This product is meant to last 6 months!!! clearly the treatment did not hold up at all. I even bought the recommended shampoo and conditioner by Marcela to maintain the results, but it made no difference. When I confronted Marcela about the fact that she likely never used the Ybera Paris products I paid for, she blocked my number completely. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also dishonest and deceptive. Bella Donna Hair salon is promoting and charging for premium products they are NOT using, which is outright fraud and a breach of trust. I tried to resolve this amicably, but after being ignored and then blocked, I'm left no choice but to take legal action. I am now filing complaints with consumer protection agencies and the official Ybera Paris distributors to expose this scam and protect other clients from being ripped off. DO NOT trust this salon if you want honest service and real results. Beware. Make sure they mix everything in front of you!!! Tell them you want to see the product!

Nestled in the corner right next to Publix. We are always greeted with a big hello and clearly you can see that there are a regular group of people here all the time. The shop is big and bright with a lot of electricity in the air. Each operator has a nice following that come to this shop. Alan always does such a great job. He is extremely nice and works so well with my M-I-L who always feels very comfortable in the space. Communication is key and not replying back to customers is not the way to run a business.

I have bounced around to different Fort Lauderdale salons after moving here 5 years ago and couldn't quite find a perfect fit with the dozen or so places I have tried out. I wanted an easy low maintenance blond (yes I know, no such thing with blond), and Tomy came through. I came in with three layers of color- dark roots about 2 inches long, bleached muddy blond through the middle and orange ends. It was a disaster grow out. I had a consult with Markie for blonde highlights and to blend in my roots but since Markie couldn't do highlights at the moment, she deferred me to Tomy. I didn't know I was in for a treat. I showed Tomy pics of what I wanted and he insisted that the color I wanted would wash me out and that I would not be happy with the maintenance since I wanted low maintenance. Initially, I was disheartened but I can appreciate his honesty and after he explained what he thought would work better for me yet achieve something close to what I was looking for. I thought I came in for a consult but he worked me in between his clients so that he could show me what he could achieve yet still make me happy. Mind you, the salon was super busy but the man is a multitasking genius! He did a toner and root scrape while Markie did my haircut and Yasleen did my blowout. Did I mention that my color was a disaster? Well, 2 hours later, what was flat and orange and 3 different colors was now bright, golden and well blended. My dark roots melted into the blond so seamlessly, you would think Michelangelo painted it himself. I absolutely love the results!
