Yes, I do understand that reservations are "open ended" but the dismissive attitude towards accommodating the customer (by possibly offering an upgrade instead of giving a ride home) who is being inconvenienced is crazy work especially when you are being "transparent" saying you don't know when you would even have a car! They call me to me that they are confirming my rental.. which i do confirm when I get there the vehicle is not available (isn't that why you call and CONFIRM)TO have it avaliable.. first time it was some sort of recall ... they did nothing to resolve issue and now they said NO ONE had me doing a pick up today....they really need to get it together mangment needs to step it up read more

Both Alex Gonzalez-Cibrian and Matthew Domeier were very helpful with the car rental process! Matthew helped me check-in during the pickup of the car rental and ensured me that I would not get a high-risk car like a Hyundai or Kia (as those cars are frequently being stolen now and I requested not to). Alex helped me with the drop-off process! I started with a half-tank of gas and returned with a full tank. I wanted to know if I could be reimbursed for the extra half tank I returned it with. Alex checked with his manager and was quite friendly. Although I couldn't be reimbursed for it, he did say that I could get a free half yall the next time I rent work Enterprise. (Disclaimer: I'm not saying the gas solution can work for any customer but I'm grateful you all helped me.) I'm completely satisfied with his willingness to help and actively respond to my concern. Chris and Garret are amazing! He is super friendly and understanding but ANDRES is so pushy, does not take anything a client says under consideration! I kept telling him the other parties insurance is covering a Corolla but Andres REFUSED to give me the vehicle even though it was outside. I had to call farmers insurance to complain how they were refusing to help me.And when I would ask questions about the gas Andres had no clue wether I can fill it there how much it is for there or what . If I could give this location 0 starts I would. They all wear sweats to work, so they definitely don't care how they present themselves and their customer service sucks. The wait takes forever for a rental that broke down. Want to overlook every detail on the outside of a rental, when they need to test the actual car's systems. Rented out a car to my bf and it completely shut down at a light in the middle of rush hour. Was told at 5pm a tow truck would come in 30min. Waited for over 3.5 hours for a tow truck, UNTIL 8pm for their "road side assistance" which are all reps that don't even live in the U.S. Customer service sucks. Location closes at 5pm so they were useless. Absolutely terrible. Rent from another company. Wasted our whole day waiting around for a tow company that never came. A literal nightmare. read more

Go elsewhere... My car was hit when parked in front of my home. My insurance company sent me to Enterprise for a rental and paid their discount rate for 30 days but stated the discount would still be in effect if I needed the rental longer. I was given an SUV because they had nothing smaller and I paid out of pocket for the difference between that and what my insurance was paying. In the meantime I tried to switch out the vehicle for a smaller car and was told they only have pickup trucks or SUVs so my out of pocket was about $30 daily which was being charged to my credit card weekly. Needless to say it's now been almost 2 months of me driving the rental and I just received a call from the manager that my " contract" needs to be rewritten. He also stated I would be charged full price without explaining why the terms would change at this point. To say the place is a dump and the people working there are totally unprofessional is being kind. I'd rather Uber than deal with this trash. read more

I apologize for my actions to justin because I was a bit upset. Mr wells did reach out to me last week and I actually missed his call. Unfortunately my brand new car was scratched and I had to use this company for a rental until my car was fixed. I drive a brand new 2021 truck with leather interior, that fits 7 people. I keep my vehicles very clean since I feel it reflects how you live and I want to make a good impression. I was told I was getting a 2021 Nissan car and I was a little disappointed since I have a big family and a small car would make it hard for the whole family to fit but I decided to give it a try. Oh wow do I regret it there's a difference between agreeing to a small vehicle and what I received. This company should be embarrassed by what they provided. This vehicle was dirty, the seats were full of stains in both the front and back seats. I don't know if its blood or what type of stains they are but they are beyond disgusting. There is a smell coming from this vehicle and the brakes don't feel reliable. I'm calling the insurance company today and will also complain. The accident was not my fault therefore this company was covered by the driver at fault insurance. Enterprise please do better, clean your cars, make sure your cars are reliable and offer cars you are proud off. I'm extremely disappointed with this company and I hope they do better but for now please stay away. read more

