    btk salad (broccoli, turkey, kale)
    Matt K.

Can take a bit of time to get your salad ready but worth the wait. Have been getting the btk salad (broccoli, turkey, kale) and it is very good.

Salad Jack's is located inside the Famous Foods Street Eats at Resort World Las Vegas. Personally, I dislike salads and will not order them at all. My family ordered the salad, which arrived first. So there's no choice but to eat the salad first. Wow!! After tasting the salad, The sauce is well-balanced and crunchy. It tastes very nice! I didn't even aware I had finished half the bowl. Thanks to Lot and Vanessa's delicious salad, my family wants to order another bowl from them. If you visit Famous Foods Street Eats, you must try Salad Jack's.

Located in Resorts World fast casual area. Easy ordering system at kiosks all over and then walk up and grab your food when it's ready. The soup was decent and really hot so that was good. But nothing overly exciting.

We had the Asian chopped salad. The portion was big - we had it for two meals. Very fresh ingredients - very flavorful dressing.

The first time I came here, I honestly thought she was the owner because of how warmly she greeted everyone and how attentively she took care of each guest. Later, I found out she has simply been working here for many years. She always welcomes customers with a kind smile and comforting words that make you feel right at home. There are many restaurants with good food, but it's rare to find a place filled with genuine warmth and hospitality. Thanks to Yong, this restaurant has become more than just a place to eat--it's a place I genuinely look forward to visiting every time I'm in Las Vegas. Her words are warm, and so is the soup. If you're looking for delicious soondae soup and outstanding service, I highly recommend Mubongri Soondae. Thank you, Yong, for always being so kind. I look forward to seeing you again on my next trip.

The gamjatang arrived in a massive stone bowl piled high with tender pork bones, greens, and fragrant perilla seed. Rich, spicy, and deeply satisfying, it was the standout dish of the meal. The samgyetang offered a perfect contrast, with a clean, nourishing broth and tender chicken that showcased the simplicity Korean cuisine does so well. The assortment of banchan was fresh and flavorful, particularly the crisp radish kimchi and cucumber kimchi. We paired everything with Jipyeong Makgeolli, whose creamy, slightly sweet character complemented the meal beautifully. This isn't the place for elaborate plating or culinary theatrics. It's the kind of restaurant that reminds you why comfort food matters. Honest cooking, generous portions, and flavors that feel like they've been perfected over generations. The service was friendly. The ambiance was the typical. Nothing fancy.

The interior felt very modern and traditional at the same time. We ordered the hot chrysanthemum tea and it came out in a piping hot kettle. Service was very friendly and attentive. Spicy hand pulled noodle soup 5/5 - Incredibly warm, flavorful, and delicious. The noodles were perfectly chewy and the broth was packed with flavor. Generous cuts of beef as well. Zhajiang Mian 5/5 - My favorite of the two dishes and the best Zhajiang Mian I've ever tried. The minced pork sauce was absolutely delicious and coated the noodles so well. Would definitely recommend checking this spot out for your next visit to Vegas!

It is located in a strip mall with an abundance of convenient parking. Inside, they had nice tables and bench seating and also had a couple of nice sized round tables with lazy Susans for larger families. We arrived around 7:30-ish and it was quiet with one or two other parties dining. Their take-out business appeared to be robust, which was a good sign that they must be doing something right with their offerings. Menu is pretty standard fair. Noodles in broth with beef shank, various dumplings, rice plates and dry noodle dishes. We started with the deep fried spring rolls which were tasty. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish! If you are in search for Taiwanese food, give them a shot. Good quality, fresh food that is nicely flavored!

The cheese I didn't feel would have been necessary but I did like it when it was on the corn that we added. The glass noodles are a thicker noodle so if you prefer thin then don't add them. However, in the Bay Area, I remember the portion size being more, especially for the price. But what can I say? The meat is so tender and the sauce coats everything in the pot. There is Tteok-bokki, radish, potato, and carrot which pairs super well with the Kalbi. Overall, I would definitely come back. I just wish the portion sizes were bigger!
