When we walked through the door we didn't get as much as a "Hello" or a "Welcome in". The employees were so socially inept in was excruciatingly uncomfortable to even be in the establishment. As we looked over the menu we were met with empty stares. When I stated I'd never been in before I was not given a welcoming introduction or any recommendations. Our food was okay but I wouldn't come back simply because of the harsh and overall awkward environment. It was a horribly unpleasant experience. read more

The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I stopped in for a crepe and latte to-go. The crepe was the perfect amount of crispy and chewy with the right amount of filling. The latte was fresh and hot. I do wish they had more of a variety of sweet crepes without chocolate, but that's just my opinion. This little gem just opened up a couple months ago and I've just now had a chance to try - so glad I did! I wouldn't call myself a crepe expert, but I do love them and try them at every possible opportunity. I got both a savory and a sweet crepe, because... well, why wouldn't I? First, it's so important for crepes (in my opinion) to be thin but sturdy and that is hard to accomplish, you will find that here. In fact, the Texas BBQ crepe is stuff to the gills with pulled pork (yep) but held up at least through the half of it I was able to eat (it's HUGE). The pickles are amazing in there and the jalapeños combined with the sweeter BBQ sauce is a combo that will make any Texan feel right at home. I also got the banana fosters crepe. It was equally fantastic, albeit more traditional. The ladies are sweet and helpful, so I will definitely be back! read more

I was there four days ago for my first visit and was not too impressed. The prices on the laminated menu are not the prices that ring up on their computers. All entrees ring up at 8.25% more than listed on the menu. So for example, a $10 entree is $10.82 subtotal. With tax (another 8.25%), you are asked to pay $11.72. Price discrepancies are annoying but even more annoying was the response I got when I told the cashier about it. I was told that there had been price increases not reflected on the menu. I said it seems I was charged double tax. The cashier only gave me blank stares. She said the computer rings it up how it does and offered no help beyond that. The person who was making the crepes came over and said she would refund the tax amount. Great, someone understood the issue. As far as the food and drinks go, they were ok. The chai latte was given to me not hot. After two sips at the counter, I asked them if they could microwave it for me and they said they cannot take the cup back. I said ok and just drank my mildly warm chai with my mildly warm crepes which came out after. read more

Absolutely delicious! Definitely recommend! I was up a little earlier than usual and wanted to try a new place that I have not been to before. I was looking for a small breakfast meal, something like a sandwich or croissant, something light and I didn't know which place to try. McKinney as so many! I am overwhelmed with options! And everyone is so nice and friendly! The options are too many! Upon browsing, I realized I haven't had a crepe such a very long time! And I didn't really read beyond the word crepe cause I was sold on reading and decided to check it out! They had a drive though, which was very convenient. After browsing their drive through menu, I decided to get a hot tea and their McKInney Brunch crepe. It was soooo good!!! They even suggested honey and lemon for my tea which is a no brainer, but still just offering it let me know they had the things that needs to come with tea. I would get sugar if honey wasn't an option but honey is the way to go. And that crepe! I think I fell in love! I have been 3 times since and am glad I can finally make the review! Gave this place a try based on the glowing reviews. First thing I noticed walking in was it was not very welcoming. 2 people behind the counter looked up but couldn't be bothered to say 'hi'.' Second thing was the lady taking our order looked very irritated and was unfriendly. I'm shocked by this as I expected a welcoming place with great customer service based on the reviews. As a small business owner, this is how you gain business but looks like they're not off to a great start. Everything rang up OVER $1 more per item than the menu listed plus the usual tax and tip on top of that. The service was not good. My lox crepe was decent. I ordered Lemonade /tea to drink, I was almost finished with my crepe, and had to ask for my drink. Even after I asked, it took another 10 minutes. It was not a complicated coffee, it was iced tea and lemonade. The place was not busy. I am assuming it was the owner making crepes. She never smiled, looked up or said a word. Driving through town and noticed this place has crepes so I decided to stop in for breakfast. Great menu full of a variety of coffees and crepes that I had a difficult time choosing. Food and coffee that I ordered were both fantastic. Extremely nice staff too. Great atmosphere.
