The staff performs all safety checks necessary for recent state regulations providing a safe environment to receive all services offered. Lesli is a color genius!!!! She is honest regarding client expectations vs realistic outcomes. Lesli will not perform a service that she knows will not yield the desired outcome for her customer. She will also tell you if something is just not possible to achieve all in one session. For example going blonde in an hour when your hair is chocolate brown. Not going to happen!!! Go to this salon. I don't know what voodoo Lesli has going, but whatever it is has my fine, flyaway-prone hair tamed into submission. Keune is great to begin with, but the combination of Lesli's color/cutting genius and the versatile cocktail of products she has me on transformed my hair from presentable to something I love. I love being a client at Salon Aerie, I've been going there for years! The entire staff is very friendly. When you walk in, you are greeted by the stylists and the receptionist. Lesli has been my go-to girl for cut & color for many, many years. She is hands down the BEST at hair color, I fully trust her to get my hair just the right shade of blonde! She also does a great job cutting my hair, always giving me exactly what I asked for. If you have any questions about cut or color or product or styling, she is excellent at explaining things & giving good tips. Hunter and Nancy have both done my hair at times as well, and they've also done a fantastic job! Ms. Yvonne will wash your hair, and don't tell anyone, but that is my favorite part! ;) It is more like a therapeutic massage than just getting your hair washed! I've been knowing leslie for 9 year since before she opened salon aire. The only place I do my hair at , I had a keratin treatment on june /2 I that cost $350 and it supposed to relax my curls and smooth my hair it hasn't been 6 weeks and the treatment is gone , I've been there today for hair color I showed her my hair and she told me she first said let me look at it after we wash it to see if the curls are there? Well, Jackie one of the hair stylist that does my hair told her that yes her curls are back and leslie told that the treatment isn't to straight my hair, I told I know it's not but as you see the treatment did do the job what can you do about it? I spent $350 for nothing? She said I can do another keratin treatment for you but you have to pay for it I cant give a service for free I was like what do you mean I have to pay for it again?? SHE TOLD ME I DONT GIVE A SERVICE FOR FREE? I told her I am not happy about what can she so for me because its frustrated throwing all this money away and pay a full price again? SHE SAID I CAN GIVE YOU AN ADVICE THAT NEXT TIME JUST DO THE 4 TO 6 WEEKS TREATMENT, I WAS LIKE WOW YOU ARE GIVING ME AN ADVICE THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR FOR $350? She said yes this is all I can do ? I told that you treating me like I never had keratin treatment before? She been doing my treatments since 2011? This how you treating me after all these that I've been coming to you? She said yes I cant do anything and she asked me to leave, I told that she was rude to me and she kept telling me to leave and if I wont leave she will call the police on me ??? By the way jackie told me that product didn't work good on my hair? Is this my fault that hair products are cheap and dont work while she charged so much for it??? Salon Aerie knocked it out of the park! First, I was under pressure to get my hair done, and Mrs. Leslie, the owner, made a same-day appointment for me. I work ALL the time, so my hair was a MESS! I never am able to get things right in that area of my life. Well, I arrived, was greeted, and was immediately ushered to the wash bowl, where Mrs. Doris performed the most therapeutic wash/massage, EVER! She and Mrs. Leslie made me feel completely comfortable that they would take care of my hair...and to top it off, I felt no judgment about my unkept mane! Next, Mrs. Leslie took me to her chair and started to work her magic! She was thoroughly knowledgeable about the products I should use on my hair, as a super-curly naturalista. I definitely walked away knowing I needed to change a couple of things. In the end, I had the most gorgeous, beautifully-shaped, and shiny afro imaginable! That's what I went in wanting, and that's what I received! I would recommend any man or woman visit this salon for a calming experience in which you'll leave with some seriously enviable runway hair! After my appointment in September, the salon recommended a follow up visit in six weeks. I agreed, expecting a reminder text or email (like all 2020 businesses offer in today's tech-savvy world supply). Day of appointment, the salon calls to see if I am coming. When I request a reschedule, they say that I will be fully charged prior to the appointment. I do not agree to this and then they charge me FULL PRICE for the service. I find this highly unprofessional and borderline thievery. I assure you that I will not return to this salon. I have also disputed the charge with my band and I am very curious as to how this salon can charge me without my signature or consent. If this payment sticks, I will sue them for the money just out of principle alone. No one should be able to recharge an account that was used one time without the consent of the bank account owner. This is theft. Be careful going to this unprofessional salon. The manager was rude and only cared about the money, not about keeping a good customer. I am a loyal patron. If you read my review on Salon Trilogy, you will see the difference in professionalism. I wish Trilogy was still open. They truly know how to treat their customers!!!! read more

I was greeted by the Amy she was very friendly and kind and ask if I need anything to drink I told her I just had a beer and was fine.So she wash my hair and sat me in her chair and she asked me what I wanted to have cut and I said no more than 2 inches and she said ok.Once in the chair she spun the chair around away from the mirror and began cutting so I continued to read my magazines and after several minutes I started to think it was taking a really long time and she seemed to be going back to sections she had already cut and cut more.When she spun the chair back around she had cut about 6 inches I asked her about why so short and she said it meeded it.But she was really pretty and kind so it's hard to stay mad with a beautiful woman so I have her a 20 dollar tip and now 6 weeks later it looks great.So make sure whoever cuts your hair tell them not to turn the mirror away and pay attention read more
