Their BBQ Rance and Cobb salads are the best and one salad can be two servings pretty easily. The salads are huge are under $6, which is such an amazing deal. No matter what you do or say, these people will make absolute sure that they completely screw up your order--even after they have read the correct order back to you. This is by far the worst S&G operating in the greater Phoenix area. It's really on the owners for hiring people who have no comprehension skills whatsoever. S&G is such a great concept, but this particular location ruins it for everyone. Take note; They will charge you for things that they forgot to give you--multiple times. Today, I ordered Traditional burrito, Side of green, poblano peppers, kids salad, and an ice coffee. Ordered in drive-through this morning and my order was repeated back to me . All items were in the bag. When I got to work I started eating my burrito and it was not the burrito I ordered. It had ground turkey (Fiesta Burrito). It's upsetting because my order is usually 8/10 correct. Today, I forgot to check and open my burrito. I shouldn't have to verify my burrito is correct by opening it in drive thru. The salads are always five stars, but I would like to know who designed the building. They must not have realized that Salad and Go literally always has a long line. The drive thru is not nearly long enough and cars come in from two different directions and block the parking lot when the line extends past the outer curb of the building. in the 2 years that this location has become a staple for myself, my two grown daughters and their little ones as well as my two younger ones (one with celiacs) I've only encountered really terrible service twice. Considering how often we go.. that is pretty amazing. Today takes the prize for worst in maybe a decade. Until today. Today, I picked up an online order for my daughter and her crew on the way to her place. She always does online ordering because about a year ago the drive through person was annoyed at us for not ordering fast enough and said "you know you can order online and take as much time as you want." After that she won't order in person. I get that corporate pressure means decrease in quality everything, which always shows. Just look at the rise and fall and slow incline again of Starbucks. Customer service and quality products win over rush, rush, rush. Chik-fil-A is also a good example of this. Today my daughter said, " well, this sucks. Salad and Go is no longer my go-to favorite place." She orders twice a week on average and has for more than a year. When we were moving, we ordered every day from this location for two or more weeks. Evidently, there is a policy, as I was told, that when you are handed the wrong order at the window, drive all the way home, go in, discover this, go back and wait in line again, that they are required to take the bag of food they gave you that was wrong so they can weigh it. This has to do with the food waste cost, before they take these burritos that were twice the size of the ones I was handed that were "right" (actually not right as I will show in the photos. I said, her boyfriend will eat them, this is immensely wasteful. Two of the three employees who spoke "at" me at the window were very defensive and demanding after I suggested they allow me to give them to someone else. To the first employee, (the one with the septum piercing) I said, I have opened the containers, you can't give them to anyone else.. I can give them to my daughter's boyfriend. She replied it is just policy and spent .. a solid minute reading to me my order and the one I had by mistake. I need to say again, I didn't take someone else's order. It was basically shoved at me when I picked up our paid for order at their drive through window. How I am the villain here I wasn't grasping. This give us the opened food back "policy", I simply could not grasp. We eat out a lot and when this occurs.. this is not the norm. Food waste is a moral thing to me. If I know someone, I will offer it to them. If I haven't opened it, maybe a person on the curb as ing for food money even. She also claimed she had the accurate burritos there, they were holding them for me incase I returned she said. From 30 minutes earlier. Then gave me these much smaller, cold, and inaccurate burritos as I saw when I arrived home. The entire interaction is enough that I will never return. I don't care about the tea or the lemonade prices. This exact location, I will never go to again. If any. I asked several times why they were being so rude. I said, I didn't do anything wrong. I am the one who has spent nearly 40 minutes trying to just.. buy your product and receive what I ordered. Around this time the person who appears to be a shift lead puts her head out of the window and pretty much yells at me, she speaks to me like she is an impatient teenager who resents the children she is being paid to babysit but is a more disrespectful way, " You are going to need to give those burritos back, it is policy, we have to account for the weight and cost of food waste before we throw them away.." something close to this. I opened the bag and I took a photo. I said the said, " this is morally wrong. It is tremendously wasteful I have spent much of my time here and all I did was say, in a very polite way, I arrived home with the wrong order". She barked some reply with a dirty look and demanded them and after I took the picture I gave them to her. I told the first girl this same thing, only now I dropped an f bomb because.. I literally wanted to scream back and that was my best I could do. I didn't call them names, I said something about this being effing nuts. I emphasized the not grasping how they are treating me so rudely, that I was never unkind to them, that I didn't complain or ask for anything free, that I had spend 40 minutes so far on three basic breakfast burritos and one kids salad and a drink that.. wasn't right but.. she swears she made it and so she knows it was. I am now spending an extra 30 minutes on expressing this. Everywhere. Because I am furious. Because the order was still inaccurate, cold and .. I was treated really really rudely because they handed me the wrong order. read more

This place is amazing! It's great to be able to get healthy food that's fresh and tasty at an extremely affordable price. I've been to the Broadway location about 5x and it has been consistent in quality and friendly customer service. The drive through lines are always jammed so I downloaded the app and quickly walked in and my order was ready and saved me about 20-25 mins. The finished product is great. The bowls are fresh/ full, dressing tasty and there is just enough room in bowl where you can mix up the ingredients and they all get coated lightly with the dressing-yay! Keep up the great work! Pulled into this location 2 weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon ordered 3 frozen lemonades. When we get to the window they are not frozen or cold. When we question it, The girls said "oh sorry the machine is being cleaned" why not let us know before we pay? She had a slight attitude and we were kind about it. But, Why would it be cleaned on a Saturday middle of the day, needless to say we including my son was so disappointed. as a student with no car, I had to Uber to salad and go. When we arrived we weren't able to find the entrance for the walk up window that it says they have online and on their window. Their is also no number on Google to call this location. When we got to the window it said we could make a kiosk order at the window But then when the girl started to take our order another girl came up and said they couldn't do that. We came here to get breakfast burritos and they wouldn't let us order any because we were ordering exactly two minutes after they stopped serving breakfast (we would've been on time but there was a long line in the drive through) so we had to sit and wait for everybody in front of us to get out for us to leave and as we weren't able to order burritos the car right in front of us was able to because we could see them in the clear bag they handed to them.
