If they had 0 stars I would worst experience ever at a sally! First of all the idles were hard to walk in because idles had new inventory in box making it hard to walk in which suck because the store is small as is! I get there when it's not busy for no one to ask if I needed help with anything even said in front of manager need help still got no help! I never make reviews..ever, but today I went to see about exchanging my ion boar hair brush since there's a missing bundle (I looked online and it shows no missing bundle) the employee tells me they are meant to be like that and I said "no I don't think so according to the online listing image" (aka no missing bundle) and then I said "it's probably just a manufacturing issue" aka no blame on the employee or sally beauty. But the employee just had a bad attitude, and tried to brush me off as stupid instead of acknowledging and accepting it's probably a mistake on the manufacturers part. I read reviews on the sally page after the fact and others have reviewed the product thinking the same thing that it's again a manufacturing issue, as it's not displayed in any photo of this product as advertised. I'm young as well so I totally understand having a bad day or bad interaction. I just hope she doesn't speak to everyone like that because it would really explain why this location has such a low rating. If this is a common problem clearly the manager doesn't see or care how this young employee acts and talks to customers. read more

Staff was really helpful and very patient they don't push recommendations on you though they do recommend things and they will let you know what they personally like using from the store and point you to discounts on products you are already asking about that you might not have seen yet. read more

Ummm...it's 11:20 and they're not open. No sign or anything stating there was an issue. Earlier there were 6 people standing outside waiting for it to open. If I could give this store location a -10, I would. Solely due to the manager on duty, Maria O . She blatantly lied about company policies, making up new ones with some intention of being rude. Being that I am a frequent customer of both Sally's and Cosmoprof, I knew she was being completely dishonest. However, being new to this area, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, and inquired if this was a regional policy. She dishonestly said it was a corporate policy, so I called a Sally story manager of over 20 years. She stated that Maria O was incorrect and that Sally's has no such policies. She agreed that corporate should be contacted, and thus I did. The representative at corporate informed me that I was correct, she was making it up and this will be escalated. read more

I feel like most Sally's around town catch a pretty bad rep but this location is far from the worst I've visited. The staff is always friendly with me and versed as far as where to find anything you're looking for. I really just swing through whenever a solid coupon lands in my email or to stock up when my purple hair dye goes on sale, majority of everything else they offer can be picked up just about anywhere. Aisles are pretty cramped, selection isn't huge, but they carry what I need and if they don't have it in stock, they've helped me find the nearest location that is still stocked. Its not somewhere I would just stroll through if I were out and about but when you're looking for a pretty specific beauty product and wanna avoid the massive department beauty stores at the mall, Sally's is worth checking out. read more

I went into Sally's today to look for some hair clips & "It's A Ten" styling product. The employees were clustered at the entrance to the store & gave me the usual greeting. After realizing I couldn't find my styling product, I walked to the front of the store where the employees were engaged in a casual conversation & laughing. I had to get someone's attention. Throughout the conversation she was giving her co-workers sideways knowing glances and were laughing. I felt very uncomfortable, like I was interrupting something they didn't want me to know. I asked about the product and through her giggles she stated where the product was. It wasn't there. She said that's all we have and walked back to the front. At no time did she offer to help me find a different product, I felt like I was not important to the several employees in the store. It was like walking into thd wrong clubhouse. NEVER AGAIN! I went in to return some items. Elle (store manager) and Clarissa said they can not look up my receipts by phone number. Telling me I could only get store credit and that they couldn't look up anything by phone number. I have been to many Sally's and had to return a Few items. Those stores actually took time looking up my phone number and returning to my money to my debit card and not trying to force store credit. I expressed to this to them and they were still extremely rude. If you wanted to be treated like your an idiot come here, if not go to the Sally's on O'Connor the girls there are awesome! It made me give a star. If and when a business has posted hours of operation I expect that it be open and not have a sign on the door saying that "Due to a Staffing Issue, we are closed early". I am reasonable and if there is a weather issue I am more that happy to understand the safety of your employees. No more special trips here. One star for the fact they had my item in stock! Ugly store, tiny and outdated. Employee had one whole aisle on the floor she said 'reorganizing' color.. Which is basically half the store-- very difficult to shop since this task was taking place. I've been here only a handful of times and I've had it with this place after today! I'm so mad because this is so close to my house!! No greeting, can't shop color aisle today because she had it all over the floor and shelves on floor omg how frustrating!! Honestly I have been in to this one three times all the years I have lived here in SA , and it's been the same every time. I waited near the extensions for over 10 minutes until I had to ask someone again for help and then finally after 15 minutes in the store the guy comes over and goes oh did you need help ? So after telling him I'm looking for extensions to blend with my hair he goes oh well that's not really my strong point , fair that he was honest but he asked his coworker to help me and her excuse was no she had to go home to change or some shit . Walked out without extensions and angry . I will never go back to that Sally's again . I lived in Germany and even the German customer service at the Sally's was a thousand times better than the one here . read more
