Calling all vegetarians! When in Vegas, you've got to hit this place up. Best vegetarian tacos ever! The staff is amazing, the food delicious, and the vibe is great.

What's interesting is that I had no idea I was lining up for vegan Mexican. I saw tacos, a huge line, and thought they must be good. Well, they were. I decided not to tell my family until they completely devoured their meals that it was 100% plant base. The fish tacos, pastor, asada, carnitas. Yes, vegan, and quite popular. The beans, rice, and salsa ate. All the tacos were so well flavored, seasoned and even intentional with texture. Very well made and well done. Located inside the miracle mile plaza food court where Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino and the Hilton Elara Hotel are located.

The food was served hot and fresh. I really looooooooved the spicy off the cob corn elote. It is served with a taki crust. It has just the right amount of spice and tangy zip. I had it twice on my 4 day vacation. I could definitely eat 2 or 3 of these in one setting. The bean and cheese taco was amazing although a little small in serving size. If you are really hungry order more than one. They were very fresh. I also liked their hot sauces. They both had a nice little kick. I wish the serving container was not so small. Decent price and fresh. I went twice on my stay and would certainly go back on my next visit.

OMG a vegan restaurant at Miracle Mile! I've had Tacotarian on my radar for who knows how long. But I've never got around to visiting the downtown, Henderson, or other locations. Whenever in town, we tend to stay near city center. So on my most recent trip to Vegas, I took the leisurely walk to Planet Hollywood to seek vegan eats...twice! On my first trip, I ordered two things: - Birria Taco made with jackfruit https://yelp.to/I8DBQfL3un - Cauliflower Ceviche https://yelp.to/d7aU5dQyFh I was dining solo so I kept a modest order. I brought my leftover ceviche back to my hotel room and Meateater Hubby devoured it. The next day, he was craving Tacotarian, so I brought him here for dinner. We ordered the following: - Carne Asada Taco https://yelp.to/hHKY4U_pRZ - Takis Elote https://yelp.to/MemKv3itpf - Cali Burrito with Al Pastor https://yelp.to/JhK-MMpldy - Churros https://yelp.to/O8206-eNAJ ...and another order of that Cauliflower Ceviche because that's how much hubby liked it...LOL! One note about the Takis Elote, you can order it on the cobb or in a cup. I went the less messy route. Also, love the crunch and spice of the Takis! The Churros are great for sharing because there are 6 pieces. These are thinner than the average churro, which I preferred since there were so many pieces. It comes with a chocolate sauce for dipping. Overall, really solid food! Great flavors. Amazing service with the friendliest staff.

Literally one of the best vegan foods I've ever eaten! This was a throw away stop, never again.

Vegans rejoice! What a great menu in a food court of plant based offerings. So very grateful. So much to choose from and it's tasty too. From tacos to taco platters to enchiladas even breakfast all day. I honestly had a hard time choosing. This location is in the food court, so counter service, then general seating. It's made to order. Fresh and fast and vegan. Can't beat it.

On a trip to Vegas recently, my family and I were exhausted from walking from casino to casino to casino and we were hungry. We stopped by the Miracle Mile Shops food court in the Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino and found Tacotarian. Of course, the Giant Taco caught our eye and we had to try it! Boy is it GIANT and definitely worth it. The Giant Taco has layers of French fries, a protein, refried beans, house nacho cheese, lettuce, guac, pico, crema, salsa morita, cheddar cheese. Amazing! We also got the Cauliflower ceviche as well.

Vegan Tacos on the strip? Yes and finally. Tacotarian is found in the Miracle Mile Mall, and not only are the vegan tacos delicious the staff was super friendly and even offered me a sample of the vegan birria as I am not a big jackfruit fan. I ordered the three-taco combo and chips with salsa. The three tacos were Asada, Dorado, and Birria. The plate comes with rice and beans for $18.99. This is a steal for a meal on the Las Vegas Strip. The chips and salsa for $4.99 are ok. There are a lot of chips, but the salsa, for me, was too watery. But let's go back to the stars of the show, the tacos. The birria was almost perfect - all that was lacking was the consume. If there was some consume - 10/10 The asada was deli deli delicious. 10/10 I added some habanero sauce for some additional heat. My overall favorite was the dorado. Almost as good as my wife's. Crunchy on the outside, hot and soft inside. They nailed it. The green and orange hot sauces are excellent. Make sure to get some. Thank you for coming to the Strip, and I look forward to having more meals here when Im in town for business. To the staff - thank you for spoiling me - You guys rock!

