I ordered half and half the grilled chicken and harissa honey chicken bowl with saffron basmati rice, pickled onions, fiery broccoli, perisan cucumbers and pita crisps. I wanted feta, olives, and avocado BUT They were out. We were able to get sauces as well. I went with the greek vinaigrette bc they didnt have the side crazy feta. That definitely made the line pile up and made the wait a lot longer than it really needed to be. Being that it was early it wasn't crowded at all. We were greeted right away and seated. Our waitress Kiera (i believe that's how you spell her name) was the best. She was so sweet and kind and extremely helpful. I had a margarita, eggplant parm, and of course endless soup/salad. Food came out quickly and was piping hot the way I like it. It was Delicious and I really enjoyed myself. I'm always skeptical about restaurants in the marketplace, but this turned out to be a great time. I will be back!

Waitress came by and literally told us to give her one minute and she'd come for our drink order and food order. It took her after already 29 mins of waiting sitting , 15 more mins to come back. At this point we are annoyed, tired and just flat out hungry. She finally came back and said "sorry bout that" and we ordered an appetizer and our drinks. She hurried off. The bowls/plates we had this past Monday at sweetgreen were better than what we've had over the past year from both Upbeet and gusto! I didn't expect that from sweetgreen, which is a nationwide chain with over 240 locations. In comparison, Upbeet has only two locations (Atlanta and Nashville) and gusto! is a local chain with 12 Atlanta-area locations. At this location, sweetgreen validates parking in the attached garage (behind the restaurant) for one hour. Enter the garage via Brady Ave NW. There are two entry points. From the garage, there's a breezeway with direct access to sweetgreen and Howell Mill Rd. Take your parking ticket with you so the staff can put a validation sticker on it. My wife and I dined in and had the following for dinner: * Miso Glazed Salmon ($15.95) - miso-glazed salmon, avocado, cucumbers, pickled onions, crispy onions, white rice, nori sesame seasoning and spicy cashew * Hot Honey Chicken ($14.95) - blackened chicken, warm roasted sweet potatoes, veg slaw, crispy onions, herbed quinoa, and hot honey mustard sauce plus kale * Ripple Fries + Pickle Ketchup ($4.55) - freshly cut potatoes, air-fried in avocado oil and seasoned with sea salt and herbs Jendaya prepared our order and rang us up. This location has both indoor and outdoor seating in a cool part of town (Westside). The interior still looks new with a modern, industrial design. If you plan to visit with any regularity, sign up for sweetgreen rewards. Use the sweetgreen app and scan your QR code at checkout to get points. You get 10 points for each eligible $1 spent. At the time of writing this review, you can get Rosemary Focaccia as early as 350 points and an entree up to $18 in value at 2,500 points. Points expire 180 days (about six months) after issuance. I didn't sign up for rewards until after our visit. Using the app, I sent a picture of my receipt to sweetgreen to get points. We gave it an extra five minutes before we left the house just in case (so all in all Mr. Everything had 40 minutes to prepare the food). We arrived and I walked up to the food truck (Gresham rd and Flat Shoals). No one is inside... I found that out by looking inside the open window and door and saying hello (the truck was wide open... anything and anyone could have entered the space where food was being prepared). As I was walking away the owner who was sitting in her car said "you here to pick an order" but she had a confused tone and aggravated look on her face. Also as I was walking up we made eye contact... so she saw me walk up to the truck. She then said "well I can tell you it ain't ready (very rudely with an attitude like I was inconveniencing her)... How did you make an order? It was closed... Was it doordash or online... yeah you couldn't make an order. I closed it... I know I did cuz I had to pick up my son." I said yeah we did place the order online. She said "you couldn't have, because it's closed online" as I walked to the car to check and try to cancel the order she somehow found the order ticket and yelled out "oh I see it, give me 7 minutes". I wanted to leave but I tried to be understanding (being understanding came back to bite me in the butt). 7 minutes turned into 15/20 minutes. She put on gloves but I never saw her wash her hands. After a while I walked back up to the truck (because at some point I went into the store and then walked back to my car) and she scooped my food into the food container and put it in the bag and said "we don't have sweet teriyaki sauce". I am a sauce queen and that was the last straw (not just the sauce but she was rude when she said it...and she had already been rude as if it was my fault for placing an order. Their menu tv-boards weren't working, so they helped me figure out what was what pricing-wise. The place smells fantastic- inside and out. I wish the smoky fragrance penetrated the food as well as it does the atmosphere. I got a brisket plate with Mac n cheese, collards with a scoop of black-eyed peas, some rice, and a couple mini-cornbread muffins. I also grabbed a whole rack of ribs and an a-la-carte chicken tips. Everything LOOKS really good, so it was hard to choose. I figured I can just save plenty of each for meals over the next few days. Unfortunately, when it comes to the quality of the food, there's a bit of a problem. I'm going to start with the sides. The Mac n cheese was peppery and oily, but not so much creamy or cheesy. The collard were rather sweet on their own. I like to add some black-eyed peas to my collards, so I did. Either way, they were OK, but not amazing. The corn bread muffin was lacking in almost every way- not sweet, not moist, not buttery- just dry. There was also no crunchy edge crust just all sponge bread. The rice was mildly seasoned with some aromatics, but it was, otherwise, just basic fluffy-soft rice. Now let's get to the meat. The chicken tips were DRY- even though they were wet and covered in sauce. They also lacked any real chicken or bbq flavor as though it'd been cooked out of them, then they were drizzled in sauce and placed into a pot of water that was then removed after a few minutes and then they got another drizzling of watery sauce.... They aren't good. The brisket is also dry and for some reason has been cut into square chunks- which dries them out even faster. Some of the chunks were JUST fat and most didn't have ANY fat. Such a waste... They don't come sauced, so you can taste the smokiness and the peppery rub they used, but while they definitely taste off the rub, the smoky flavor is so slight, it's almost undefined. Finally, the ribs. The ribs were alright, but the sauce was so mild I would've just preferred them without the sauce entirely. They had a decent bite and pull. They're not "fall off the bone", but not everybody likes ribs like that and according to the standard, they shouldn't fall off the bone or they're over cooked. I like them both ways and these were nice and juicy. There was a hint of smokiness, but nothing too pronounced. Overall, the flavor of the meat came through nicely, so the ribs were their saving grace. Would I go back? Probably, no. However, if my co-workers, friends, or family happened to be going, I wouldn't straight up avoid the place. Everybody is different and has a differing set of taste buds and preferences. Give them a shot and see what you think!

Service was extremely disappointing today…read more I ordered a 6-piece wing (not the meal). After the cashier gave me the total, I tapped my card and paid. Immediately after, I asked, "Wait, how much is the meal?" She said it was about the same price as what I ordered. I then asked what came with the meal, and she said wings, fries, and a drink. I responded that I would prefer the meal instead. Her response was, "Well, you already paid for it." Mind you, I was literally still signing and even tipping 22% when this conversation happened. There was no effort to accommodate or simply adjust the order just a dismissive response. What made it worse was the lack of professionalism. The employee went back to sitting in a chair with no shoes on, feet up, and scrolling on her phone which is exactly what she was doing when I first walked in. Customer service matters. With so many dining options in the area, this experience makes it easy to choose somewhere else next time. Unfortunately, this will be the last money I spend at this location.
