If you have any food allergies, you'll want to be extra cautious here. The salad bar was a complete mess. Every single bin had something else mixed in... For example, for my salad, I ordered SPINACH, GRILLED CHICKEN, CARROTS, CUCUMBER, BROCCOLI, SHREDDED CHEDDAR, and CROUTONS... Other items that ended up in my salad were, MUSHROOMS, BACON, SPRING MIX, DRIED CHERRIES, and EGG. Obviously, this is the staffs' fault. It's pure carelessness. They seemed like an unsupervised group of children. They were young adults, no doubt, but their clothes were filthy, one was dancing, one appeared high; I think I've made my point. I stop in once in awhile when I'm ordering "fast food." This is as fast food as I get. I really love the Sophie Salad and the Autumn Harvest, which I get a craving for once in awhile. The kids that work their are always super polite and get things finished quickly. I eat a lot of salad at home, so I try not to buy it out too much (because yes, it is overpriced). I receive a lot of coupons for them though... plus they have salad deals on Wednesdays. Can't go wrong with that. It's always quiet and clean in there as well. read more

I have never had a salad I didn't like at Saladworks. I usually get the turkey club salad with lemon capri dressing. They never have a problem when I want to substitute on item for another, such as beans for the bacon. Everything is always fresh and the rolls are nice and warm. I don't know about you, but I like salads so much more when someone else makes them for me! read more

I placed an order over the phone at 11:50AM (after being on hold for 4 minutes), one of my selections included Tuna (which shows available online) they employee, Mike, informed me they no longer carry Tuna, this is the only thing I order when i get their salads, so I adjusted and asked for a Cesar Salad instead and competed the order, and was told there would be 1 hour wait for delivery. 12:01 PM: Mike called back saying they no longer carried Creamy Italian, very hesitantly my co worker requested Italian Vinaigrette since they did not have anything that was closely related to Creamy Italian. 12:03 PM: I called back to cancel the order, noting that they did not have the items we wanted for two of the three orders. Mike proceeded to ask me "WELL, WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO WITH THE FOOD, IT'S ALREADY MADE?!" I repeated they did not have all the items we originally planned for and I wanted to cancel. "ITS ALREADY MADE AND WE ALREADY RAN THE CARD FOR ONE OF THE ORDERS!" I asked for a refund and Mike said "YEA THANKS A LOT FOR YOU HELP!" and hung the phone up in my ear. Regardless if the food was made or not it is absolutely unacceptable to speak to a customer in that manner, at no point during this conversation I was I rude or disrespectful. I went into the Saladworks at 1:40PM to make a complaint to the Manager/ Owner for Mikes behavior over the phone, which resulted in absolutely nothing, the owner proceeded to argue with myself and my co worker in defense of Mike and at no point offered an apology for his poor customer service. When my co worker asked for a receipt for her refund, the owner said that it had already been done and asked Mike to come back out to the front, he then proceeded to retrieve her receipts (or so we thought) he was actually trying to do the refund and stated that her card is not refunding. The owner told him to give it to my co worker in cash. This was the worst display of customer service I have ever experienced. read more

I usually go to this location when I'm craving a salad .. I went in the other day and got the same thing as usual. Went home to eat it and as I was eating it I bit down on something hard, I took it out of my mouth and it was a piece of hard plastic!! It looked like it broke off of something. This Saladworks is definitely the best in the Lower Bucks area!! There lettuce and all the toppings are always fresh! I have been to other Saladworks and this one by far is better!! I usually go at lunchtime and the service is very good, always willing to help, say Hi to me, always cleaning up, etc... I would examine your receipt from the Street Road, Bensalem PA location since they charge you for salad dressing on the side. The salads are not consistent and can be skimpy at times. Also a friend of mine got bad food poisoning from this location. Plus, the management is poor at this location. Management here seems to lack business sense. I used to go to this location once or twice a week. For roughly $10 per salad, you would think they wouldn't charge for salad dressing. For .59 cents plus tax surcharge of dressing on the side will cost them my business and I hope the .59 cents is worth losing several hundreds of dollars to a thousand each year of my business. read more

Stay far away from this dump. The parking lot sucks, the staff is clueless, and salads are very undersized compared to other Saladworks locations. The biggest problem though... every other day the credit card terminal is down and they can only accept cash. You would think they would put up a sign or let you know before standing in line for 20 minutes and ordering your salad only to be sent away empty handed. read more

I love this place. Clean and fresh! I can't say I eat healthy when I eat here but I always tell everyone I had a salad for lunch. (Even though it was a pasta salad loaded with bacon, cheddar cheese, croutons, and french dressing). The staff is pretty good. The rewards program is great. We frequent this location often. We came in at 830pm. My husband, two kids and myself. We came to grab and go. Well, I have to say that you have an older woman working there that is so nasty it's disgraceful. The nasty looks. The huffing and puffing. Mind you had she asked if I wanted dressing in the salad then I wouldn't have asked for her to mix it when I realized it wasn't.. Well, she took the top off and dropped it on the counter. Not enough to spill it but enough to let me know that I was an inconvenience to her. She is probably one of the worst people, top five I've encountered at a chain restaurant. The only thing that saved this establishment was the young girl and guy working there this evening. They were pleasant. I will be making a phone tomorrow to speak to someone who runs this chain. It is not the way you behave in your workplace. I'm also offended and I don't condone that type of behavior in front of my children. I expect my kids to have manners and be respectful. Grand Daughters Birthday 4 of us went to lunch. The Lettuce had brown pieces in it, the Lobster Bisque soup was like pudding. The sandwich I ordered took forever and the girl that brought it to the table was rude and didn't care. She took the sandwich off a plate and dropped it right on the plate I already had with potato chips on it. Bam right on top of the chips instead of just giving me the plate. She walked away saying sorry but it was the sorry that you know was just lip service. All 4 of us had problems with the entire experience. We will never return. I come to this particular Saladworks at least twice a week on my lunch break. Compared to the other Saladworks' in Philadelphia that I have been to, the service at this location is impeccable. They are quick, friendly, professional, and very efficient. My order is always correct and I always am pleased with my experience. The store is clean and the food is always fresh. I have ordered food from this Saladworks 3 times. The first time I ordered a pre-arranged salad, which turned out pretty good. It had lots of ingredients and kept me fool for a while. The second time I ordered, I received a salad that was smaller than the first, but still decent in size. I just received my third salad from there and I am honestly a bit disappointed. I created my own salad and chose what to put inside. There was barely any lettuce and there was a small amount of almost every type of ingredient. This minuscule salad should not cost anywhere near $9. I do not recommend creating your own salad, unless they started making smaller salads in general. i was just in the saladworks on street road, bensalem, which i go to often and i was very disappointed when i got home and opened my salad that i created to see the wrong dressing was put on my salad. the dressing was one that i did not like at all and i was not able to eat my salad. also i the girl who made my salad was putting a very small amount of the toppings i chose on my salad. i will not be returning to this location because this is not my first incident there. not to mention all the workers are young girls and we're very chatty when i was in the store. if i am paying 10 dollars for a salad the least they could do is make it the way i want. read more
