My last 3 or 4 visits were at Couture Med Spa. Prior to Couture Med Spa my results were amazing and long lasting...way beyond 4 months with complete resolution of all forehead lines including the "11" lines. At Couture med spa my results were consistently disappointing not even close to the results I had at this prior salon but I never called to discuss this, which I should have done. This last time which was a little over 2 weeks ago I received over 50 units in my forehead and I have ZERO results with one eyebrow higher than the other. I also have had a horrible tension type headache since my last visit. When they messaged via text at the 2 week mark I knew I had to say something. I don't spend money on botox to look the same, I expect results. I am going back on Friday hoping that this will be rectified and fixed. I have had less units at other salons with great, long lasting results. So far coming here has been a waste of money. If they cannot provide quality results I will be asking for a refund and canceling my membership.

I was getting laser hair removal here about a year ago, i bought a groupon package for 6 sessions, and in the first session the technician took the laser machine and zapped me in about 6-8 random spots and said she was all done. I mentioned that i wasn't pleased with the service and the next technician tried to go in lines and cover more of the area.., a little better. The next time, i got the same laser tech i had the first time and when i had put the eye gear on i heard her switch heads on the laser machine and laugh about something? After getting 4 sessions of LHR here i had zero results at all. And i'm someone that should have good results ( dark hair, light skin). This year i decided to try again at The medical skin clinic, and after just 2 sessions with technicians that do it right by covering the entire area and taking their job seriously i have had a dramatic decrease in hair in the area, and my hair is pretty much gone.

Save your time and money for a stylist who respects their clients and appreciates your consistent business.