It's been a couple of months, but I am literally still dreaming about Tacotarian. We were in Vegas for a book con, and we ate at Tacotarian 3 times in the 4 days we were there. Everything is SO amazingly tasty!!! Since going (mostly) vegetarian in 2020, I have craved only one thing. And the asada tacos (everything is vegan) at Tacotarian made all my dreams come true. Mind-blowingly delicious!!! IMHO even more delicious than regular carne asada tacos. I cannot even describe how delicious the asada tacos and the birria tacos are. You have to taste them to believe it. Unfortunately, all the Tacotarian restaurants (except 1 - lucky you San Diego!) are in Vegas. The employees are super friendly and helpful, the restaurant is in the mall/shop area and it's super cute and convenient if you're on the Strip. We'll be back soon! (And until then, we'll dream that a Tacotarian opens in Reno/Sparks or Tahoe.)

Fast, tasty and reasonably priced!! Pico, guac and the whole meal overall tasted very fresh. Only issue was price transparency, menu did not clearly say protein was an extra cost under nachos ("pick your choice of protein" made it sound included) - only realized after I paid that it was an add-on. Also just realized this place was vegan which explains why I don't feel heavy and icky after demolishing the nachos!! Very much so worth the price knowing it's vegan. I'll be back there tomorrow for more :)

Being vegetarian for near 15 years now I couldn't help but be very intrigued when I saw advertisements on the Vegas strip for plant based Mexican food...well intrigued and incredulous. I am happy to report that Tacotarian delivered on all fronts and made me not only a believer but one who will be back next visit. This counter service restaurant is essentially located in the food court area of the Miracle Mile area of the Planet Hollywood Resort. They have a pretty big menu with even bigger servings. We opted for Birria Platter, Crunchwrap, and Asada Fries. Everything we had was incredibly flavorful, fresh, and filling. No joke, we had leftovers that we snacked on the next day and everything we had from here we thoroughly enjoyed. I absolutely loved their green salsa. They also offer all day Brunch all day at this location as well. The service was also just as wonderful as the food. The staff at the counter were friendly as well as knowledgeable and willing to offer not only suggestions but happy to make modifications as well #teamnocilantro There was a bit of a wait for our order to be ready but our food was not only well worth the wait but also fresh and accurate. Start-to-finish our whole experience here was top notch and the staff was firing on all cylinders, even at 9:30p on a Tuesday night. So much so that, as I stated before, we will returning to Tacotarian next visit to the Vegas Strip. That is something you can bet on.

Food, Ambiance = 4; Service = 5 Looking for plant-based options while in Vegas. Thanks to Yelp & Too Good To Go (TGTG) discovered Tacotarian. First time was to pick up my TGTG surprise bag of their barbacoa and birriria plus preview menu. Next day picked up another surprise bag and ordered brunch that included coconut milk based horchata and a crunch breakfast wrap. They accommodated my request to replace sausage with chorizo. Asked for both sauces to blend the spicy & mild together. Food cooked to order and fresh. The horchata was too coconut forward for me & will be fine for others that enjoy coconut flavor. Staff were friendly. Educated me on history of Tacotarian. Hopefully, someone will franchise in SF Bay area. Right now only in Vegas area and San Diego. Look forward to enjoying the packets I bought for home.

Every Las Vegas trip should come with a mandatory stop at The Modern Vegan. Whether you're sitting…read moredown or grabbing it to-go, you're in for a serious amount of food! Their online ordering can be a little hit-or-miss, so we usually skip the website drama and just order at the host desk. Your food is typically ready in about 15 minutes, and they write your order right on the boxes--which is a lifesaver when you're picking up a feast. Utensils are provided, too. And when I say the portions are MASSIVE, I mean it. You definitely get your money's worth. We've never gone wrong with the burgers or any of the mac-n-cheese plates. My personal favorite, though? The Oreo milkshake. It's dangerously good. One of the hosts also recommended a "secret" menu item: milkshake that tasted exactly like an Orange Creamsicle. That was a fun surprise and definitely one of those "trust the staff" moments! We usually grab our food and take it back to our place, but the restaurant itself is a comfortable spot, too. There's a bar area with high-top seating and a separate restaurant section, TVs showing the latest sports, plenty of space between tables, and thankfully, it's not overly noisy. The hosts/servers were especially attentive on this trip--2 out of the 3 we interacted with were genuinely kind and gave us some great suggestions. One thing to be aware of: there are homeless people walking around the surrounding area, so just keep that in mind when coming and going. Overall, The Modern Vegan has officially earned its "Vegas trip = must eat here" status for us. Come hungry... or better yet, come hungry and bring a fridge.

