I have passed by Salad Station before but have never tried it and was in the mood for salad so decided to give it a try I ordered my salad online and the online application was quick and easy to go through. I ordered the chicken cobb salad, a make your own salad. and an order of chocolate chip cookies. when i got to the store - and the time listed on the order - my order was ready and the pick up process was quick. overall, the salads were large in portion and had good flavor and tasty ingredients. the make your own salad has an estimated price but this is also based on weight. overall it was a great meal at a good price read more

I've been to salad station many times. But I will say ther more I go the more frustrated I get with making my own salad. The last time I went, I wanted blue cheese dressing and someone put ranch in the canister. So ever since then I've been on the look out for that. So I go this time. I added what I thought was cranberries.Keep in mind I asked the woman if they were cranberries and she said yes. Then I go to get the dressing. I get blue cheese and I was pretty sure it was ranch. I asked and they said "no it's blue cheese". Finally get home and whoopdy doo. Turns out the cranberries are raisins I'm pretty sure. If not, they're some peculiar tasting cranberries. And then the "blue cheese" was indeed, ranch. I mean maybe I'm being picky but they 0/3 in my last couple visits. #thumbsdown read more

If I could give less stars I would. Unacceptable in SO many ways. Guy at checkout condescendingly screamed to have a good day bc I asked him for butter, not the dried up mush stuffed w green onions. This was after they had to throw away my half salad bc their ranch literally had water in it and it poured out like a faucet, it was disgusting. I say half salad bc I could only do like veggies bc all of the salad was wilted or cross contaminated. I used to be a regular but I'd eat at a gas station before going back. $20 for a salad and the toppings are really just normal. The tomatoes actually are a little old. There isn't a lite ranch option. No one helps you at all. Then they ring you up, hand you a cup if you ask for one, and you can pay via credit card and run the transaction yourself. When you hit "no tip" there's a slight attitude. This was my first visit here and I was pleasantly surprised. They require you to wear gloves to serve yourself at the salad bar. Staff was very friendly and the food area is clean and well stocked. The salad is charged by weight. I only built a very large salad and thought the price was reasonable. They have tons of toppings! They also have a few hot dishes as well as soups. The food is good and nice employees but I have many other issues with this location. The logistics are not clear. The menu is at the beginning of the salad station but doesn't explicitly states where/how to get your wrap made. I had to ask other customers in line for instructions. Also, the soup bowls are understandably by the soup but I'd already grabbed a salad bowl, which was quite large, because I didn't know the soup and bowls were separate from the other bowl and plates. A major issue I have with this particular location is that a few of the employees were improperly wearing masks below their noses WHILE preparing food. One lady not only wore her mask below her nose, but was not over a sneeze guard while making wraps. Someone's personal opinion about masks is their prerogative, but not when it comes to preparing food for others. From now on, I'm steering clear of food establishments in this Parish. read more

Went here thinking it was going to be similar to Salata (iykyk) and I was disappointed to see it's just a glorified buffet salad bar. The chicken was dry and all the veggies were chopped WAY too large and not at all bite-sized. Asking for a TIP at the end was a nice touch after I got literally all my food myself.... won't be back. Wow! This place has just about every topping I need for a healthy meal. Different lettuce choices, toppings galore. I topped my romaine lettuce with, boiled shrimp, bacon, sunflower seeds, and many more. You have to watch out cause after weighting my bowl the cost was $21 dollars. It was well worth it. Let me start by saying that I love The Salad Station...I really do, but they let me down today. I went against my better judgement and decided to do an online order for curbside pick up. This was my first time getting food there since they opened back up. I get there, call to let them know I arrived for my curbside order (as the directions say to do on the website) and the girl acted like it wasn't a service they provided...cool...I'll just go in and get my food. I get home and opened up the soup...disappointment in a cup...or should I say half a cup. I was charged for a full container of soup, yet as you can see I only got half. My salad was lacking too...but I don't wanna get too nit picky. Next time I'll just go in and make my own. read more

Terrible customer service, use to support this place and location all the time. The salads became terrible after the pandemic, and flies were flying all over. I went back because I had an issue with a salad, there was no manager on duty to help me resolve the issue and the employee who had the manager on the phone gave no help and also showed terrible customer service, after spending $40 on two bad salads, she told me I was only able to get one soup in place of the salads.