This staff seems nice till you start talking to them. They try to talk to you as if they are above you. The "manager" tried to tell me that there was more trunk room in a Toyota Camry then in a mid-size SUV. My roommate and I reserved a mid-size SUV a little over a week in advance and they told him that they were going to give him a full size car (the above mentioned Toyota Camry). When I questioned how he can say that the Camry is bigger his answer was...."and SUV is only higher up and higher roof". I asked to see the specs and he tried to ignore me and just talk to my male roommate. Eventually he got tired of me doing all the talking and rented us a Nissan Rouge which we had to wait for almost an hour for.....this is the first time we ever had a problem with them. We rent often from them and never dealt with men like this. Doubtful we will go to them again. read more

My experience with this Enterprise branch has been terrible! Had a Rental reservation with State Farm, i had called before heading there to make sure there was mid size vehicles available so my Insurance could of covered it, It was confirmed there was with a $100 deposit. When I got here it turns out there wasn't no compact or midsize vehicles, and the only thing available was a Van that was over the limit that my Insurance was covering, Now I'm paying $20+ a day out of pocket plus a $200 DEPOSIT which that's not what I got told, not sure when the changed happened, I rented a vehicle a month ago in another Enterprise branch and it was $50 deposit, I called the following day and a gentleman name BOBBY answered the phone which refused to give me his name when he answered but I had to asked him 3 times for it, Had a terrible customer service, was not professional at all! Was not knowledgeable on what I was asking for and didn't seem like he wanted to help me with my request, he was short through out the conversation. I asked on some point who his Branch Manager name was he stated HE WAS THE BRANCH MANAGER! Ridiculous! I was shocked! Enterprise needs to get a better management. Now I am in day 3 day paying $20+ a day and no help at all! read more

Way, way, way understaffed. They say they will pick you up, they just don't tell you that you'll have to wait two hours to pick you up because they are understaffed and it is a Friday. When you call to ask how long it will be they were are so busy that they couldn't pick up the phone so it just rings forever. If they don't have the time to pick you up they don't have the time to answer the phone to tell you how long it will be. I would have been better off walking to their car center if it wasn't in such a rough neighborhood. It wasn't safe for me to walk there from Pilsen so I had to wait. Enterprise is not a discount newby so I would expect them to understand how to staff up on their busiest day of the week. Go with another rental group. read more

This is the second time I have used Enterprise for personal reasons due to car accidents. They have always been beyond courtesy, friendly and fast. Today I was in an accident. 2 week repair time. The lady from Enterprise picked me up from the shop. She is originally in HR but filling in for an employee who won a cruise for referring a good new employee. Nice! Let me begin by saying that I use this Enterprise a lot and I am usually very happy with my service there. The staff is helpful and go above and beyond to accommodate me. This last time that I used them I was disappointed with the attitude of the staff member assisting me. I decided not to go with the insurance they offer and use my own and the staff personnel there was very rude (in my opinion) when I told him I was choosing not to use their coverage. I almost felt bullied into taking it, his expressions and attitude completely changed when I told him I would not be taking the coverage. I was also disappointed to find the vehicle they provided me was on E, there were only 15 miles to empty. in the past when this was the case they were very friendly and always offered to put some gas in the car for me. Never a full tank but at least to get me to my next destination. I am not sure why the change in customer service, perhaps it was that I didn't take the coverage or perhaps it has been the change in staff. Either way it made me think twice about returning there. I must add that when I returned the vehicle I mentioned to the manager the issue with the gas tank being on E and he offered a discount on my current rental or on any future rental. It was nice to see the manager show some concern for my disappointment regarding the gas considering they do not do gas refunds if you bring it back with more gas than they gave it to you, which in my case would have been any gas at all. read more

I like renting from Enterprise, but not from this location. They left me without a car on the day of my reservation and were not even willing to look for a similar type of car to the one I reserved at any of their other locations nearby. Then you think that calling their Customer Support line would be helpful and resolve the problem. Instead you find that they can only tell you where there possibly might have cars as their "system" would tell them, but it turns out that the system is not connected to reality and there are no real cars at the locations that they send you to. It took 4 phone calls to customer service, 2 phone calls to store managers, and finally one to their escalation department in order to get a car on the FOLLOWING day. If you are in a hurry or your time is valuable, this would not be the way to go. :( read more
