After shopping I wanted a little something to eat. I got the edamame dumplings. I wasnt sure what to expect but our waitress sold me on them. I'm glad I took the recommendation. They were unique and very good! I just wish the sauce was slightly saltier like soy sauce. Then they would have been perfect! But for a quick bite of something I wasn't disappointed. I got take out from the main bar, and note that Happy Hour prices are not on takeout. I got the Roasted Brussels Sprouts,$13.50 and the Edamame Dumplings $14.95. The dumplings were delicious! They came with a soy sauce tray for dipping. The brussels are spicy, so keep that in mind if you don't care for hot spicy dishes. Overall, I don't think I'd go back for takeout. I would rather eat there and enjoy the food as soon as it came out of the kitchen. It did take some time to get waited on as I couldn't initially find anybody, which was frustrating. After some casino time, we were now ready for some food. My boyfriend found this restaurant when we were looking for options that served meat for him and vegan food for me. I was really grateful that when we got out of the Vegas heat and made our way to the restaurant it was clean and menu had many options. I ordered the Korean noodles with blackened tofu, a great suggestion by our very confident and optimistic waiter Johnny, and boyfriend got a chicken sandwich. We attempted to stop in for lunch and saw a large sign advertising the summer menu which included guacamole. We specifically wanted guacamole so we approached the bartender to clarify what was served with the guacamole because the options were listed as 'flat bread' or veggies, and she told us the 'flat bread' was similar to a cracker. So we sat down and she came back to get our order. We order a few other items then asked to order guacamole, and she said 'we don't serve guacamole anymore, that summer menu is no longer available' ..... I mean this was so surprising because not only was there a large sign advertising the menu (including guacamole) but we had an in depth conversation with her about the guacamole before attempting to order it just 2 minutes later. Chose to sit in the True Food atrium bar outside of the restaurant. The seating was cool as it was right under the skylight at Caesars. Ordered two drink specials, 1 watermelon and 1 Ginger. Both drinks were good, also ordered two chicken sandwiches. It was Monday around 12pm, although we were the only ones seated at the time, our food took about 25-30 minutes to arrive. I ordered the Seasonal Market Salad and I added grilled chicken. The salad has roasted carrots and cauliflower, feta cheese, dates, pistachios and a creamy tahini apple cider vinaigrette dressing. The chicken was cooked perfectly and it was tender and juicy. When cauliflower is added to a salad it should be close to bite size and this was not. It's clumsy to try and cut up cauliflower in an overflowing salad bowl. I would prefer more feta cheese and less lettuce. The dates were tasty but there wasn't many of them in my salad. We sat at the bar because there wasn't a hostess and it was getting backed up to be seated. We received great service at the bar. I like the chill vibe of the restaurant. read more

Really wish there was a location close to me because the food is great! Amazing vegan options and just overall high quality. I got the Seasonal Roasted Butternut Squash Pizza and WOW. I'm not Vegan but it was one if the best pizzas I've ever had. The sourdough crust was perfect and crispy. Loved the lemon flavor from the almond ricotta. Also got the horchata matcha which was tasty. A friend got one of the bowls with steak and the meat was very flavorful. Service was a bit slow but our server was very nice and kept us informed. Ive eaten at this True Food multiple times in Vegas now and I think Ive come here almost every time Ive been in Vegas the last few years. Its one of my go to places to eat good tasting clean food and drinks. The restaurants located on the first floor of Vegas Forum Shops below the Chrome Hearts store. The restaurant itself is very modern with clean aesthetics and everything looks very well maintained. Our waiter greeted us and got us seated and overall the service was friendly. I ordered the Edamame truffle dumplings as the appetizer and then the Asian Salad with chicken. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the Edamame dumplings tasted because normally I eat dumplings with meat inside. The dumplings were very satiating. The salad itself tasted very clean and I was very pleased after a night of not eat as well. The asian dressing was notably very refreshing and complemented the salad well. I also got the Kale Aid that I drank before being able to take a picture but that was also amazing. As one of the only clean food spots on the strip I highly recommend anyone dropping by if they are feeling like they dont want to eat unhealthy on the strip! The restaurant and service are all maintained at a high standard and it always feels good eating here! read more

