Came late in the evening and tried the Roast duck bowl....came back the next day for it and it was still just as good. The picture on the kiosk does not do it any justice! The duck was tender and the jus into the hot steamed rice was just so delicious. GET IT!
We tried the street tacos first and walked around to see if there's more to eat. We ended up going back to FUHU and got the duck with steamed rice. The meat was juicy, soft & tasty. Like one reviewer said the reviews don't reflect the place. When we ate the tacos it was messy of course but it was delicious. I never blame a place when I eat the food and it gets messy as long as it's delicious. Reviews like, oh it's messy to eat. It's just ridiculous!
Came here for a quick lunch before the airport and got the char siu burrito. You order at a kiosk and it's convenient because you can order from all of the restaurants in the food court, but I did have a hard time locating the food pick up. Service was pretty quick and there was a lot of seating. The char siu burrito was good, but nothing special. I liked the flavor, but there was a lot of rice and not enough other filling. It was also kind of messy to eat, it fell apart really easily. Overall, if you need a quick and cheap meal it's a good place to go but nothing special.
The best part about Resort World is the amount of variety in the food hall. Fuhu Shack caught my attention as I was in the mood for something familiar, but something unique at the same time. I ate at Nori earlier, and was still hungry - so I got the Duck tacos, and they were delicious. Service was great, you order on a tablet, and ambiance was normal for a food cart.
Located inside the Resorts World: Famous Foods Street Eats, Fuhu Shack has a pretty limited menu but I'm guessing they're some of their more unique or top hits from the full service restaurant. This food hall is really convenient because you can peruse menus of all the other restaurants and order from a single screen. I ordered the Roast Duck Burrito which was decent. It's mostly all rice but scattered through, you'll get some big chunks of duck. I believe the sauce was some version of the plum sauce but I'm not too sure. There's also some pieces of red chilis so every now and then, you'll get a kick. Unfortunately, they weren't very precise with deboning the duck meat and I had to pick at some small pieces of bones. Not really something you'd expect when eating a burrito. I know this review sounds mostly negative but I kind of like the burrito overall. In the end, I couldn't finish everything because of all the rice so I just used some utensils to open it up and eat the meat.

My wife chose a beef rice bowl, which was flavorful, and she enjoyed the four slices of grilled beef. I think it cost around $20 (so expensive for the portion).

