After going to 4 different places up here over the last few years, and finally landing on Apple Valley Dental, I can truly say this is the best service I've had in the field. The first cleaning I had was the best I've had in a LONG time, and the progress I've made with cavities being filled has gone smoothly with Dr. Kim and team. I'm very glad I was referred to this place and they got me in right away. In my opinion, they're the best dental facility in the high desert.

I always feel comfortable and at ease, which says a lot because I used to despise going to the dentist (I avoided it for probably 15 years... yikes). This office completely changed that for me. The space itself is ultra-modern, beautiful, and spotless, but more importantly, the quality of care is truly top-notch. Dr. Kim is clearly very busy and successful, yet he is so approachable, down-to-earth, and genuinely caring. He takes the time to explain things and makes you feel valued--not rushed. I also really appreciate that he lives and works in the community he serves, which is one of the many reasons I continue to support--and enthusiastically recommend--his practice. There was little to no communication from the staff about the delay until I asked why the wait was so long and their answer was that the specialist doing the procedure is behind from all the patients (okay? Sounds like that's YOUR issue for overbooking appointments). Finally got called to the back and took another 30-40 min to get the procedure done and was already annoyed from the wait. The specialist was overworked but very kind so I wasn't upset with her. I don't like to write bad reviews but this is the worse "care" I've ever received from any medical office. I was there for a total of 4 hours for a procedure that should only have taken 30 min. This office needs to get their priorities in order cause no one should have to deal with that nonsense. Do better and stop booking more appointments than your specialist can handle.

My husband and I had recently moved to Victorville and I desperately needed dental care because of a wisdom tooth that was making its way out-- SO PAINFUL, I couldn't even open my mouth, apparently it was erupting sideways. Anyway, I took a chance on this dental office, it had the best reviews within my radius-- and wasn't so bad that it happened to be around the corner of our house. Excellent service from staff and doctor, he took the wisdom tooth out within less than 5 minutes and I didn't feel anything. After care was great and instructions were clear. After the wisdom tooth I tried to follow up with routine care and even had some cavities removed. Then we moved. I'm 100% willing to make the 50 minute drive though because I fear I won't find the same doctor, he never hurt me, I never felt anything pain, he was great.
