I get to the appointment, she does just the bottom of my brows and sent me on my way with no mirror or asking me how I like it, NOTHING and still charges me the full balance of $37 even though she did HALF the job! $37 for 4 minutes of work is absolutely disgusting! I will never in my life return to this business again that was extremely unprofessional and not cool because I have been coming to this business for years! I came to Austin for a wedding, and was really nervous about having to get myself presentable in a setting I'm unfamiliar with. She was so sweet, knowledgeable, direct, professional, efficient, truly made me feel welcome and comfortable. She gave me options on pricing and estimated my time, since she knew I had a deadline to get ready, and went out of her way to make sure I got the right color. Her husband and daughter were there also, and when I tell you that man did miracles for my feet, I mean if the Lord had felt how soft they were he would have thought He had given me new ones! He was gentle yet thorough, with both mani and pedi, and taught me about the dip manicure, which has become my absolute Go-To now. I also got my lashes done, which was in a super sanitary, private back room. It was painless, she gave me all the warnings and made sure I was comfortable and didn't have any reactions.