It's one of the healthiest food places I've had in Vegas! Lots of places to sit, casual ambiance, decently quick service. I started with the edamame dumplings and it was very filling, light and delicious. Then I tried both the Ancient Greek bowl with salmon and chicken tenders with fries - they were both very good. I got the warm cookie and ice cream at the end but that was a bit too sweet. I also got green tea and really liked it. How lucky that I stumbled upon this gem inside the Forum after arriving in Vegas. Kelly was delightful as our server, and she had some great recommendations. The Edamame Dumplings were delicious, as was the Seasonal Market Salad, complete with honey roasted carrots, medjool dates and roasted cauliflower.........YUMMERS!! This was a stop during a food tour. It was in the Caesar's Forum shops! I wish we had been to / known about this place earlier! The ambiance, was neat and homey. Our server was very attentive and friendly! I opted for a non alcoholic refresher The O.G. It was ginger, lime and honey with club soda. It was sooo flavorful and refreshing! We also tried three of the sourdough pizzas. The crust on all of them was amazing! The Margherita Pizza had fresh mozzarella, sauce and basil. It was tasty as a basic. My favorite was the Seasonal Roasted Butternut Squash Pizza. It was topped with thin slices of butternut squash, lemon almond ricotta, caramelized onions, kale and I think raisins. Finally, a Spinach and Wild Mushroom Pizza topped with wild mushrooms, spinach, and lemon almond ricotta. The lemon almond ricotta made the last two vegan as no dairy! I am not vegan, but they were absolutely delicious. The food is excellent and for Vegas, very REASONABLY priced! Definitely will be back here multiple times when I visit Las Vegas! Absolutely unacceptable experience at True Food Kitchen. We made our reservation weeks in advance, yet when we arrived, we were treated like our reservation meant nothing. The host was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. To make things worse, walk-in customers were being seated ahead of us while we continued waiting with no proper explanation. What is the point of taking reservations if you're just going to ignore them? Poor management, terrible customer service, and a complete lack of respect for customers' time. Definitely not the experience you expect from a restaurant that claims to value hospitality. read more

This restaurant is to the left when you walk through the doors to the Forum shops at Cesar's Palace. There are lots of tables, and the decor is cute. Our waitress, Amanda was excellent! This is purely based off my take-out order. I ordered at the bar & the waiter was friendly. Restaurant is beautiful. Food came out in about 10-15min. I ordered the TFK Classic Chicken Sandwich and kale salad as a side. The chicken was thin & dry & the sauce was much too heavy leaning on the mustard. The kale salad was served in the to-go box, which I thought was odd. The dressing leaked onto the bread of my sandwich and made it soggy. I'd recommend maybe serving it in a small cup. Also, I should've checked beforehand, but no utensils were provided & so I couldn't eat the salad right away and so the kale definitely got soggy. Not to mention since the salad was served in the same container as the sandwich, the warmth of the sandwhich contributed even more to making the salad soggy. Overall, disappointing experience & I wouldn't say it was worth the price at all. read more

Being located in Downtown Summerlin is a great spot! The service was also very good. My waiter was on it! The skinny margarita was very sour....so keep that in mind when you're ordering it. The grass fed burger was good but the bun does taste a bit weird.....not bad just weird. I guess it's all the healthiness in it. I added the kale salad which I enjoyed but my fiancé thought it was too lemony so if you like lemon you'll love it! If not maybe tell them to tone down the lemon. read more

