The promotion was spend $40 and receive $10 off. I decided to pick up my usual items Madison Reed hair color and Evian mineral water spray. Excellent customer service at this Ulta Beauty location. As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted instantly and was informed someone will come to help me since the cashiers saw me walk up to the store pick up corner. The sweet lady that helped me and handed my store pick up was available within a few minutes. She asked if I needed anything else and to check out their summer products. We will definitely shop at this Ulta Beauty location again when visiting this side of town. We needed the Evian mineral water spray since it's 112 degrees here in Palm Desert. This location is also very clean and fully replenished. Great to know about this location as this will now be added to our store pick visit list for Palm Desert.

After I found my conditioner I started to peruse their massive selection of fragrances, which I honestly did not realize they carried. I asked Laura what her favorite fragrance was and she shared about six different perfumes with me that were all unique and chic - she was super familiar with so many of the choices which I appreciated. I did not super love this store the first time I went there, but I look forward to shopping here again and working with Laura.

Everything g is well lighted so you can really find what you're looking for . Their price points are good for great buys. I came in to buy a highlighter from Selena Gomez. Which I found very easily there was just one left . As I was checking out, the cashier Courtney was so wonderful! I asked if maybe if they had another highlighter same one, she went back to look and found another one I was so happy! She really took the time to help me & as well helping choose a hand sanitizer scented from touchland. Which I picked out mango & Lavender. Courtney was so down to earth, welcoming, sweet, kind & genuine person! She also helped me get my rewards in when I had trouble so I really loved to thank Courtney for her understanding & patience with me ! Thank you so much Sephora!! Needless to say that both of these stylists did an absolutely beautiful job! Sooo happy with both of the outcomes. Art is truly an artist! His makeup application was perfectly camera ready I looked very natural, not overdone and received tons of compliments! As for the hair, I wanted an intricate braided up to hairstyle to match my evening gown, which Audri, with the help from fellow stylist, Vianey,, created to perfection! Everyone working at the Salon was so sweet, friendly, and talented I only wish they worked in LA so they could be my go to! At 11am the S.A. comes over unlocks the door and walks away immediately. She clearly saw us standing there and couldn't be bothered to actually push the door open to let us know. I mean, it would've required an extra 2 seconds of effort. I almost wanted to leave at this point but I really needed my shampoo. Inside, there were about 10 SAs just hanging around, chatting amongst themselves. Got my shampoo and got in line to pay (had to wait of course because there was only 1 person behind the counter and the 9 others were busy chatting). I used to come here a lot, but I really don't enjoy shopping here anymore. I'm either ignored, or heaven forbid I ask something, they don't know the answer.

So, it's not that easy for somebody to cut and wash my hair. However, Veronica handled it very well. She did an excellent job! I will definitely go back to this Fantastic Sam's and particularly Veronica to get my hair cut and washed in the future. My daughter's hair was strawberry blonde at the time, and our main concern was getting the red undertones out of her hair. We showed her a photo of her natural, very light, blonde hair and said that was our goal. I walked in halfway through her appointment and my daughter's hair was died dark brown. At the end, the highlights that she put in her hair were incredibly spotty and nowhere close met the goals that we had. The hardest thing to understand was that we walked in with her hair already close to blonde saying that our goal was to make her hair lighter blonde. And she dyed her hair dark brown! My daughter has been in tears ever since this appointment and I am taking her somewhere else to get it fixed after spending $200 on this stylist ruining her hair. My hair was so nice that you could braid it, and I would not have any flares coming out. It was straight shot braid. Told her no bangs. I hate them. And my front was long as my back hair.. she kept ruining and talking. And kept on.. as wondering why it's taking so long.. then she come to my front and about to chop my front hair! I said no bangs!! She said it's not bags. It's just a long front like Farrah Fawcett, which I never asked for and and was a bang!!!!!! then proceeded to tell me that I am going bald and put a product called TOPPIK in my hair. In the end. She charged me $75 to fuck my hair up. And precedents to sell me TOPPIK and other products I did not need . I'm the end I was allergic to the product and it made me loose hair. And thin and was partly bold.. thy was last September 2022. I'm still trying to grow hair back and have cried for over 7 month now. She has made my hair thin by chopping in in side and thinned it out then gave me bangs Then made my hair loss by selling me crap. I do feel she was on drugs now She had a cast on her leg and told me it was broken or hurt.. she could of been on pain killers and just wacked my hair. I would like to sue her. For my months of pain and suffering but it hard. To at least a warning. Don't get Linda. She is a wacko and a rude lady. Her offer was to color my hair or do extension to make me happy and I'm like why the fuck would I need that? I didn't need it in the first place until you like my hair. Then she proceeded to tell me again that I was going bald and it was hereditarily when there's nobody in my family that is bald. I have never met a beauty salon person that can say such a medical word without being sure, and also selling crap. Also, she proceeded to tell me that she used a different product in my hair and then she sold me so she's a big fat liar and she has ruined my hair and I try to forgive her and go on with my life but every time I see myself in the mirror, I cry.

She asked about me and my journey and my life now. Even my home life with my pets. She showed me one of the most beautiful wigs that I immediately tried on and loved. I ordered it Tuesday and had it by Friday. She trimmed the bangs for me and showed me how to put it on and where to put the bobby pins to help hold it in place. I 100% recommend this wig salon!! Conveniently located on the corner in the Bristol Farms parking lot with plenty of parking and nicely air-conditioned! I had my dog with me and she kindly welcomed him. Then he laid down on the floor next to the chair I was in.
