Funny thing, when I think back to my trip to Vegas, this is the place I remember eating most! I got the "best hummus plate you will ever eat", and to be honest, I didn't even love that as much as the pita that came with it! So yummy, and I couldn't finish it. I came back after Backstreet Boys at Sphere to try the run over potatoes, but it is closed for late night. :( Otherwise I'm sure we'd have been there a few more times! Miznon had been on my to-try list for years. When I was a tourist, I just couldn't see myself using up stomach space for a pita sandwich when there were so many other great options calling my name. This was a delicious little food stall located in a random corner of the Venetian, and I wish we had stumbled across it sooner. I got the Lamb Kabob and the Run Over Potato. Both were excellent, and I would have liked to try more on their menu! We were there right before 7 pm before the dinner crowd and we only had 1 person in front of us the line is where the menu is. The line grew while we were eating. I liked the minute meal which the brisket/thin slides of meat is grilled. It came out in a plate with a pita bread. It came with a bit of chopped up chili. That was a bit spicy. We also got the meat bag. The meat same out a bit tough but it was a lot of meat. The sauce it came with makes it better. Each of the plate order came with a pita bread. The servers were super busy but still were nice while running around. They should try to have a water station cos the pitcher of water keeps running out where the server is at.... We were sitting across from the cook and saw that they cut off a little bit of the pita bread for the pita orders, so that they can stuff the meat inside the pita bread. From the first bite, it was melt in your mouth scrumptious. Yes, it's Vegas and you'll be paying a decent amount of money per item that you buy - but this to me was totally worth it. Shared the candy steak with my husband and it was a perfect portion for the both of us. I would easily come back here again and try more of their options. Miznon is a spot at Palazzo for Israeli street food. They're known for their pita sandwiches and, though the original location can be found in Tel Aviv, they have been expanding to top-tier locations in Los Angeles (Grand Central Market), NYC (Hudson Yards, Chelsea Market), Vegas (Grand Canal Shops), Paris, and London. I got their lamb pita. It had ground lamb that was grilled to order on their flattop grill. They filled the warm, fluffy pita with grilled wedges of onion and tomato and a pickle. Overall, I thought that each of the components were delicious; however, I would have liked it more if it was somehow possible to get a "perfect bite" of all of these components. The way it was served, I would get a delicious bite of pita and lamb, a bite of pita with tomato, and then a bite of pita and onion. It was ok, particularly if you consider the $19 cost. I also got their "run over potato", which was essentially a baked potato that was smashed in parchment along with butter, creme fraiche, and various herbs. It's delicious, but it's basically a $11 smashed baked potato. Vegas prices are definitely at play here. I'd definitely consider coming back to try other things on the menu; however, it's just OK (3 stars) for me at this time, based on what I ordered and what it cost. read more

So you can eat outside where they have like barstools and a counter for an outdoorish feel even though you are inside the Palazzo casino. On to the food. The green beans were cold... I don't know if it's supposed to be like that but the people working there didn't look like they wanted to be bothered so I didn't ask. The cauliflower and chicken wrap were just ok. Been wanting to try this place for awhile. Wanted to try so many things but was solo. There was a line but ordering went quick. I ended up getting the Lavan pita. It was so fresh. The pita was deliciously light and heavenly. I love the long pepper they include on the side of all the pita sandwiches. They have seating around the counters and also a side area that is behind what looks like a walkin cooler door. Food came in about 8 minutes and was devoured in 5. As everyone else has noted, the pita here is world class. We loved the tender candy brisket, with a texture like fatty Texas barbecue. We wanted grilled onions instead of raw, and they said they could do that, but only on the side. Why?? You're making the sandwich to order. It looked like a steamed cauliflower with charred black spots from an overly hot grill, not the evenly brown slow roast that makes the dish special. Nope. Malabi was bland and the price was just insane for some pudding slapped on a metal tray. It's really easy to make and the ingredients are cheap, so what gives? This is not a dish requiring expert filo dough technique or filled with single-source chocolate. I expect that we will be back for takeout when something brings us to the Venetian. I'd like to try the other meats and the much vaunted hummus. The bar area has a bit of charm, but the sit-down space feels like a converted storage closet. read more

The candied brisket was delicious and the falafel burger was wonderful too. We also enjoyed the hummus, it was interesting and good, but nothing like our other choices. The service was excellent and simple. You order from the counter and then they bring your meal to the table. There are two diverse dining options, based on availability. The outside features high tables and stools with the casino as your view, there's more action and great people watching. The other is a very small but tastefully decorated, low key restaurant space. Wow, I struck GOLD well a " Bag of Gold Meat" today... Very simple meal that's brisket , onions & aioli packed into a gold bag for my dining pleasure. Also a plate of mouth watering humus with whole chick peas it olive on top and served with fresh pita for dipping. I found this place at Palazzo Hotel near the sky walk over to the Wynn Hotel. Now it's not a glamorous dining spot yet who cares, it's the food that matters. Seating is at two counter spaces with one allowing you can watch the workers make your food. Such a unique menu! I ordered the female chicken liver pita and bag of golden meat. I loved the softness of the pita with the perfectly cooked liver and juices / tahini inside. The pita is on the smaller side but it was stuffed with goodness so I was full from it alone. The bag of golden meat was delicious with the grilled spicy pepper and side of pita and sauce. There's outside counter seating and a nice inside dining area next to the kitchen. I totally wanted to love my cauliflower pita but honestly the flavor was a little boring until I hit the bottom of the pita where all the bold flavors and light spice finally kicked in. If the spices was more evenly layered this would be an easy 4 star go to option for real. I will go back though because those run over potatoes are on my radar and whatever else catches my attention. A quick service option for good food that is a bit over priced. FOOD I tried the Rib Eye Minute Steak Pita. The quality was good. It could've used more flavor though. The pitas here are pretty small so the value isn't great. I think I would need to eat 3 pitas to be satisfied and I don't even have a large appetite. The problem here is that 3 pitas will run you about $50-$60. With that kind of money, you can get a better/nicer meal elsewhere. SERVICE Good.
