I have never went to that salon at all but it has been in the town for Bedford for many years. Before I could say anything to the stylist Amy she started to wack off my hair. I went in there with one length hair and came out with 3 inches on top of my head. I had a picture of a bob. At the end of the hair cut she didn't even check to see if the sides where even. They where not. This is most worst hair cut that I ever got in my life. I was so upset that I called the salon and talked to the owner. I had to call her up 3 times and email her before I could talk to her. When I told her how upset I was and what a rotten job she did and that I wanted my $65.00 back. The manager said (oh no I have to pay my stylist.) I was so taken aback that I told her that I would never go back there again. She wanted me to come back in. I said no. I don't want anymore hair taken off of my head. I hope the manager reads this review because I thought that the stylist to listen to the client and to make the client happy . Not the other way around. Just to make money off of people.

Every time I get a service done, they scan my card and it pays off in nice cash discount rewards on future services, just like your local CVS bonus bucks, although All Tressed Up pays way more than my CVS card does! They have a play area for small children if you need to bring them along, and will do kids' cuts too. In a pinch, it is great because they are also located across from a plaza that has an awesome little pizza place if you need to grab a quick bite before or after your haircut.
