How can a business that performs procedures on people's bodies show this level of irresponsibility and lack of professionalism? They even told me they would refund the prepaid cost of my 6-session package only if I removed my negative Google review. Instead of correcting the damage they caused, they are trying to protect their online reputation. They still have not properly refunded my money. I have all email conversations saved.
