Came across this spot while browsing Yelp & decide to stop by when I was in the area. Located in the small plaza behind Wylie & Rum, my Apple Maps took me directly to the address with no problem. Parking is hectic! Very limited parking depending on day/time you go so have patience as you may have to wait for someone to leave to get a spot. Clean restaurant, has two fridges of grab-n-go items, seating areas and ordering kiosk. This visit I just wanted to try the key lime goat cheesecake ($10) and also grabbed one of their tonic drinks ($5). The cashier wasn't overly friendly but nice enough to bag my items. This was my first time having goat cheesecake. It was pricey, but very good. I almost prefer it's tanginess over regular cheesecake. Not overly sweet, graham cracker crust was crunchy, crumbly & fresh. The tonic I got had soursop, coconut milk & ginger. So good! The drink fridge is separated by what it helps with & lists the blood type on the packaging. Worth the $5 for sure. I'll definitely be back to try their food, got my eye on the lasagna.

Your Vitamin Lady Kitchen in Atlanta is legit! I tried the white bean chili, jerk lamb chili, rib bowl, Juneteenth soul bowl, Torrey tonic, and blueberry goat cheesecake--everything was delicious. Grab a Torrey tonic early--they sell out fast! Great outdoor seating too.

The food and service were fantastic! It was quite challenging to locate via GPS (reason for the 4 stars) - I recommend putting in Wylie & Rum - your vitamin lady kitchen is towards the back of the plaza. I got the tacos (no picture) but absolutely delicious!! And I decided to try one of their tonics - I would get both again. Definitely don't hesitate to try anything on their menu - I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Went to Atlanta for a quick work trip and was looking for a local place to eat and yelp had the "Your Vitamin Lady Kitchen" on it. The pics looked amazing so we went. The people in there were delightful and explained how the menu was made. Which foods were the best for the different blood types. The food was delicious and the portions were more than enough. The nutritional drinks were served in an IV bag which was unique. The place was clean and well thought out with some outside seating, weather permitting. A place like this would do well back in the DC/Maryland area. The prices were affordable for what you get.

So it looks like there are two locations. The Auburn Ave location had very limited hours I think they're open from Thursday-Sunday. The Moreland Ave location seems to be the newest and was open this past Wednesday. The space is cute, clean and fresh. Very open and light feel to it. There is some indoor seating at a bench but there are some tables on the patio outside. I found the menu to be refreshing and much needed amongst the other food options in the area. The menu is tailored by blood type and offers a variety of healthy and balanced food options from soups, salads, plates, desserts and tonics. I ordered the soup and salad combo with the jerk lamb chili and they yvl salad. I also ordered the phenomenal Key Lime Goat Cheesecake. Everything was so flavorful and delicious and o left feeling nourished and satisfied. Pricing is a bit higher but for the quality and variety of healthy food options it was well worth it. Parking is free in the adjacent parking lot is as surprised to see it packed on an early Wednesday afternoon. I am looking forward to visiting again in the near future.

My order- On the pricey side but I have no complaints

I'm obsessed with this place, the vibe, the food and overall the health consciousness. Today I ordered the lamb lasagna after trying the lamb soup yesterday from their vitamin shop location. I woke up dreaming about this soup, that's how good it is!! Overall i highly recommend - GSP didn't take me to the exact location, I typed in Nothing Bunt Cake to get me here, they share the same drive thru. Thank you Seneca for your amazinggggg costumer service!!!

What caught my attention is that you chose your salad, including all its ingredients. You can choose from small, large, or wrap options. The small is more than enough! I would not have finished the large. I chose grilled chicken and the Chipotle spicy chicken. It was spicy! The other options are salmon, shrimp, crab, etc. The service was good.. This was not a minor inconvenience; I genuinely mistook it for a piece of lettuce, raising serious questions about the origin and potential prevalence of foreign objects in your food preparation process. The immediate concern for my health, given that plastic is indigestible and potentially harmful, was profound. Following this alarming discovery, I promptly approached the manager on duty, Courtney, to report the issue. I presented him with the piece of plastic found in my meal. To my disappointment, his response was both dismissive and inadequate. He offered an apology before quickly discarding the plastic because customers were there. When I pressed for a more meaningful resolution, inquiring if that was the extent of the action, he then offered a refund for the salad. While I appreciate the offer of a refund, it felt entirely insufficient given the gravity of the situation and the clear neglect shown towards a serious food safety concern. Update: As of June 4th. I still have not received my refund. Spoke to someone in the management team over the metro Atlanta Salata's name Janetra Ellis. She definitely gave me the run around with generic explanations and lack of problem solving this matter. She has not returned my emails after our first conversation for my refund. Not going back to Salata!!! Very disappointing.

I know I know I know…read more I know it's a chain. Believe me, I have been on the 'local' train much longer (and much more vocally/visibly) than many others. I get it. And I know that Atlanta has many local businesses to patronize (I've reviewed a whole bunch of 'em). BUT. I was tired & hungry and in search of healthy, filling, reliable, GF food and I was unwilling to go 'round and 'round looking for it. So, Sweetgreen it was. I regret nothing. I am grateful that I didn't befall some of the annoyances other Yelpers write of. Everyone with whom I interacted was kind -- nice, even -- and professional. I took my food to go but had I eaten here, I would have been fine. The space was light, large, clean, and inviting. My food was made well and I got a good return on my financial investment. I went with the ever-popular Harvest Bowl and I was glad I did. I received a huge, well made (and mixed!) bowl of shredded (and massaged -- so it's not tough to chew, eat or digest) kale, wild rice, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted almonds, apples, goat cheese, and a very generous amount of tender roasted chicken (40g of protein!!) all tossed with balsamic vinaigrette. I paired my food with kombucha and leaned into my health kick.* With every bite my hunger lessened and I felt like I was empowering my body. Eating healthy(ish) is always a good choice and Sweetgreen is a reliable source of just that. Again, I am sorry to read that others have had a tough time at this location of late. On the mid-spring day I got food from here, it definitely hit the spot. *Earning the junk food pig out that was to come.

The service should definitely be improved, the two people working on the orders were super slow and not kind at all. The restaurant was empty and only Two people ordered in person while I was there, which doesn't explain why the online orders were so slow. The ambiance was ok.

They were decently busy with a few orders before and after me. I got there Notorious bowl w/ chorizo which came out in about 15 minutes. So I found that it was missing something that could help balance the dish. Everything tasted pretty good individually but it's still seemed like something was missing as a whole. Overall, I was pretty satisfied for it being a vegan place. I would definitely need to try one of their other dishes to see if it's more to my liking. Staff were nice and it's always cool to be in one of these casual and busy cafeteria like environments to people watch while eating. Will try them again!
