My daughter's appointment was at 1:30 PM, and I was on the waitlist. She wanted burgundy, even though she has jet-black roots with blonde highlights. Mrs. D explained the entire process, told Kim (the colorist) exactly what to use to get as close to that shade as possible, and made sure my daughter felt confident and excited and she was all in! After the color process, Kayla took over, washed her hair, and did a beautiful blowout. My daughter is IN LOVE with her hair. I went in to get my grays covered, and Mrs. D recommended a gorgeous brown. The way she explained everything to both of us made it clear she is extremely experienced and truly knows her craft. Then came my stylist Jiya! OMG. My wash, head massage, and styling were TOP-TIER. Bought some products. Thank you, Jiya, for explaining how to properly use the products and how often.