I had recently been eating a healthy vegan and gluten-free diet at a yoga retreat and noticed how much better I was feeling, so I was craving that same kind of nourishing experience today. The Modern Vegan seemed like the perfect choice. I was greeted by the friendly Nicole at the door, who ended up being my server--and she was delightful! She was patient with all my questions, attentive, and provided genuinely great service. (I think my lemon for the water may have gotten lost somewhere along the way, but Nicole, I forgive you. ) I ordered the Breakfast Skillet, and WOW--it was delicious! I would absolutely order it again. If I were making a couple of tiny tweaks next time, I might go with fresh avocado instead of guacamole if that's an option, and I'd probably get the cheese sauce on the side. But honestly, those are just personal preferences because the skillet was fantastic. The portion was generous enough that I ended up taking half home, which means I already have tomorrow's breakfast waiting for me. YAY! And can we talk about the ambiance? The inside is adorable! I loved all the flowers and plants, the beautiful lighting, chandeliers, and artwork on the walls. It has such a fun, welcoming, colorful energy that makes you want to linger. There was also a cute sign as you're entering the bathrooms that said, "Sorry daddy, I'm in Vegas," which definitely gave me a little laugh and added to the playful vibe of the place. I left feeling full, happy, and very pleased with my decision to revisit The Modern Vegan. After several years away, I'd say this Saturday breakfast was a delicious reminder that sometimes your body knows exactly what it wants--and today, mine wanted vegan food!

I love vegan/vegetarian food, even though I'm not longer living that kind of dietary lifestyle! Crossroads has a lot of great options, from "steaks" to "calamari". OMG I have to give a BIG shout out to the calamari. It was so good that I had to order that dish twice in one sitting. It's made from mushrooms, which I already love, and they are seasoned SO WELL! I didn't even need to dip it in the marinara sauce it comes with to enjoy it. To be completely honest, the calamari here beats out A LOT of real calamaris I've had in my life, which is a lot. If calamari is on the menu at any spot, best believe it will be ordered by me. I got the "steak", which was a big piece of lovely lion mane's mushroom. Very nicely cooked. The sauce on top was on the saltier side, but I didn't mind it. I liked the stuffed zucchini blossoms too. All in all, I would go back just for the calamari even - can't get over how good it is. Our server was nice and helpful when explaining the menu. I did have questions about what veggies were substituting out what "meat" dishes. Mainly mushroom, which is great!

I feel like this is one of the only fine dining restaurants that does nothing. Food/drinks- I got the 5 course meal. The meals weren't coursed the best. We sat for too long between each course. First course- ..... was so flavorful and delicious. I could've had five of them! I believe it was a cucumber and melon salad Second course- Pizza. Not great. And didn't have half with mushrooms like asked. Third course- Linguine scallops -flavorful and yummy. Would've liked some pepper but no one came by. Fourth course- eggplant filet. This. Was. DELICIOUS. I'm actually upset I couldn't eat it all hot and fresh. This was amazing and I'd definitely get it again. Dessert- Banana pudding. Probably the best dessert they have. This was also delicious!! The cream was wonderful and the breading in it. Great creation! Corn tart- Not at all what I expected. Flavor was not great. The shell was extremely hard. I couldn't even cut through it. I was super excited for this, but very disappointed. Wedge salad- Chicken Milanese- good but usually better. Not as crispy as it normally is and we've gotten this multiple times. Overall, one of my favorite dishes, but kind of lacking this time around. Drinks- one tasted like they used pickle juice instead of lime juice. It was awful. The next drink was delicious though. Service- The server was great!! Made recommendations , checked with the chef on something for me. The only complaint is he seemed overly busy with tables and didn't really check back. The manager Jaryd (don't know the spelling) stopped by and was also very kind! The runners were on top of clearing plates but no one ever brought fresh silverware back.

Our server did not check on us. Her colleagues dropped off the food. When we reminded her that the order never arrived she sounded apologetic. They took off the item + actually packed the pork belly buns in a Togo box. The food overall is good! But for the price (I am from the bay area so I understand how much VCOL should cost). But this was about 25% too high. Someone needs to look hard at the level of service. Because the lady right next to me had her order screwed up and they left items off the menu too.
