Ok, so where do I start? My best friend recommended that I try out Salon 345 for a facial with Jayme. I had never had a facial before and was trying to focus on doing more self-care for myself. That was almost 3 years ago, and I have been a loyal customer ever since! Jayme is so amazing and so down to earth, she really made me feel comfortable during my first visit (I was a little nervous) and now when I see her, I feel like I'm hanging out with one of my girl friends. I got my hair done on my birthday by Melissa. As I was driving to my appointment she texted me saying she's going to be a few minutes late. It was literally only 5 minutes lol She did my highlights, roots, wash and style. As I was sitting in her chair waiting for her to start styling, she came around to her station with a slice of cake from a bakery. All the ladies, clients and my oldest daughter sang happy birthday to me. I was so surprised. It felt like I was celebrating my birthday with family. All the women at Salon 345 are fabulous. I've been going here ever since I bought a Shellac Dealfind coupon during the summer of 2011. For the past year and a half, I've been a regular customer, every other week. This family, friends, and employee, run business is by far the best salon experience I have ever had. Besides my every other week shellac manicure done by the wonderful and talented Laura C., I've had my hair cut by her, which I need to do again very soon. This Christmas I even bought my sister a gift certificate for laser for a full year, after having a bad experience with another salon in Saugus. After coming to Salon 345 for so long and having such a great experience, that it was only right that my sister, after asking her many times to come with me for nails and talking up my time there, that I buy her laser so she can come with me now too. Everywhere I go including work, I get nothing but compliments on my nails. With creativity and talent Laura really does an amazing job. I have nothing but great things to say about Salon 345. This is a full service salon in the Saugus area that offers everything from hair cuts to nails to massages. You name it, they offer the service. I came in with a Buy With Me coupon last year and I don't go anywhere else for my hair, nails, waxing and facial services. They also offer a wide variety of hair and spa products for purchase, including Moroccan Oil. If you ask for something and they are out of it, they offer to call you when it comes in or get it for you at some point. All the girls are lovely and professional. I consider this a second home because it reminds me of my family. I always get a cut and color with Laura, but I've seen Denise (the owner), Melissa and the other girls at work and they do an amazing job. I've also gotten facials and waxing with Jayme who is phenomenal. I have extremely sensitive skin and my face didn't react to the products they use AND I had a beautiful glow in the dead of winter. At all the holiday parties people would comment on how great I looked. Another great thing is they are very versatile. They are always educating themselves with the trends. I've seen hair extensions, feathers, tinsel for the holidays and Laura can give the best trendy manicures as well. However if you are happy with a classic look, they are happy to oblige. Every time I've gotten my hair, nails and eyebrows - of which I'm picky about all three - I've never complained at all. Whatever you want, they will give you. Denise is a fantastic business woman and owner of the salon. She's always educating herself and staff about new products, marketability and treating customers with professionalism. Ask her anything about business or give her a new idea and she's happy to listen. Their prices are extremely reasonable for a full service salon, and I come out feeling like a million bucks. I had a somewhat lackluster experience with her and spoke to the salon owner and she was very open to listening to my comments and offered to rectify the situation. She is very customer-oriented and even went so far as to throw a party for her customers in celebration of 345 Facebook "Like"s! I believe one should always give a business the chance to fix it and turn a negative customer service experience into a positive one! Salon 345 is a great place to enjoy a day of beauty. Today I got a manicure, pedicure, brow wax, color, cut, and foils. I was feeling tired when I walked into the salon and like a new woman when I left. I have been to a lot of salons and this is the one and only salon that I feel I can sit in any chair and be given the same high quality service and care. I've been a loyal customer of Denise (FABULOUS owner) since 1996, Laura (SUPER nail tech) and Jaime (AMAZING esthetician), since Salon 345 opened in Saugus. Denise is friendly and gregarious, does a color and cut like nobody else, and if you want something she's not 100% awesome at (for example, years ago I decided on foils ... for a minute), she will have one of her staff do it, so it gets done exactly right. Laura is a wizard, most thorough pedicure EVER, and she's as fussy as I am about a perfect shellac manicure. She even uses new files/buffers with every client and gives them to them. Laura is also very artistic and creative, if you want something custom. Jaime is gentle and low-key; she's done laser hair removal on me, as well as facials and waxing. Do yourself a favor, go to Salon 345. Often. They will fix you! read more

This was my first time there. I called ahead and they squeezed my boyfriend and I in on a busy Saturday. The place is small but super cute. Our pedicurist (I forget her name) was so sweet and did a really good job. She is only there every other saturday but they have a regular nail lady too. So I came here based on yelp reviews. I requested an appointment online two days before I wanted a haircut. They hadn't gotten back to me the next day so I gave them a call. I was given an appointment right away for the day I had requested. I was a little annoyed that they hadn't even acknowledged that they saw my request submitted online but glad to get an appointment so quick nonetheless. I had just a cut appointment as I do not dye my hair. The lady who cut my hair (for the life of me I cannot remember her name) was really nice and kept up conversation with me. There was also a nail tech and customer in the salon that joined in a couple times. Everybody was really friendly. The hairstylist gave me a rundown of their services while she was cutting my hair. I had already seen the available services online but I am picky about who I go to for waxing and such - I've been going to the same place for 2+ years and I'm not sure I'm ready to give someone else a try. Maybe in the future I will test out those services as well. My haircut was exactly as I wanted. She was very attentive and didn't rush. I am very happy with the cut. My haircut cost $40 and my hair (before and after the cut) is of medium length - just past my shoulders. They do have a new customer coupon for $20 off $40 or more in services. So I only paid $20 this time. The regular price is a little high for me but I only get it cut once a year or so and I think that price is fair. I would return to Salon 345 and I would recommend it to others. read more
