The food was overpriced and the chicken was bland. They don't have much selection on the menu, either noodle or rice with chicken.

The inside is cute & modern with a decent amount of seating and big windows that bring in a lot of natural light. We ordered the pate chaud and summer rolls to start. The pate chaud is a dish that we haven't tried before. It felt a little small for $11 (basically the size of a pop tart) but the flavor was delicious. The puff pastry outside was buttery and soft while the inside was very savory and meaty. I would've love this even more if the puff pastry was crispy. Summer rolls were some of the better ones I've had. The roll was packed really well. Dense, tightly rolled, good meat to noodle to veggie ratio. Nothing worse than a limp floppy summer roll with bad ratio distribution. I would definitely get another order of these! Pho itself was pricey. But kinda par for the course considering the area. Broth was light but not in a bad way. Typically I prefer a slightly more flavorful fatty broth but this still hit the spot. Meat and noodle portions were generous and noodle texture was perfect.

She suggested the lunch special, and it did not disappoint for $18 and some change. I got the lemongrass pork bahn mi 2 minis at that stuffed with all the good things. The beef pho was the perfect size and the broth was sooo clean I was in love. A glass of wine topped the meal and I was stuffed. The vibe was so casual with old school hits playing in the back ground and the dim lighting made it a go to spot for a date. They have an upstairs with additional seating that overlooks everything. I'd recommend and surly come back whenever I'm in the city. Bathroom rating: 5/5 loved the pink toilets

One thing to note is that if you want to order from the happy hour menu, you do have to sit at the bar. The happy hour bites were priced pretty fairly compared to other happy hour spots in the area. We tried several different dishes, including the banh mi, skewers, and bao buns. Everything was pretty good and tasted authentic--the flavors reminded me of street food I've had in Vietnam. The interior was also decorated really nicely, with some cool chandeliers and unique decor that gave the restaurant a nice atmosphere. Overall, I really enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and value of the happy hour. I'd definitely come back!
