While shopping for a few items, we were getting hungry and wanted something light. We saw Parsippany's Best Pizza and thought we'd see if it lived up to the name. I ordered a Margherita slice and honestly, it was pretty damn good! Very fresh sauce, good amount of fresh cheese and herbs. I also ordered a meat lovers because I wanted the contrast. It wasn't too overwhelming but fair amount of cheese and meats. Hubby ordered a grilled chicken Caesar wrap. The chicken was cut up just right so it didn't fall out as he bit into it and it came with a side of chips. It was a busy place and they had a lot of pick ups, deliveries and to-go orders. A group of middle school boys ordered 4 pizzas and chowed down which was entertaining to watch because they loved their plain, pepperoni and Hawaiian pies. Great service and options. My pie was so pretty - just look at the browning on the cheese, and the very lightly crisped pepperoni. And I loved the tomato sauce: Bright, well salted, and balanced with umami. But I was so let down by the crust. I almost never leave it uneaten, but its dry mouthfeel and mostly crisp emptiness made me wonder what happened to the gluten development. For me it's enough not to put Parsippany's Best Pizza into my rotation. That said, this place must really be popular. When I showed up at 5:45p on a Saturday night, there had to be at least 12 people in there eating already. I saw 3 empty tables when I dropped by. I was looking forward to trying the food from this place spent 67.13 However I will not eat any of the food I bought. Reason place was spotless counter ladies and delivery guy very friendly. The only if that was my kitchen I'll be pisst!! First there was gloves in plain sight but non of the cooks had none on. Then I see them wiping there hands on there clothes when there's a sink right there and handling pizza dough etc... then took the pizza cutter and wished it in the mini sink where you supposed to wash your hands. Parsippany's Best was just that! My family and I stopped by unplanned after taking the kids to the near by trampoline park to celebrate a birthday. I called ahead to inquire if they were able to accommodate 16 of us to dine in. They were honest about not being sure if the dining room could hold us but invited us to check it out. While the space was quaint, it was perfect for our clan! We ordered 3 pizzas for the kids and entrees for the 7 adults. Everything came out promptly and the kids DEMOLISHED the 3 pizzas. The adults took their entrees to go. I had the chicken and broccoli alfredo and it was fresh and delicious! Shout out to the staff were super patient with us, making sure we had enough plates and cups. They even allowed us to bring in a birthday treat for the kids. I don't live in the area, but will take the 25 minute drive for the customer service alone! read more

Ordered a cheese Stromboli and added broccoli and mushrooms! I wanted the Stromboli to have very little cheese. I selected lite mozzarella and then in the comments made a note about wanting just a tiny amount of cheese! My Stromboli was perfect! There was a tiny amount of cheese and it was loaded with broccoli and mushrooms! It's rare to find a restaurant that will read the comments on an order and follow through! We ordered a few items online for takeout from the small shop and it was ready within a reasonable timeframe. All their food is good french fries soggy all the time because they won't change the way they put them in the aluminum tray. It just cooks it more and they're always so soggy. That's the only complaint I have. Everything else is good. Never had a problem. . read more

We called immediately, two stars are for customer service to refund extra pie. Calamari was undercooked, rubbery, like out of a frozen bag. And no extra marinara. Ordered pizza, wings, and a calzone and everything was tasty. I ordered here for the first time for the Super Bowl. I was in town for an overnighter. The food was delivered fairly quick. But I didn't expect miracles the night of the Super Bowl. The wings were nice size and full of flavor. The calzone was delicious. It was stuffed with ingredients and could have been a meal on Its own. I also ordered a plain pie with American cheese. This was the only strange part for me. Where I come from it's a blend. Both cheese grated together for equal bites. Here I received a pie with whole pieces of American cheese tossed on it. The crust was good, sauce was good but not a fan of the cheese like that. Average pizza that I had delivered to my hotel late one night. It arrived quick, the order was correct, the portions were big, and the pricing was fair. The garlic knots were very greasy but tasted great. You get 5 large knots, which is pretty reasonable for the size. The chicken, bacon, and ranch was average and full of toppings. It literally had strips of breaded chicken. The pizza was tough to eat because it was so bogged down with toppings and basically fell apart when you tried to pick it up. This isn't their fault by any means but I probably would pick more of a traditional pizza next time. read more
