A little late to the ball game for Panera. Despite it being around for so long and me driving past them for years. Today, with a soup craving kicking in I decided why not give them a try. Let me start by saying I am in no way a Starbucks girlie or Cyber Cafe chic- but the setting here makes me want to be one of those people. Quietly tucked away at one of the cozy tables typing away on their next novel. The way the light just danced across the window seats and the delicate lighting throughout the dining area makes for a comfortable, quiet place to ponder your next chapter. In life and in prose. The food. Was somewhat overpriced for the fare. Not as quality as I would have wanted but on par with fast food in the area. He was not so thrilled with the new ciabatta melt feeling it was sparse in filling and dull on flavor. My half and half combo of soup and sandwich was disappointing as well with my grilled cheese boasting way more bread than cheese (processed singles I suspect) and my tomato soup had chunks of tomato that ruined the texture for me. The unlimited drink bar is a plus if you're planning on doing any remote work with all the sodas typical of a fountain and lemonades and teas at the ready. More stars for the ambiance and comfort. Went to Panera for the first time in a long time. Did take out and ordered the half sandwich (tuna)/ salad. I was pleased at the amount of tuna on the sandwich. Much better than visits around the time I wrote the original review. Both the sandwich and salad were good, although I would have preferred more salad dressing. read more

It's obvious there has been change happening here ~ it was nice to see a selection of bakery items still fresh and waiting even though it was 4:00 on a Saturday afternoon.  This store seemed much cleaner than on previous visits ~ and we were greeted by a very polite, caring server who seemed very happy to take our order.   The Homestyle Chicken Noodle soup tasted perfect ~ plenty of chicken, noodles, carrots... it really hit the spot.  The Mexican Street Corn Chowder soup was better than expected ~ the ingredients tasted fresh, plenty of potatoes, corn, spicy poblano peppers.  The turkey and cheddar sandwich was very good.  Everything you would expect on a well made sandwich ~ thickly sliced cheddar, sliced turkey, greens, tomatoes, garlic aioli.   Their prices seem a little on the high side but this always seems to be the case when choosing quality over quantity. read more

The food is always excellent... however the 2 chicken noodle soups were 1/2 full or less, the Mac & cheese was only half full, they forgot the croutons for the French onion soup (this happens almost every time i order this soup from Panera). As expensive as the food items are, it's even more disappointing that they don't even fill up the containers. We used to order much more frequently, but it's becoming less appealing each time we get food from here. Really disappointing! read more

The cashier was patient and friendly. The food was mediocre. The most important piece is the unsanitary conditions. This place is disgusting! The bathroom is filthy nasty, there is no way it has been cleaned in months - sh*t up the walls and all over fixtures and floors. Looking into the prep area is not advised - yikes. read more

This Panera is great. They really have good fresh Sandwiches and very good soup. I got the broccoli and cheddar soup and it was fantastic & I got the turkey avocado sandwich with Gouda cheese. My wife got the steak and white cheddar cheese and the French onion soup. Everything was perfect. I stopped by trying to grab a croissant for my daughter. I understand it isn't fresh and right out of the oven, which is fine. So I ask if the lady can warm that up for me. She said there's a microwave behind and she isn't allow to help customer to warm food up. Okay, fine. So I grab the croissant and place that in a microwave like I would do with any other microwave. The problem comes where I press on the number that represents how many seconds/minutes and it doesn't start. I even press start after I press on a number. So I ask the lady and she asked around and someone said press 3. I did that and nothing happened. I even hold the button down to see if it would heat up. No one offered to help. I asked for help and just being ignored. No instructions taped on side of the microwave. I got fed up and just walk out with a hard croissant that my 5yo complain it was hard like a rock. They either need to tape some instructions there or upgrade their microwave. And possibly upgrade their staffs customer services. We stopped at this Panera on the way home. It was an enjoyable experience from placing the order til eating it. The store is clean and well stocked. The cashier was polite and welcoming. The Baja bowl was delicious. It had a nice mix of ingredients. My daughter was pleased that a healthy Keto meal was available. My other daughter had the chicken salad sandwich with chicken noodle soup. (Can you tell she likes chicken) Both the Sammie and soup were tasty! I had 1/2 Fuji Apple salad and vegetable soup. The soup was filled with veggies and perfect for a cold day. The salad was good. I didn't realize it came with chicken I actually wanted more greens. I went back to the server. She was so nice and apologetic even though it wasn't her fault. She happily gave me more greens. The tea here is Republic of Tea brand so it's good. This was the second time I have ever been here but I was running errands and wanted to grab a quick lunch. I never realized how big this location was! There is plenty of tables and booths more than any other location I have ever been to. They also have a kiosk ( which I totally missed walking in ) but you can skip the lines and order it all by yourself. I also liked how clean and how they were on top of cleaning/wiping down the tables. I ordered my go to pick two, I love that you can mix and create your own combo. As always it was delicious. Napa Almond Chicken Salad & the mac & cheese. I had always heard how good it was and wanted to try it for myself. The only problem is that its not diet friendly. I also liked they had 6 fresh brewed teas and lemonades. I will definitely make it a point to frequent this location more! Just your run of the mill Panera Bread. It was clean and busy but I had no issues getting served in a timely fashion. Surprisingly they had both loaves of bread I wanted. Plenty of parking and it's located in a little strip mall along a main road. Not much else to say about this location. Panera's are really a hit or miss but this one so far has been okay. read more

