Perfectly sauced & fresh mozzarella & basil. The cheese is real quality cheese (you know how "chewy" cheap cheese can be, like chewing gum. Its a pet peeve of mine, I can spot cheap cheese a mile away, this is QUALITY cheese) and the sauce is definitely a show stopper, very fresh! The garlic knots are perfectly seasoned, garlicky & nicely "bready" (soft & pillowy) We got the thin pizzas to go but my husband grabbed a slice out to try & it was so good he ate 3 slices on the way homeso thin with crispy cheese on the edges & it was perfectly sauced & topped with their delicious cheese all in the right proportions. We're going back on Wednesday to get a Sicilian pie (gonna grab another slice or 2 of the grandma pie to eat while we wait) It's worth the drive from Nutley to Parsippany, the food is that good & we live in an Italian town full of pizzarias.
