This is the most chaotic chick fil an experience that I have ever had. You had to confirm your order with three different people. It felt like going through TSA at the airport. The first person in the drive thru lacked friendliness and we kept repeating our order because he seemed confused about it all. Restaurant looked pretty organized and clean from inside. The Chicken sandwich was just okay but the nuggets were crisp and fresh. They offer dips with the nuggets and the variety is quite nice. Just wanted to say thank you to Chick-Fil-A for being so generous today. I am an 81 year old great grandma living in a nursing home where the food is inedible. My girlfriend offered to bring me some lunch today when she was coming to visit me. I requested a salad from Chick-Fil-A. I couldn't wait to gobble it up but when she arrived we realized there was no dressing at all in the bag. I called Chick-Fil-A and spoke to a delightful young woman named Jackie she offered to replace my salad and immediately sent a driver to my nursing home residence. The food was good not mind blowing but certainly better than your average fast food restaurant. I had the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich combo and chicken nuggets. There were ants in my vanilla shake. I took a video while moving the ice cream around with my straw, and I found even more ants at the bottom. I was disgusted and threw up when I realized I had been drinking ants. I will never go to Chick-fil-A again, especially this location. If there was any other chick-fil-A closer to where I work I would definitely go to that location... The fast food restaurant is very nicely kept up and is clean ... the food at Chick-Fil-A is always great but the only disappointment and down side I have of this location is the workers... I am highly allergic to anything with dairy so I always like to order there Cob salad but I always ask for no cheese's and I am worried that they will put cheese in it and I will not be able to eat my lunch since I order grilled chicken and if anyone has eaten a cob salad at chick fil A the chicken are made there on the spot and is hot when they put it in the salad so that would melt the cheese and I would have to give it to someone else to eat it since I don't like wasting food .. I literally told the girl who took my order NO CHEESE PLEASE.. she repeated to me twice so I figured she got the order correct , well it wasn't.. by the time I drove back to work and had just 15 minute to eat and noticed she got the ordered wrong again because I checked the receipt for my order and there was NO CHEESE put in there .. this has happened several times for me... Visiting AZ and went through drive thru for breakfast on my way to Mayo Clinic. I didn't know they had the English Muffin breakfast sandwiches. I had the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese muffin. I am a regular Chick Fil A customer and this has been by far. The worst Chick Fil A experience I've ever had on the app I've silver status because of how much I go in there and I expect to be treated with the respect of a valuable customer, however when I went into this Chick Fil A not only were all the employees super rude and seemed disinterested in my life and how I was doing all they seem to care about was just getting out of there cause clearly they did not want to be there and I'm sure that's to blame straight to the management because a good manager makes a happy environment. However, the food was all right. I'll give them that they did short out a little bit. Had a craving for this spot so I made my way over here on a Saturday afternoon. The drive-thru was pretty busy so I parked in their curbside parking and ordered on my phone. I was able to customize my meal order and it was simple and quick. It was also easy to do and I appreciated the convenience of the curbside option since I don't love long drive-thrus. My order was ready in about 10 minutes and I was on my way. I like their waffle fries and I ordered the grilled chicken spicy deluxe, which was very tasty. I preferred it to their spicy crispy chicken sandwich but that's just because grilled is better in my opinion. Service is good as usual, and I'd recommend ordering prior to arriving if you want to get your food faster. They have a rewards program if you sign up with their app so that's cool. read more

Remodeling looks great. I go here often and it never fails that every order whether it be drive through or walk in is missing contents of the order... I thought it was just a drive-through issue, however, I made a point to go inside the past two times so my daughter could play on the play structure and still the same issue always missing food from our order that we paid for. At least when I'm in the store I can get the food back but when I go through the drive-through I have been shorthanded numerous times for items I paid for. Extremely frustrating. This is a really great Chick -fil-A restaurant It's extremely clean, has very nice employees, and great fresh - made - foods! You can tell the oil is frequently changed, because the waffle fries here have the perfect fresh taste that they should have. Their chicken nuggets do also. Not that oily, heavy, weird taste that some restaurants do, when oil isn't changed too often. Or just not changed as much as here! Valeria, our cashier, was friendly, helpful, and very cheerful. We think that she is a great addition to the restaurant. They also have a big, clean kid zone, which I've attached a few pIctures for all to see!
