Went to sale sumo to buy a new ridgid framing gun and amazed at how affordable their prices were compared to retail, unfortunately when I gor back home I realized the trigger was missing from my gun so i had to make the hour drive back the very next morning to replace it dreading the hassle of returning an item at a store but when I arrived I couldn't have been more wrong Bob met me right at the front counter and was incredibly friendly and understanding about it and allowed me to swap it out with another gun with no hassle (which I inspected before leaving just in case) but even though I inspected it when I arrived home to test it I discoverd that the firing pin was immovably stuck inside the gun and would not fire which I had no way of knowing until I actually tested it so once again I had to return to talk to Bob about it and once again i was greeted kindly and respectfully the entire time talking with Bob about the problem with the gun, once again bob was completely understanding and even gave me an upgraded version of the gun i had originally gotten. Ive just gotten home and tested it just now and it is in perfect working condition third time was a charm. I don't blame salesumo whatsoever for the first two guns having issues because that is the gamble you take when shopping at any liquidation store, what sets sale sumo apart from every other store like them is their willingness to fix any problem i had immediately and insured I left happy with my purchase. I would like to thank the staff and Bob for being so helpful and friendly throughout the experience and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who wants incredible service and unbeatable prices for their tools. This place is smokin' hot...and not just because it was 115 today. The people and deals are amazing. I walked in and had the pleasure of meeting Kim. I don't know how she manages such a happy disposition in this heat. Anyway, after a brief exchange of me thinking I knew her from somewhere, she had one of the employees take me to the "VIP" room. He actually walked me all the way there. I felt so special! I'm just glad that what I was looking for was in that room because it had ac. There I met Alex who was super nice and very patient with me in my search. I interrupted his work about 20 times with questions and he didn't even roll his eyes (at least that I saw). When finding out the pricing he told me that Kim said if I bought more I would get even a better discount. She didn't have to ask me twice. I went in for a shower head and came out with a kick ass shower head, a handle, 2 hooks, and 2 door levers. All high end and matchy matchy. I got it all for the price of probably the shower head alone. Thank you Kim for hooking me up. Side note for the owners-you have an incredible group of employees. The place seems very family oriented. The excellent customer service I received is something I haven't experienced in a long time. Even the guys doing the heavy lifting moving things around smiled and said hello as I walked by. I take back anything positive I ever thought about this place! My second visit here today not by choice , but because when I opened my previous purchase it was broken, missing parts and not even the correct item in the Box. Before I left the store with my purchase the first time, they reassured me that even though the box of the item I purchased had been re-taped shut that they double check to make sure all the parts and pieces are there. Obviously, completely false! I returned today to have the situation corrected as I was previously told I would be offered a refund if I was unhappy with my purchase. All I wanted to do is get a new fire pit however they don't currently have any fire pits available. So instead of giving me a refund as they previously said they would I'm offered a handwritten business card for new firepit when and if they happen to get some in stock. He says they may have some within the next 7 to 10 days and I can come back and check. This is a 30 to 45-minute drive for me I don't have time to come back and forth and check. I was told I could just call or text and see if they have any. Doesn't really solve my problem and I still have to make trip number 3 just to see if they have what I want. I went to SaleSumo for the first time earlier this week and got a great deal on some tools. Will be going back there again. They have a huge warehouse with mostly building supplies and stuff used in home construction, such as vanities, lights, doors, plumbing and electrical, flooring, etc. They also had some appliances, tools, and hardware. It struck me as a liquidation store version of Lowe's or Home Depot. A lot of the stuff is used or damaged, but some stuff is in new condition. I negotiated over a 50% discount from list price on the stuff I bought. Brian, the owner, is congenial, and there were staff throughout the warehouse who were available to help. I was pleasantly surprised that they have an exchange or store credit return policy for I think a full sixty or ninety days, though it may have been just thirty. Lots of stores like this are "all sales final." The tile saw I bought works just fine, anyway, though. Do be aware that most of the stuff is kind of a treasure hunt format, not neatly arranged. And there's a lot of dust on the materials. The AC did a decent job cooling down the rooms, despite temperatures over 100 outside and everything being staged in huge warehouse rooms. I had a lot of fun browsing the whole warehouse. read more

