I had I had very blonde highlights and I wanted them toned to a golden blonde and root touchup. She said no problem.. She was talking to me in hairdresser language. She said I was a level 10 she was gonna pull me to a level 9 or 8.I left there with completely brown hair. I didn't ask for brown hair. I asked for golden blonde hair. they made me sign some paper just saying it was so they could treat me now I'm trying to get a refund because I didn't get anything. I wanted .even with going in a week early for a consult. They are extremely expensive and you sit across the table from other people not in the chair it's a very bizarre situation. I would not recommend the salon to anybody. I'm trying to get a refund but they say they don't offer and since I signed that paper they just want me to come in and have somebody else do my hair. I will never return to that salon to have anybody touch my hair.
