This is a newer eatery located in a small strip mall on Airline. As expected, it's a casual, quick-bites type of place. It's clean, reasonably priced, and located conveniently too! I tried the hibachi grilled shrimp, fried rice, snow crab salad, and a drink ($17 for the whole thing). It was good, zero complaints! It was 16 pieces of grilled shrimp on a bed of salad. The fried rice was well seasoned. The snow crab salad on the side in a little cup was pretty good too (yes, it's imitation crab, they can't serve real crab for that price lol) One thing to note, it's very casual here, so it is mostly self-serve. We decided to try this place because the menu looked nice with many choices. The restaurant was very clean and has about 10- 4 seat tables. You order from a Kiosk at the counter which I am not a fan of and it wasn't easy to navigate. Between all of us, we tried some sushi rolls, Hibachi fried rice with Hibachi chicken and shrimp. The chicken, shrimp and steak were all cooked good but the rice had no flavor. One of us had a fried noodle and steak bowl. The grandkids had the sushi dual combo which is really a good price and they loved it. The snow crab salad was good but a bit mushy. Great place if you're looking for something different. The menu is vast and the prices are affordable. The combo is the way to go so you can try all the meats! The fried rice was a bit dry and covered in pepper. It would probably be better with the noodles instead. We also would have preferred the rice in the bowl and the salad on the side instead of the other way around. The steak was cooked to perfection! Everything had flavor but almost overly seasoned too. The lady behind the counter was playing on her phone wail the tables were dirty , we had to wipe down the the table to sit at, fruit flys everywhere, trash cans dirty smelled horrible, the food for being freshly cooked was out in 2 minutes.. I took 3 bites and could not eat any more.. it was old and nasty .. I got the steak Poboy with artichoke spread .. This is a new hole in the wall that is worth trying! The place is super chill and you place your own order on a screen. You can see them making the food and the place is super clean. We had the combination hibachi rice and the combination hibachi dinner (but I think we got the salad instead). Both dishes were super tasty and the portions are excellent. If you want a low-carb/high protein option, this is the place to go. The only thing I would change is that they should ask how you want your steak done. Ours was medium rare and we prefer well done. First, I would like to say that the cleanliness of the restaurant was perfect. You walk in your greeted by the hostess/cashier who also prepares your sushi and she points you to the kiosk to do your order. Very simple I will preface that their sushi menu was severely cut down. It looks like they originally had maybe 12 or more options was narrow down, which is honestly smart because it gives you less ingredients to work with therefore making the sushi rolls you can make even better and guarantees a certain amount of quality. Once I put my order in me and a friend were sitting down, and I noticed that they were playing YouTube videos of food reviews that looks like it was in either Korea or some part of Asia. The decor was very simplistic and clean, there were pictures of different dishes that they have along the windows which already made me excited. It took roughly about 10 minutes for us to get our food, but once I picked up my tray, the portions, the look and the smell were all divine. It appears that the woman in front prepares the sushi takes the orders or assists with that and there's a person in the back that does the cooking. I have to say this was one of the best visible dishes I've ever received this entire week. The disposable eco-friendly container was honestly way better than I expected both and look and feel. The taste was all on point. It was piping hot fresh and I just could not wait to dig in. If you're in the area and you're looking to get some Asian food, I would definitely stop here.
