I am a type 1 diabetic and Dr. Killam and staff always check everything and I have regular blood work done. When I am called about blood results and if something is out of the normal they don't talk to me like I am a child. They encourage me to keep trying and advise me of what I can do to make it better the next time around. The front office staff is very nice and cheerful. The office manager runs things very smoothly and is cheerful and sweet. When you have a good manager everyone wants to work as a team. This is the thing I love about going to this office.