Went into the Famous Foods Street Eats during normal operating hours and ordered the CHAR SIU RICE BOWL. It was so incredibly tasty but man, I wish there was more in the bowl! For $17, I was thinking there would be some greens such as bokchoy to accompany the dish, but nope - just the char siu and rice. Also reading the other reviews the char siu can be inconsistent in flavor so keep that in mind. Not sure if I would try this again when there are so many places to eat in LV.
In the heart of the District food court is Fuji Shack. It's one of the few sit down restaurants there. The menu has a large selection of dishes. Many of these items could be purchased from other food vendors in the district - but if nothing else, Fuhu Shack makes it convenient to try other items without having to go to several different places. The food was good. The prices are definitely high. However, for that level of food and selection, the higher price is for the convenience. The Roasted Duck rice bowl was definitely a very traditional way of cooking and serving the duck.
I used to dread when friends would visit Vegas and drag me out to the strip :'( But let me tell ya, these duck tacos are the culinary equivalent of hitting the jackpot at the slots. The Resorts World food court is pretty solid - but these are def the best thing in the entire food court. Seriously, if there's a foodie Oscars, these tacos would win Best Supporting Meal, Best Toppings, and Best Visual Appeal (the red tortillas are so cute!). The duck + toppings are delicious. Small, but delicious. Sure, at ~$22, these tacos are a bit of a splurge. But hey, you're in Vegas. And when you have friends visiting who refuse to leave the strip, pretty much anything you eat is going to be expensive. I will say though - water is $6. Which is normally the price of how much a taco plate this size should be lol. Bring your own water if you can manage. If you don't, your bill will be closer to $30 and that is a little silly for 3 tacos. Finding a table is easy enough, the wait was quick. Solid spot if you have to eat at a casino :)
My mom really wanted to visit this new hotel during our stay so that's exactly what we did on our first night here! We walked around for a bit till we came to this food court area which was so cool! I love that it had that "Asian night market" "street food" theme to it. They had kiosks everywhere to order from and you just pick up at whatever food both you ordered from. Super convenient and makes it easier to browse instead of walking through the entire food court. We browsed the menu and I immediately went for this place when I saw the duck street tacos! I feel like it's super rare to find any kind of duck food items and it's always delicious when you do. Food was ready almost immediately and they text you when it is. I walked over to a completely different food booth because the original stand was closed for some kind of renovation. I took my food back to our table and absolutely destroyed it. Someone say duck? I love me some duck meat. It's one of my favorite meats. When I saw this place I had to try it. I ordered the tacos they sounded the best at the time. The order only took about 5 min to get. Upon first bite it wasn't anything to write home about. There is nothing special in flavor honestly it was completely flavorless. My husband who eats anything wouldn't even eat it. He took one bite and didn't want anymore. We were sad that the duck was prepared in a way it didn't have any flavor. Such a let down. For the cost it should have been the best tasting duck ever. I may go back and try something different and hope other items on the menu aren't so bland. Awesome idea just a poorly executed taco. (Maybe ducks don't belong in tacos is the problem?)
I came here for comfort. I am a sucker for any duck related dish. After a night of gambling and getting drunk, I needed my fix. It is a little pricey for what you get, but the duck was very tender and delicious. It came with some wonderful sauces that complemented the dish very well. I asked the wonderful Juan if I could have some more jus in my rice and he happily obliged. The fatty jus was just the right way to cure a hangover and a night of gambling losses. I just wish the dish came with some veggies to cut the intense flavor down.
Fuhu Shack is one of the 17 fast casual eateries at the Famous Foods Street Eats (FFSE) food hall in Resorts World Las Vegas. FFSE offers a great deal where you may PICK 5 for $65, PICK 4 for $55 or PICK 3 for $45. We ordered the PICK 5 at the self-order kiosk. You may order at the eatery as well. I got a text message when order was ready. Staff was pleasant at pick-up. Hokkien Noodles was one of our picks. It comes with soy-marinated pork, shrimp, yu choy, and oyster sauce over thick udon noodles. Freshly made to order. We appreciate the firm udon noodles and huge tasty shrimps! Savory flavor and taste was good, but it was a bit salty. Portion size could have been a bit larger. Despite of the saltiness and portion size, we would still get the noodles again. Duck bowl is amazing here! Fuhu is a stall in the international food court at resorts world. You can order on one of the screens and pick up. Duck skin is crispy and they put a little sauce on the rice. Some cucumber to cut the fat. This thing is a perfect flavorful meal. Highly recommend! read more

This is located in Resort World with where all the food spots are. Order through the kiosk and it's ready fairly quick. The duck tacos were good. Now if you're expecting Mexican flavors, it won't have any , but I loved the Peking duck. It was fresh and had a great duck taste! read more

Oh wow! The char siu burrito was so yummy! All of the food looked so delicious here & can't wait to go back to try all of them. The spot is located inside Resorts World inside the food court area. It's across from Tiger Sugar (also good if you're looking to mix your meal with boba). Fuhu Shack is an asian x mexican fusion food place. They have burritos and tacos but with an asian food twist. I loved it! Definitely would recommend this place to other people. read more
I got the char shiu rice bowl thinking it would come with veggies, but nope I was wrong. The meat was very dry and tough. Just disgusting and not worth it for the price. I have not visited the actual restaurant, so I can't comment on the service and ambiance. read more

Unfortunately, my expectations weren't met. The duck meat was extremely fatting, which, took away from the flavor profile. Although, the meat portions were generous it couldn't mask the dishes overall lack of flavor. I would recommend that a bit more fat is trimmed off the duck making it less chewy. In looking at other reviews, I couldn't find any responses from the owners and/or management team. This speaks volumes on the importance placed on reviews and feedback offered by customers. If an establishment wants to improve and better serve its customers their opinions, feedback and suggestions should be considered and acknowledged. read more