I was FLOORED by the level of service provided by our server. My apologies for not remembering his name, but he closed on 2/22 and patient, kind, informative, and even caught my missing fries (even though I was super happy with my grilled vegetables. I was running for a 10k PR for the RNR racing event, but I needed some carbs and protein! TFK has a ton of delicious gluten free options including an air fried chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun and a side of grilled veggies or for an up charge, air fried fries. Even the grilled veggies were delicious! But those air fried fries were crispy and delicious and delightful! That chicken sandwich was so good. Nice sized chicken breast, crispy, great gluten free roll, super filling but not heavy or greasy. I could have eaten that sandwich the next day if I hadn't had a lunch date! My kiddo and our buddy got a sourdough crust margherita pizza, and it was lovely! The crust wasn't too crisp, not too soft, nicely sized and great (per my kiddo)! My husband got the shrimp with forbidden rice (gluten free), and it was good! I loved the vegetables and spiciness to the forbidden rice - it was the first time I've eaten spicy black rice, and it is now my go-to! Shrimp were perfectly cooked, and the rice was also perfectly cooked. I think I wanted more veggies in the dish to make it more robust, but I really found the flavors delicious overall! I will come back to True Food Kitchen again and again, especially at this location that has such a beautiful ambiance/vibe. Greenery, neutral colors, clean, spacious, and I like the lounge + dining area. read more

My friends and I were visiting Vegas and went here because a friend has Crohns and cannot eat gluten. The hostess asked if we had any food allergies and my friend told her gluten. Then when ordering the food, she asked about gluten free options and clarified about the fries. It took a little while for the food to come out despite them not being very busy. My friend had ordered a burger on a gluten free bun but she was brought a regular bun. She asked about it and the waiter took it back and had to have a new burger prepared. When he returned to the table he said he was never told she needed gluten free (despite her mentioning it to both him and the host), which was a little frustrating. Her corrected burger did arrive quickly at least but she was offered nothing off the bill, such as at the very least the extra $2.50 cost of the gluten free bun. My turkey burger was great and I love the decor of the restaurant. The waiter was nice but could have acknowledged the mistake on his part a little better, especially in a place seemingly aimed to cater to healthy eating and allergies. read more

The true food kitchen was the third stop on our walking food tour of the Las Vegas strip. We tried two different pizzas: the margarita pizza and the butternut squash pizza. I (along with all five of my fellow diners) preferred the margarita pizza. We all felt that they tried to do a lot with the squash pizza and it just didn't work. The service was slow, but we were leisurely, so this didn't bother us. That's more of an FYI so you can plan accordingly. read more

WOW! Ok, so I'm a bit of a health nut and always try to track my calories and protein. It only does this place have FANTASTIC tasting food, but they also have protein and calories listed for every menu item! I ordered the organic Tuscan kale salad with chicken and a Jasmine green tea. It was the perfect meal to help me balance the ribeye I had the night before! The service was very prompt and the restaurant has a nice interior and open seating in the atrium of the Ceasars Forum shoppes. It was one of the healthiest, feel-good meals I had in Vegas and will never forgot the name. I hope we get this closer to home in Orlando because it can be very difficult to track calories and protein specifically at some of our favorite restaurants. This place absolutely lives up to its name and I need to find more of them. I believe they update their menu as I saw a seasonal item at the top of the menu that was a butternut squash soup, though we didn't order it. My husband had a salad with air fried chicken with a dip and he loved it. I was lucky to get a taste and totally agreed (actually made we want to get an air fryer lol). We were up and about sightseeing, when the hunger pains occurred! We looked around and checked on Yelp. We decided we needed something on the healthier side so we stopped in True Food Kitchen!! We were greeted by the friendly hostess and were seated within five minutes. We were given menus and given waters right away. We were hungry but wanted something on the lighter side. We opted for their delicious salad options. I ordered the Organic Tuscan Kale Salad and added the Grass-Fed steaks for the protein! It was delicious!! It was lemony garlic with Parmesan cheese!! The other was a Chopped Salad with added steak for the protein as well. It had added apples, jicama, medjool dates with champagne vinaigrette!! I was told that was very tasty!! Overall, our waiter was attentive and cordial. The restaurant is very open and well decorated. The food was excellent even though it was very pricey for salads. Came here again with my girlfriend for brunch on Sunday. It wasn't too busy, and we were able to sit at the bar. I ordered the apple lemonade, which I've had before and is still my favorite drink here--a must-try! Our bartender was a busy bee, juggling the bar and prepping, but she still stayed attentive to us. This time, I went with the steak frites, ordered medium well. In hindsight, maybe medium would have been better, but it was still tasty.
