I feel like Jonae makes me look and feel more like myself after our time together. I usually get partial highlight and a women's haircut every few weeks but, in the past when I was blonde, I've gotten full balayage with my haircut. I'm an anxious person and can get nervous before and during a hair appointment, but Jonae has a way to make me feel comfortable. We don't need to chitchat throughout our appointment, she feels me out and provides what I need. Her space is peaceful and private. This is a huge benefit over loud, bustling salons. I politely asked her to fix it multiple times, but the more she touched it, the worse it got. Rather than listening or trying to improve the situation, Freida became increasingly rude and dismissive.