When we came to Sale Sumo on Sunday we were not expecting to get the great service that we did. Upon walking in the door we were quickly greeted by Brian. He was informative and very kind he greeted us with a smile and an open arm. He seemed very happy to be there and made us feel like we were at home and not in a new environment we have never been in. He was patient and answered all of our question we did not feel rushed at all. The building was way bigger than we thought and they had so many items and deals waiting for us. We have never walked in a place that gave us such a deal as this place. We diffidently went home that nigh telling our friends and family about this place. I would recommend you go see for your self if you don't you are missing out on great deals and things for the whole family. You can get your hole Christmas list done in just a visit. Don't get me wrong they offer so many good things that it would take us a week of visits to see everything. They also get new items all the time so every time you visit they have more to offer. Where do I start OMG the store is packed with so many amazing things my husband and I went in on Sunday March the 8th looking for hinges and hardware for our cabinet project. We were greeted by Victoria as we came in and she directed us exactly where we needed to go to start our search and let me tell you we found everything that we were looking for. We got in at 9:00 to start our search and we left at 12:11 so that's how long it took in between that time Victoria checked in on us make sure we were okay and had everything that we needed and let me add the music is popping . We don't live in Phoenix, but we made the 2-hour trek down after a friend told us about this store. We didn't know what to expect. Luis met us with a smile right away when we walked in and helped explain how everything works in that huge place--it took a hot minute to understand how to scan prices, etc. We were looking for three kinds of flooring and as we were trying to collect our thoughts, Arturo just popped up out of nowhere when were trying to match tiles. That guy is a total gentleman magician, cataloguing where individual boxes of things are. We ended up buying all of the tile, linoleum, and hardwood for our projects in this one place. The gal at the front desk (Eliana?) was super kind to our daughter too. They helped us load everything in the car and we feel like we got a deal good enough to warrant another trip down I-17. We already called our contractor friend to celebrate. I opened a Yelp account just to comment on this amazing place. Bob and Brian are super chill. The staff are ALWAYS helpful. The bargains can't be beat! Sometimes we go just to "dig for gold". We have been going there for years now. We slowly but surely have replaced all of the flooring in the house for half the price it would have cost us at Floor and Decor or Home Depot. (yes, we checked the prices right there in the store on our phones) We bought our LG AC, bath tub, over the range microwave, and toilets there a couple of years ago and they all work just as well as the day we bought them.( YEP, FOR HALF THE PRICE OR BETTER) Seriously, even the little thing we have been happy with. Have you ever seen something and thought that it was too good to be true? The only answer to that is "YES". That is not true any more. While on a treadmill the day after Christmas I clicked on the Google app on my phone and one of the first things that popped up was a news article talking about a place in Phoenix where great deals were available in abundance. I have been looking for very specific garage shelving online that I thought would be fitting for storage. I looked at a ton of different places and ended up coming across SaleSumo. I walked around the warehouse and found so many items that I wanted to get but because I only have so much room in my car, I couldn't take everything. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient with me as I had a lot of questions. I ended up finding shelving that was even better than what I was originally looking for. I stumbled on this place from a post on OfferUp. I was curious so I took a drive and was amazed at what this place is. I'm an artist and designer and this was a heaven of endless possibilities. They have anything and EVERYTHING possible from Home Depot physical stores and Online store. I live in San Diego and visit my family out here often, I will be making this stop every time I come back. It was my first time in Sales Sumo and I felt overwhelmed as I saw the heaps and heaps of product available as I entered the building. I was no more than 5 feet in the door when I was approached by Brian asking me if there was anything he could help me find. I was in the market to redo my whole house so I needed a new bathtub, two vanities, two toilets, a power drill, and several other smaller pieces. Brian explained that the more you bundle, the more you save! I was shocked that as I left the store, I had everything I needed and more all for less that the original price of just ONE vanity!! I come here all the time, and I have remodeled my entire house at this liquidation warehouse. I sent all my friends to the warehouse to see Bob and they definitely take great care of you. There's a lot of inventory to go through so make sure you plan on spending a lot of time here. Also I recommend bringing gloves because sometimes it gets a little dirty in the warehouse. Other than that, the guys that work here are amazing, they help you find things, and they definitely help you load up your car after you purchased items. I've had a couple of items that I purchased that I had to bring back for credit, but it's not a hassle at all. Overall a five star for sure. read more

This company does a great job moving all the items they have in inventory. I have found amazing deals working with Brian and Kim. They have always offered good deals, and make shopping there fun. I have found everything from Christmas lights to water softeners and have always had nothing but positive experiences with the team there. Do not hesitate to shop here.
