I gave it one star because i'm forced to rate this, if i could give it no stars then i would. So here is my Sally's little story I had about a year ago in 2013 and i've been itching to write this review but keep forgetting. About a year ago sometime in October/November? I went to go purchase some hair bleach and some hair dye. I walked into the store and the energy in there literally felt dead and unwelcoming. It is if as somebody died? I'm guessing they didn't welcome me because I was the only "Guy" in there. Anyways the workers at the time looked somewhat ok. They had their hair dyed blue, red, etc. So i'm guessing they were representing "Sally's". Anyways I go grab my bleach, and dye and I happen to not know when to apply the hair dye as soon as I finished bleaching the hair. So here is the part where it really flicked me off, I go and ask the cashier lady whatever she was, she was unpacking something and she yells at me telling me to "Step back" I didn't know if she was having a bad day or something but her attitude had to change. Anyways I stepped back and I realized that i was just stepping on the "Black Matt" that only employees were able to step on. She seriously yelled, it seemed like she was about to call the cops on me or something. LMAO. Lady. Seriously what was I gonna do? I was on my way to visit my grandma. I was all dressed up. She was seriously gonna consider me a thief? Lol, she should have been more concerned about the man that just walked into the store. Now he looked like a true their. Anyways I ask her the question i was going to originally ask her from the beginning and she seems to answer with some complicated answer that wasn't even what I was asking. Seemed like she wanted to cover up her own stupidity. i finally realized that she was actually the head bitch of all of them. Sorry for my foul language. If this is the way that Sally's trains their employees this won't really won't last very long. Trust me, If you have the time and gas money go to a different beauty supply store. The ones in this one aren't really professional, and they thing they lack the most is friendly customer service. read more

My second time visiting this location, but 1st time actually shopping. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN! I purchased something from them and when I got home it didn't look nothing like the picture on the package and of course when I asked they couldn't open it in the store. I called and asked for a manager and they told me to call back because she wasn't there so I call back and ask for her and ask if I can just exchange the product for something else because I can't use it and literally just bought it 20 minutes prior but she wouldn't even come to the phone the girl is saying "she says it's final sale" "she says she can't exchange it" I said so even though I literally just purchased it? (And by the way, my hair is in braids so I definitely didn't or couldn't use it even if I wanted to.) I said ok well I want to cancel my membership because I won't be shopping there anymore and she says "oh we can't cancel a membership once you sign up or give the refund back". I work for a beauty retailer. There are policy's and procedures in place to protect the health and safety of the public and I completely understand that. But to force a customer to be stuck with a product that is obviously unused and still in its original condition is definitely off putting. read more

I was kind of nervous about dyeing my hair lighter for the first time ever and the lady Brandy helped me with whatever I needed and totally made me feel comfortable about this hair color. I loved the way my hair came out. She was awesome!!! She'd definitely be my go to girl now! Thanks again Sally's beauty supply. read more

I called to ask about a return policy and since I got a Sally's card but my husband didn't have my card on hand if it was possible I can still get the discount and the lady whom I spoke to gave me attitude .(Evette) that's what she said her name was , I'm thinking she's the Chunky Hispanic chick that doesn't ever smile when I go there , so anyways at least they have two other workers that helped me out .. Rude, terrible customer service from both the guy and girl that were working when I went in. If they're the owners, they need to understand that great customer service results in repeat customers. I had a hair dye catastrophe and came to sally's to get the supplies I needed to fix it. Brandy was really helpful in telling me what to get to undo the horrible things I'd done to my hair. She also gave me some tips on what to get in the future to avoid the catastrophe. She saved the day since I had a wedding the following weekend. Thanks Brandy!!!! read more

These girls are awesome they always help me find what i need. I change my color all the time and they always help me with fixing up my mess. On the other had I've seen how rude and nasty some customers are twords them. Some reviews on her are just so wrong. What does size or ethnicity have to do with anything. I am a firm believer of (You get what you give) so if you give people attitude then your gonna get it back. You should work customer service and see how long you can deal it ; p read more

This location is my local store. The 19 year old working today was so rude to me. She was the only one working, so line was long. Shame on corporate for that, although this crew is no comparison to other Sally's. They only push their own brands, no matter what your personal need. When I showed the coupon I received via email, she refused to accept it unless I had a Sally's card. Not cool. Not written anywhere on coupon or website that I need a current card. Avoid this location. The customer service is horrendous. The employees seem more annoyed than willing to help or answer questions. Frankly they all looked as though they hated their job. Well to start off right when you walk in they dont even say "hello" or "welcome"!! The manager Kristie, is so rude and unhelpful. It's always a good sign when you walk into a store that the reps or the salesperson gives you a smile. I can always count on that in this store. It's a tad small but it usually is stocked full of the stuff i use from time to time. Plus they usually have lippies and polishes on sale in the front. Those are always a fun purchase. read more

This is one of the rudest group of people that I've ever experienced. I had my debit card cloned after going to the Sally's, so I called the store, and they gave me the 800 number to call because they couldn't do anything at the store level. When I called the number, the idiot on the other line told me that I should report it to my bank. Well dah idiot, I'll ready did it. So I went in to return the item, I told them the situation... first off, they don't smile or act as if they want to help you. I hate that store and try my best to avoid it, but that's the closest one to my house. The woman demanded my card or she wouldn't be able to return the item. It wasn't what she said but the way she said it. I told her that she didn't have to be rude. Then she told me that she couldn't return it to my credit card. I said I had to get a new debit card because of what happened. She insisted that no one at their store used my card. Like she would confess. So I told her that to give me cash because that was a debit card. She said she couldn't. So I was about to leave, but she kept explaining and saying that I didn't understand. So I told her that I have an English degree and understood perfectly. Then Yvette grabbed the item, slammed it in front of me and told me that the manager would have to help me the next day. These are horrible people and I will never shop at a Sally's ever again. I plan on calling the customer service and yelling at them. Then I'll be going to the better business bureau. read more
