continued to need to be refilled. The food tasted great but it took a long while to get, and due to some miscommunication, I was charged for an extra main dish. After the line slowly moved and I got to the first ordering area, I mentioned the bowl and pita I planned to order. My wife told me to order her falafel and to add some roasted vegetables and other sides to the bowl. I always planned to order grilled chicken for myself. They were out of the grilled chicken and roasted vegetables. I waited for a while for both to be refilled and added the tzatziki and hummus and other sides. When being billed, I didn't realize that the roasted veggies were another main dish, and at the point, I was unable to make any changes. Then again, it was my mistake for not knowing this so I've learned my lesson there. When I got home and we ate, the meal was delicious. I was still concerned about the long line and the food continuing to run out and need to wait a while to replace it. I would think the staff would be prepared to continue to replace what is about to run out very quickly (though perhaps this is why there was a long line to begin with). The North Scottsdale location is one of the seven locations of CAVA in Arizona. It offers pick-up, delivery, and dine-in. The restaurant hours are daily from 10:30 AM to 10 PM except for Thursday when it is closed. You can read more about the location at https://cava.com/locations/north-scottsdale-az. Also on the website, you can order online, see the menu, get a gift card, order catering, There is also the CAVA Rewards (https://cava.com/rewards) where if you join, you can get free delivery on your first order of $15 or more. There are three statuses each with different benefits. They also have a status match to earn the highest CAVA status (Sun) for a limited period of time. Again, I enjoyed the food and appreciate the CAVA loyalty program and benefits; however, this location needs some work to shorten lines by being more proactive in refilling dishes and keeping the lines moving. I am hoping that this is different in the future when I find myself back at this location again.

I had a quick and late lunch at Cava today and it was my first time there. I was able to park easily very close to the door. Only one person was in line ahead of me giving time to study the menu. It's a great menu as every item had the calories listed. I chose their new garlicky chicken Shawarma bowel and a soft drink which was the Mexican coke- sugar free. The bowl was not large but the taste was amazing. They had a recommended sauce and I declined the additional hot sauce with spices. In its place I chose their yogurt sauce. The two together were so very good with the garlicky chicken shawarma bowel. I spent about $18 plus tip. I may make this a regular spot for lunch. It is very simple with not a lot of items on the menu. The food is really good. The decor is comfortable for a fast food establishment.

Finally tried CAVA for the first time and I liked it. This place is like Chipotle but with mediterranean food. You can get a build-your-own bowl or pita where you can pick your base with grains/greens, protein, 3 dips (such as hummus, tzatziki, etc.), toppings, and dressings. They also have set bowls you can choose from. Price came out to $16 for the bowl and drink, and it was good. I hope they open more locations because this location was suuuuuper busy at lunch on a weekday.

Grilled green chicken pita. Fresh is the first word I think of To describe cava. Great flavors and sauce options. I'm pretty sure I could eat here everyday

Food was old, rice was stuck in clumps, avocado was black. The lunch staff are rude as hell. Won't be back.

Food 4 stars Value 3 stars Customer service 0 stars Had a terrible experience this afternoon during a business lunch. Got to the register to check out and asked for two water cups. The employee said "their order of water cups did not come in but I could sell you a bottled water or a drink". I asked if I could just have one of the small plastic cups they use for fountain drinks and she refused. The manager "Liz "came out and reiterated the same thing. Zero customer service, passing along their incompetence in ordering to their customers. All to save $0.10. I hope it's worth it! Won't be back

For those craving Mediterranean flare or a healthy alternative to fast food, CAVA is a great spot to try. Vegetarians will feel at home. You can craft your own bowls or pita or select one of the chef's curated ones. I love the spicy greens bowl. It's loaded with plant-based ingredients. There is also an assortment of handmade teas and lemonade available. The inside is fairly big and can accommodate parties of four or more. Accessible entrance and parking. Pickup & delivery are options as well.

We made a same-day reservation for a party of five--three teenagers and two adults. We all have different tastes and preferences, so I was hoping the menu would have something for everyone. It absolutely did, and the prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere is lively yet cozy, making it easy to enjoy conversation even when the restaurant is busy. The staff was absolutely delightful from start to finish. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We started with the truffle fries and the green beans with almonds. Both were wonderful, and the truffle fries were definitely a hit! Our entrees included pastas, fish tacos, a burger, and I had a salad with added salmon. Everything was delicious. My salmon unfortunately came out undercooked, despite my request for it to be cooked through. Our waitress and the manager were incredibly gracious, kind, and genuinely apologetic. They handled everything with such care that it turned what could have been a disappointing experience into an example of exceptional customer service. As part of their above-and-beyond recovery, they treated us to their incredible house donut with the most amazing sauce. It was absolutely outstanding and is not to be missed! I first heard about this place from a friend who lives in Tucson but didn't give much thought to it until I actually saw the restaurant a few months ago while I was at another store in the shopping center. After multiple visits, I can conclude that I enjoy more of their cold sandwiches than their grilled/hot ones. My top three picks in no particular order would be the Baggin's club, high Baggin's, and the chicken rojo. All are different in their own way, but what they do have in common is that they are jam packed with ingredients and bursting in flavor. I haven't tried all their soups and sides yet but from what I've tried so far, I would say the tomato basil bisque has been my favorite. It accompanies well with many sandwiches I've had. The only thing I didn't care for much from here were any of the sandwiches with chicken. Their chicken was a bit too dry for my preferences. So far, I've yet to have a bad experience here. The staff are always warm, friendly, and patient. They try to get your orders out in a timely manner, but they do get busy at times. I usually take my food to go but they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options if you want to dine in.

To be fair, we walked in well after the lunch rush, but the staff was still totally on top of it. As for the food, my friends ordered The Club and The Grinder, and both absolutely loved them. I went with the Moroccan Turkey, and oh my god, I loved everything about it. The standout players were definitely the Greek yogurt sauce and that red wine vinaigrette. Absolutely incredible flavor combo. That said... unless my friends and I have suddenly hit a massive growth spurt, the portions could definitely be a bit larger for what you're paying. We're in Scottsdale, not a micro-portion tasting menu in Paris. Feed us, ChopShop! The real plot twist of the meal was the BBQ potato chips. I thought they were absolute perfection. However, they caused a full-on culinary debate in our group. They lean pretty sweet and have this distinct Indian-spice vibe going on. If you're expecting standard backyard-barbecue Lays, you're going to be confused. Half the table was questioning their entire existence, while I was busy hoarding the bag.
