I went back and I checked with a woman and she said that NOPE, that was in fact a scam. That they even sent that email to corporate, that identical scam, and if they were trying to work on it. Alarm bells, EVERYONE don't fall victim to that scam. Because Black Friday deals are good! However, like she said, they not gonna giving a $26 candle for $2.90. She did say that there were a lot of people who had already come in because of that ad, so I wasn't alone. So be alert

I had an appointment with a girl named Lauren whom I had spoke with over the phone about having experience with highlights and bleach. Lauren and I spoke about the picture/color I wanted and she was like your hair is perfect for this...I already knew from previous experience it shouldn't be a problem. Lauren then proceeded to lay foils in my hair and not estimating the color/hair ratio. My hair came out very dark and uneven on sides and a yellow/golden/orange on top. I looked like a skunk. It looked like a home job as if I went to color it myself and missed big chunks and put to much on the top and it is just awful. I mentioned this to her. So she tried to even out the colors and put foils/bleach on my hair again. She blow dried it, straightened it and I paid 160.00, Was not ugly, left and cried all day. I put my trust in this girl. She bleached my hair twice with in 2 hours. I still left looking like a skunk. Uneven color. My hair looks like trailer park trash. This weekend I was absolutely embarrassed couldn't wear it up to uneven. It's to gold to wear it down. Had to wear a hat. Today is Monday I'm laying here in bed at 2:30am. I have a job interview in the morning and any other time I would be confident in going. But I'm embarrassed. I want to start crying again. I am a nurse with another full time job. so I wear my hair up and I'm ashamed to go anywhere. Worst hair color experience I have ever had. Will not go back. Pricing is the best in the city - $110 for a Deluxe Pedicure and Standard Manicure for two! I also appreciated that they did both the mani/pedi in the massage chair, and we did not have to get up and transition to or from the manicure tables. The space is small, but well laid out. Given this, the wait can back up fairly quickly. When we arrived, it was us and one other patron, but the time we left, there were multiple people waiting. Overall, really happy that we tried Nice Nails, and even happier that we have a go-to spot for our monthly mani-pedi's!
