This procedure cost 4,500$. At the 11 month appointment I got facial botox for 800$. At the follow up appointment two weeks later I said I noticed little improvement with the Botox. The assistant left the room and came back in and said Dr. Rubbani would not do any retouches on the Botox and that I needed to pay for a secret RF treatment costing thousands for the scar and she was no longer willing to do the scar revision she promised to do for free. She wrote me a letter saying that I must have misunderstood their policies as they do not give services for free. Total spent at this office in one year 500$ Botox 2025, mini neck lift 4,500$, upper bleph (which has begun to droop) 3,500$, Botox 2026 800$=$9,300$. It should be noted that the scar revision would have cost her nothing - just her time. Dr. Rubbani did not stand behind her work despite her promises to do so.

It's located in front of the Kate Spade store. I didn't see a lot of sale items here, although there were some sections that were clearly marked. The store was busy, but not crowded. They already have Halloween seasonal items out, and they have a whole section of the laundry products like detergent and scent boosters. I got a wall plug in (the last one they had) and a hand cream. I love their hand creams, but they REALLY need to upgrade the packaging and replace the screw tops with a flip top instead. The prices are going up as with everything else. These tiny hand creams are now a whopping $8.95 each!! I only really stock up when they go on major sale, or if I have the freebie coupon they mail to me. The best time to catch a good sale is post holidays. That's usually when I find the good stuff. The staff didn't really offer any help, but the young man with the long hair answered a question I had.