Flavor is 3/5 but the burrito itself was 80% rice! And the duck meat it did contain had sharp bones still left in it! I'm no "chicken tender or strips" kind of gal. I'm Asian and know how to debone all meats--fish, chicken, pork chops, lamb chops--you name it--no issues munching on some tasty cartilage but in a fusion burrito?!!! I do not expect ANY BONES!!! I've included a picture. This massive thing is an effing choking hazard! Thank goodness I ordered my kids the char siu rice bowl instead. Scary thought had it been my kiddos coming across this. Stay clear! Stay away from this establishment. read more

Just another Asian Fusion food stall that almost nailed the duck tacos. We were strolling the Famous Foods Street Eats looking for something to eat before our road trip back home. When I see Fuhu Shack, with a sign that read peking duck tacos and burritos. This totally caught my attention. I love peking duck and to have in a taco version sure! As a scrolled through the ordering tablet, they have a limited menu. Either char siu or peking duck in a rice bowl, tacos, or burrito. We opted for the duck street tacos. The presentation was very tasty on a red corn tortilla with diced onions, green sauce and a slice of citrus fruit. As I took a bite, nothing too exciting. You could barely taste the duck because of the toppings. There were a good amount of meat but just lacking in flavor. I guess I'd rather waste my money on food than the roulette table. read more

His staff is super friendly. The food was fresh email visibly quick, it was absolutely delicious. It's a little cruise inside the resort world hotel in Vegas... and there are quite a few options to choose from. I chose the clay pot beef with rice, which came with vegetables and a big egg to top it all off. After driving 4+ hours to get to Vegas, this was perfect snack/lunch. It did not not disappoint. Generous portions.. Super friendly, and attentive staff. And every plate coming out look delicious !!! I will definitely be bringing my wife and son back to try the lumpia. The Lumpia looks amd smells amazing. Will be back.!! read more

I am a taco fanatic and when I saw the duck tacos, I had to try them! The duck had a weird taste to them, almost bland. The rest of the taco was decent but I was not impressed overall. We had to wait twenty minutes to get our food and nobody else was in line. That should have been my first clue. Glad to have tried them, so I know that the next time I am visiting Resorts World, I will pick a different place to eat! read more

Good to see all the famous Asian street food there. Very interesting. First off, the hot wings were very good, right temperature but lack of seasoning. Shanghai dumpling was really good and cooked very well The cucumber was okay Bbq combo rice is okay not the best! ***rice is not completely cooked and is hard to chew. Make it miserable Same with the duck over rice. On top of that, it was taking forever to come out. With milk tea, Diet Coke, and watermelon juice. It's 166$ If you are a big fan of rice bowls, make sure to ask whether the rice is cooked well before ordering it. Otherwise, Boon Tong Kee is also another solid option for chicken rice dishes. read more
SO. FREAKING. GOOD. These peking duck tacos were DELICIOUS. While I've certainly had Asian fusion before, these duck tacos were craaaaazy. Three tacos was $18 which is pretty pricy, but standard for the food court it's located in at Resorts world. They were packed with meat though and super filling, so I'd say it's one of the most worth choices in the food court. I would definitely recommend trying these out at least once!! read more
The Famous Foods food court at Resorts World has some amazing eateries, including Fuhu Shack. I just had to try the duck burrito, and it was AMAZING. Not only is the duck itself great, but there's all kinds of other yummy fillings in the burrito, including a generous portion of chili oil, which is soooo good. The prices are maybe a bit high, but the burritos are pretty big too, and the complex, fresh ingredients make this a must-visit stall. Definitely one of the more unique and better tasting burritos on the strip! read more

In a miraculous act, you're actually able to successfully open the doors and somehow find yourself in front of Fuhu Shack. Decent size for the 20 dollar price point. The duck is good I like it. I love the two sauces also that come with it. The burrito does have a little kick to it. Nothing too spicy but some flavor. I do wish there was a crunch in the burrito it was a bit soggy IMO just some different textures would be nice. Also the sauce cups were barely full so I only got to use it on half the burrito.It was good but nothing extra memorable read more

I like their bbq pork bowl, the first time I had it it came with rice bbq pork and some micro greens. This time around it was just rice and bbq pork. The portion is decent. The flavor is as much better the first time I had it. This time around seems a bit bland. It is pricey, every thing inside the world food court is very pricey. A can of soda is $6 tourist trap. It's ok, I got it because I had bunch of credit on my players card. read more