To be honest, I am a HUGE Panera Bread fan. I LOVE the soups and sandwiches, the drinks and salads are bomb. But this place is not it. Every time I've gone here, my food has come out cold cold. Like straight from the fridge cold. They never have chicken. Their soup is always salty. They don't wipe down their tables or seats between customers. The portion sizes are also not worth their enormous prices. I'm always left hungry especially considering how inedible the food is, and always left broke. I've tried 8-10 different bakeries and cookie places around town and no one seems to make these delicious triumphs of confection. It's a travesty that most so called "bakeries" order pre-made, hard as a dog biscuit, frosted cookies that are completely devoid of taste. This Panera has really bad customer service. Cashier had to be hunted down for man in front of me. She walked away after taking his order, so I entered my order on the kiosk on my own. When the same girl handed me the muffin on a plate at the sandwich pick up location, she said nothing...no thank you, no sorry I didn't assist you, not even a lame "have a nice day ". Bathroom floor in both stalls had some slime and slippery spots...disgusting. I won't be returning to this location. My best go to lunch place is panera bread. I used to come here and sit here for hours and hours while I was in college. This was my better version of "Studying at Starbucks". This particular location has a firepit and I would just make myself comfortable right in front of it in the winter, and it was the best. As far as customer service goes, I never had any problems, and neither did I think that people are fantastic. In my opinion, their service is mediocre. Food: my fav is cheddar broccoli soup. Every time I order this, I always ask for an extra side of bread and sometimes I even ask for 3 pieces and they never charge extra. Their sandwiches and paninis are really really good too. You must also try their green tea, I'm obsessed with it. Although, I do think that it kinda tastes like chilled Gatorade but I still love it. Sad part is that they don't give free refills on the green tea, but you get free refills on the other ones. PS: They will also give out their bakery stuff for free at closing time. read more

I order Panera everyday at work not from this location. Never had a issue. I started ordering from home to this location they always forget something. I called to make the complain that something in my order was missing, they always say unfortunately we can't deliver at this time we already know that's BS . If I pay for deliver you need to deliver my food completely I called today and manager was rude hang up on me and he had the balls to say I hang up on him. I happen to love Panera, especially the Sierra Turkey Sandwich. That said, this location has some issues that need to be resolved. The past few times I went there after 6pm, they were out of the bread for the Sierra Turkey. In fact, the very last time I was there, they were also out of French baguettes and whole grain baguettes. They were giving out slices of bread instead. I mean, I can understand this happening to one bread type, but how can you also be out of your staples as well? And this whole bread issue keeps happening. It certainly wasn't the first time. But what really did it for me, and knocked this otherwise yummy place into 3-stars, was the bread they offered me as a substitute for the sandwich. The girl at the counter said it was really similar. "Fine," I said. It was a to-go order. I got home, and the sandwich was way less than half its normal size. It was on two of the tiniest pieces of bread I've ever seen. Add that to my missing out on the baguette and just getting a slice of bread, and I was pretty angry. It'll be a while before I consider going back and tempting fate again. From now on, I may just call ahead and make sure they have the bread in stock before I bother driving over, but that's an awful lot of hassle for a sandwich. read more

I tried the thai chicken wonton broth bowl for $8.99 you get 5 wontons and half a bowl of broth. The wontons had a strong ginger flavor and the broth was ok not great. I didn't taste any Cilantro. It came with a side of French baguette which is always yummy but I found that was not worth the price. I've enjoyed the summer Corn and clam chowder soup.
