There's always someone there to greet you, and more often than not, someone even holds the door on your way in or out. It sets the tone right away. The owner is present and engaged--walking the room, checking in on tables, and making sure everything is running smoothly. You can tell there's pride in how the place is run. They're well staffed, and service moves at a great pace. The team is mostly younger staff, but they're clearly well trained and focused on giving customers a good experience. In a word, delicious. The place is a bit divey like I wrote, no frills so don't expect china or cloth napkins, just decent food at a decent price.
